Abstract

AbstrakNilai-nilai perusahaan merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung kesuksesan jangka panjang Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan nilai-nilai utama (Core Values) AKHLAK—yang mencakup Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif—dalam kesiapan PT. XYZ menghadapi tantangan Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan manajemen dan karyawan PT. XYZ, serta berfokus pada data selama tiga tahun terakhir (2021-2023). Analisis dilakukan untuk mengukur pengaruh penerapan GCG melalui nilai-nilai AKHLAK terhadap kesiapan perusahaan dalam bertransformasi ke Industri 4.0, menggunakan indeks INDI 4.0 sebagai alat ukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG yang efektif secara signifikan memperkuat implementasi nilai-nilai AKHLAK, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kesiapan PT. XYZ dalam mengadopsi teknologi dan sistem yang diperlukan dalam Industri 4.0. Selain itu, nilai-nilai AKHLAK juga berperan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan yang konsisten dengan prinsip-prinsip GCG, serta meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan reputasi perusahaan di era digital. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi berharga bagi literatur manajemen dan kebijakan BUMN, khususnya dalam konteks penerapan GCG dan nilai-nilai perusahaan sebagai strategi dalam menghadapi disrupsi industri. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan panduan praktis bagi BUMN lain untuk memperkuat implementasi GCG dan nilai-nilai perusahaan guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis di tengah tantangan Industri 4.0, serta mengoptimalkan kontribusi mereka terhadap pembangunan ekonomi nasional.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai Perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance, AKHLAK, Industri 4.0, Transformasi Digital, BUMNAbstractCorporate values are an important element in supporting the long-term success of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). This study aims to explore the relationship between the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the core values AKHLAK—which include Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, and Kolaboratif—in the readiness of PT. XYZ to face the challenges of Industry 4.0. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving the management and employees of PT. XYZ and focuses on data for the last three years (2021-2023). The analysis was conducted to measure the effect of GCG implementation through AKHLAK values on the company's readiness to transform to Industry 4.0, using the INDI 4.0 index as a measuring tool. The results of the study indicate that effective GCG implementation significantly strengthens the implementation of AKHLAK values, which in turn increases PT. XYZ's readiness to adopt the technology and systems needed in Industry 4.0. In addition, AKHLAK values also play a role in building a corporate culture that is consistent with GCG principles, as well as improving the competitive advantage and reputation of companies in the digital era. These findings provide valuable contributions to the literature on BUMN management and policies, especially in the context of implementing GCG and corporate values as strategies in facing industrial disruption. This study also offers practical guidance for other BUMNs to strengthen the implementation of GCG and corporate values in order to improve competitiveness and business sustainability amidst the challenges of Industry 4.0 and optimize their contribution to national economic development.Keywords: Corporate Values, Good Corporate Governance, AKHLAK, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, BUMN.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the mandatory competency certification for Human Resource Management (HRM) individuals as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No. 115 of 2022. The background for this research is the critical need for competency standardization to enhance the quality and professionalism of HR practitioners, which in turn drives organizational success. A qualitative approach with an evaluative research design was employed to deeply understand the policy's implementation and its impact. The study population includes all stakeholders affected by the policy, such as Professional Certification Bodies (LSP), company leaders, assessors, certified workers (asesi), and professional associations. Purposive sampling was used to select key informants. Data were collected through surveys, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation, and analyzed using the C-I-P-O-I (Context, Input, Process, Output, Impact) systemic thinking approach. The results indicate that the policy's implementation has been effective, with an average index of 3.19. The policy has received strong support from the government and company leaders, resulting in positive impacts on organizational productivity and competitiveness. However, challenges remain, such as the uneven distribution of LSPs and assessors, and the fact that certification has not yet led to a direct increase in compensation for certified practitioners. The study concludes that while the policy is effective, its implementation requires further improvements, particularly in terms of compensation and policy scope.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Training and Competency on Employee Performance, as well as the role of Work Motivation as a mediating variable in Bank Aceh Syariah. Employee performance is a key factor in increasing a company's productivity and competitiveness, so it's important to know the factors that affect it. The approach used in this study is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the relationships between variables. The number of samples used was 122 respondents, who were active employees with in Bank Aceh Syariah. The results of the study show that Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Work Motivation. Work Motivation has also been proven to have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Job Training has a significant effect on Work Motivation, but does not have a direct effect on Employee Performance. The mediation analysis showed that Work Motivation was able to mediate the influence of Competency on Employee Performance, but did not mediate the influence of Job Training on Employee Performance. This study concludes that improving employee competence and work motivation is a strategic step in encouraging optimal performance. Therefore, Bank Aceh Syariah is advised to continue to develop a structured human resource development program that is structured, measurable, and oriented towards increasing employee motivation and competence in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether leadership, motivation, and work environment factors partially have a significant influence on employees at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (2) To determine whether leadership, motivation, and work environment factors collectively have a significant influence on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (3) To determine which factor, among leadership, motivation, and work environment, has the most dominant influence on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. (4) Do leadership, motivation, and work environment factors simultaneously influence employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya? The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees. The sampling method used saturated samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was validity test, reliability, multiple linear regression and T test. Based on the test results using SPSS analysis to test the influence of several variables on the performance of employees of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya and some discussions of the results presented. With the research that has been done, it was found that Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya with an F count value of 744.643> F table 2.886. While partially the variable X1 has a sig. 0.035 <0.05 against Y, the variable X2 against Y has a sig. 0.001 <0.05, and the variable X3 has a sig. 0.008 < 0.05 on Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Surabaya. This is evidenced by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh > Ft = 744.643 > 2.866.

