Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with one of its sub-sectors being plantations and coffee being one type of plantation crop that has long been cultivated. This has resulted in a high culture of drinking coffee resulting in an increase in coffee grounds. There are still many coffee shops/cafes that throw away coffee grounds, even though coffee grounds can still be utilized, one of which is as an organic face mask. Coffee grounds contain antioxidants that can maintain skin health, moisturize and smooth the skin. The purpose of this study is to utilize coffee grounds and reduce environmental pollution which causes the greenhouse effect and to find out how many people like organic face masks from coffee grounds and rice flour. In this study, the face mask was made with a formulation of 50% coffee grounds and 50% rice flour. The test parameters in this study are organoleptic tests of aroma, color, texture, liking, pH test and effectiveness test. The results showed an average pH value of 5.0. The average color organoleptic test was 2.52, texture 2.88, aroma 3.32 and average liking 3.2. The drying time of the mask is 15 minutes. This coffee grounds face mask is well accepted by panelists.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what impact this automation has on workers. Then we consider this issue important, because the mental health of the workers is important so that the work done is not disturbed / decreased. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative. Current and future generations of workers will face new challenges in their class struggle, namely the presence of artificial intelligence. In the industrial world, this has a significant impact on work quality and production costs. Automation or automatic control can mean the use of various control systems to operate equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching on telephone networks, steering and stabilizing ships. It is true that the new industrial revolution is brought globally by a wave of new directions of technical progress, in recent years an increase in the work system in the industry that drives is largely derived from advanced machine technology in the global revolution 4.0, namely human labor is replaced by robots. This scientific paper will discuss what is the “Effect of Automation Machines on the Welfare of Factory Workers”.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dampak apa saja yang di timbulkan oleh pengotomatisan ini terhadap buruh. Lalu kami menganggap isu ini penting, karena kesehatan mental para buruh itu penting agar pekerjaan yang di lakukan tidak terganggu/menurun. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Generasi pekerja saat ini dan masa depan akan menghadapi tantangan baru dalam perjuangan kelas mereka, yaitu kehadiran kecerdasan buatan. Dalam dunia industri, hal ini berdampak signifikan pada kualitas kerja dan biaya produksi. Otomasi atau kontrol otomatis bisa diartikan penggunaan berbagai sistem kontrol untuk mengoperasikan peralatan seperti mesin, proses di pabrik, boiler dan oven pengolah panas, beralih pada jaringan telepon, kemudi dan stabilisasi kapal. Memang benar adanya revolusi industri yang baru ini dibawa secara global oleh gelombang arah baru kemajuan teknis, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir sebuah peningkatan sistem kerja di industri yang menggerakkan ialah sebagian besar berasal dari teknologi mesin canggih pada global revolution 4.0 yaitu tenaga kerja manusia digantikan dengan robot. Karya tulis ilmiah ini akan membahas tentang apa saja “Pengaruh Mesin Otomasi Terhadap Kesejahteraan Buruh Pabrik”.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all sectors in Indonesia, including the industrial sector. The impacts include reducing the number of employees, decreasing production levels, and a decline in consumer demand and supply. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the development of automation industries during the COVID-19 pandemic transition period in Indonesia. It is based on the resumption of normal industrial operations after the COVID-19 pandemic. Three semi-structured interviews were conducted with the owner of a micro furniture industry, a manager of an industry, and an industrial maintenance worker. The consensus revealed a reduction in the number of employees, decreased production levels, and a decline in consumer demand and supply during the COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, an increase or stabilization in the number of employees, an increase in production levels, and an increase in consumer demand and supply occurred after the COVID-19 pandemic.ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada seluruh sektor di Indonesia termasuk juga sektor industri. Dampak tersebut seperti pengurangan jumlah karyawan, penurunan tingkat produksi dan menurunnya permintaan dan penawaran (demand and supply) konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika perkembangan industri otomasi di masa transisi pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas mulai beroperasinya kembali industri secara normal setelah pandemi COVID-19. Tiga wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan dengan pemilik industri mikro furniture, manajer sebuah industri dan seorang maintenance industri. Kebulatan suara diungkapkan tentang terjadinya pengurangan jumlah karyawan, penurunan tingkat produksi dan menurunnya permintaan dan penawaran (demand and supply) konsumen saat pandemi COVID-19. Begitu juga dengan terjadinya penambahan atau ketetapan jumlah karyawan, penambahan tingkat produksi dan menaiknya permintaan dan penawaran (demand and supply) konsumen setelah pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Belanja online melalui marketplace menjadi salah satu alternatif yang populer di kalangan mahasiswa, terutama dengan kemudahan dan kenyamanan yang ditawarkannya. Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang banyak menawarkan kesempatan promo flash sale dan gratis ongkir yang menarik sehingga mendorong mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan baru tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku impulse buying dan meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai manajemen keuangan yang baik serta memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang dapat melindungi konsumen, terutama mahasiswa dari risiko keuangan yang tidak diinginkan di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada kuesioner yang disebar secara online melalui beberapa platform sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang kemudian diolah melalui tiga tahap yaitu tabulasi data, deskripsi dan analisis, serta pembahasan. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa flash sale dan voucher gratis ongkir memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam memotivasi mahasiswa untuk berbelanja di Shopee dan dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

The existence of social media in the digital era has an important role in the promotion of various industrial sectors in Indonesia, including the tourism industry. There are many kinds of platforms that can be utilized in the promotion of a tourist destination, one of which is TikTok. TikTok is a culinary center platform where a variety of unique and creative culinary delights are celebrated and promoted, one of which is Tsukamie Noodle Bar culinary. This research aims to see the effectiveness of promoting Tsukamie Noodle Bar culinary tourist destinations through the TikTok platform in attracting tourists to visit. The research method used is a qualitative method, where researchers conduct direct interviews with the manager or owner of Tsukamie Noodle. The final results of the study stated that the manager stated that Instagram was considered easier and more convenient to use as a promotional media, especially in terms of building interactions with audiences thanks to its complete features.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh media sosial terhadap degradasi moral generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan kuisioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intensitas menggunakan media sosial dari 68 responden berbeda-beda, dimulai dari respondenyang mengisi 1 jam dalam sehari hingga yang paling lama menggunakan media sosial selama 20 jam dalam sehari. Kemudian ditemukan juga hasil penelitian yang menyebutkan bahwasannya media sosial untuk mereka sangatlah penting. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa generasi z banyak menggunakan media social dalam keseharianya, hampir setiap saat mereka menggunakan media sosial dan hanya berhenti ketika mereka beristirahat saja.

Abstract

The Great Asia Africa is a tourist destination that presents replicas of buildings from various countries on the Asian-African continent. Also, this tour does not only present building replicas but also displays cultural aspects from the countries on this tourist destination. This research aims to find out how educative tourism is at The Great Asia Africa, using quantitative methods through distributing questionnaires to visitors we met at the tourist attractions, as well as to visitors who had visited this tourist spot before, and then we managed to reach one hundred respondents. After the data was collected, we analyzed it and found that this tour was already quite educative, but still needed further development to make it even more educative. Many of the visitors thought that this tourist destination should add boards that explaining information about knowledge at each country and the culture of each of these countries. Then it is necessary to have tour guide activities that explain knowledge from each country so that visitors get optimal experience and knowledge and making The Great Asia Africa as a best educational tour in Indonesia.
