Abstract

This community service activity was held in collaboration between the Entrepreneurship and Career Services Unit (UPKK) of UIN Antasari and professional Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who are members of various organizations. This service activity was carried out in the form of a workshop for participants about entrepreneurship using an e-commerce platform. The method used in this service activity is a presentation of the material presented, followed by a discussion and question and answer session. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand business through e-commerce platform media. Furthermore, it is hoped that the participants will be able to start their business using the e-commerce platform that has been learned during this workshop.

Abstract

Influencer marketing has rapidly evolved as an effective marketing strategy in the digital era, particularly within the context of Digital Marketing 5.0, which integrates advanced technologies such as AI and big data. This research aims to review existing literature on the role of influencer marketing as a digital marketing strategy. Through an analysis of studies from 2018 to 2024, this research explores how influencer marketing influences consumer behavior, enhances brand awareness, and fosters more personal relationships between brands and their audiences. The study also investigates brands' challenges and opportunities in leveraging influencer marketing and how new technologies like AI and data analytics can optimize these strategies. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this research concludes that influencer marketing plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. When well-managed and integrated into a comprehensive digital strategy, it can be valuable in achieving broader and sustainable marketing goals in the Digital Marketing 5.0 era .

Abstract

In the digital era, financial technology (fintech) has become one of the main pillars in the transformation of the global economy, particularly in the marketing sector. This research aims to review existing literature on the utilization of fintech to enhance marketing effectiveness. By conducting a literature review, this study identifies various ways in which fintech influences marketing strategies, including digital payments, consumer data analysis, and marketing platform integration. The findings indicate that fintech not only facilitates financial transactions but also provides valuable insights that can be used to develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies. Additionally, fintech enables better personalization in marketing, enhances customer experience, and expands market reach through internet-based technologies. This research also discusses the challenges faced in implementing fintech in the marketing sector and provides recommendations for further research. In conclusion, fintech offers various benefits in improving marketing effectiveness, but challenges such as data security and technology adoption must be addressed to maximize fintech's potential. Understanding and adapting to the latest trends in fintech will be key for companies to remain competitive in an ever-evolving market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective content strategies for building brand awareness through social media in e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. With the rapid growth of the e-commerce industry and the high level of social media usage in Indonesia, companies need to implement appropriate digital marketing strategies to enhance their brand visibility and recognition.This research adopts a literature study approach, analyzing social media content from five leading e-commerce companies in Indonesia: Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Lazada. The types of content examined include videos, images, and text published on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. The data sources consist of industry reports, academic articles, and relevant secondary data from platforms such as iPrice, Tempo, and Bisnis.com.This study employs descriptive and comparative analysis methods to evaluate the content strategies implemented by each company. It focuses on the effectiveness of different types of content in increasing audience engagement and their contribution to improving brand awareness.The findings of this study indicate that social media is a highly effective tool for building brand awareness for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Strategies such as the use of influencers, creative content, interactive videos, and live streaming have been proven to enhance engagement and brand visibility. These findings highlight that a combination of creativity, authenticity, and interactivity in social media content strategies plays a significant role in strengthening brand awareness in the e-commerce sector.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that a combination of content strategies that include promotion, education, and direct interaction with the audience is highly effective for building brand awareness on social media. Companies are also recommended to utilize influencer marketing and live streaming features, as these approaches have been proven to strengthen emotional connections between brands and consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students in choosing a study program or major to lead to their dream job. This research is quantitative descriptive research using a survey method. Primary research data was obtained using Google Form with Likert scale questionnaire questions. Data analysis uses path diagrams with linear regression and Sobel test with the SPSS 21 application. The research results show that interest factors, financial factors, career factors and family factors do not have a significant effect on the study program. The results of this research show that interest factors, financial factors, career factors, family factors and study programs also do not have a significant effect on dream work. Apart from that, the results of this research show that interest factors, financial factors, career factors and family factors simultaneously have a significant influence on study programs and dream jobs. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence students do not significantly mediate the relationship between study programs and dream jobs.

Abstract

Nutritional problems among toddlers in South Kalimantan, particularly stunting, remain a pressing public health issue. Sungai Besar Village, Banjar District, faces a high prevalence of stunting despite its abundant natural resources, including the nutrient-rich kalakai plant. This community service program aimed to promote the utilization of kalakai as a strategy to prevent stunting and improve community health. The program involved an initial survey, interviews with posyandu cadres, health education on iron and folic acid supplementation, and training in processing kalakai into nutritious food products such as kalakai syrup. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-test questionnaires to measure knowledge improvement among posyandu cadres. The program attracted strong community participation, involving 65 participants, and demonstrated a significant increase in cadres’ knowledge and skills, reaching 98% after the intervention. Furthermore, processing kalakai into value-added products created new economic opportunities for the community. Thus, the application of science and technology to kalakai utilization proved effective in improving health and reducing stunting prevalence in Sungai Besar Village.