Abstract

Dalam dua tahun terakhir kita dihadapi bencana yakni COVID-19. Dampaknya menghambat segala aktivitas bisnis di hampir semua bidang usaha. Dengan adanya kebijakan WFH dan Kompensasi hal tersebut membuat kinerja karyawan cenderung menurun, namun ada hal yang dapat menunjang kinerja karyawan tetap baik dengan mengupayakan pelatihan kerja yang optimal agar karyawan semakin loyal dan bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode menggunakan kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel tersebut berjumlah 50 responden dengan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t yang dilakukan, variabel kompensasi dan kebijakan WFH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan hasil Uji f menunjukkan variabel kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan kebijakan WFH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Adapun sebesar 71% faktor-faktor Kinerja Karyawan divisi Galaxy Consultant PT. Samsung Electronic Indonesia dapat dijelaskan oleh kompensasi, kebijakan jam kerja dari rumah dan pelatihan kerja sedangkan sisanya 29% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job training, soft skills, and motivation on employee performance Resort at PT. Damarlangit Biru Cisarua Bogor. The method used zxxsis a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the help of SPSS software. With a sample of 133 employees. The results of the study showed that simultaneously (Test F), the variables of job training, soft skills, and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the Fcal value of 220,640 > Ftable 2,670 with a significance of 0.000. The value of the determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) of 0.837 indicates that 83.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by all three independent variables. Partially (t-test), job training and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and soft skills have a positive and significant effect. The soft skill variable has a tcal value of 3,300 > ttable 1.97796 and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, so it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job training variable became the dominant variable of 0.723.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pembinaan merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan atau keterampilan pegawai atau karyawan yang telah menduduki suatu jabatan atau pekerjaan tertentu di dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas pegawai pada Cv Jaya Kreasi keramik melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan kompetensi. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan metode Coaching atau Mentoring dengan teknik simulasi dan diskusi Group, kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 25 karyawan pada 1 departemen Cutting pada Cv Jaya Kreasi keramik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masih ada karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya belum optimal dikarenakan beberapa factor diantaranya factor usia dan penurunan tingkat komitmen dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya dengan 3 indikator yaitu keterampilan, citra diri dan pengetahuan.

Abstract

Edukasi adalah suatu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan baik secara formal maupun non formal yang bertujuan untuk mendidik, memberikan ilmu pengetahuan, serta mengembangkan potensi diri yang ada dalam diri setiap manusia, kemudian mewujudkan proses pembelajaran tersebut dengan lebih baik. Tujuan kegiatan seminar pengabdian masyarakat ini adalan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang manajemen SDM Perusahaan kepada siswa SMA Bina Tunggal Bekasi. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan metode Simposium dimana Simposium adalah metode mengajar dengan membahas suatu persoalan dipandang dari berbagai sudut pandang berdasarkan keahlian. Simposium dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan yang luas kepada siswa teknik simposium ini dengan pendekatan tanya jawab kepada seluruh peserta siswa. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat ini adalah siswa sekolah pada SMA Bina Tunggal Bekasi mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab utama posisi seorang Sumber daya manusia yang ada di Perusahaan serta memahami bagaiman recruitmen, Pajak Penghasilan Pegawai dan melaksanakan rewerd dan punismen yang ada di perusahaan.
