Abstract

In politics, political branding is also increasingly important to create positive perceptions among general elections. In various election phases, information technology can be used to meet the needs of the KPU as an institution that manages the electoral process, as well as by election participants and the general public. General elections or PEMILU are a series of democratic processes to elect people's representatives or government officials directly by the citizens of a country. In ELECTIONS, eligible citizens have the right to cast their votes for candidates or political parties. Political parties are an important component in the political dynamics of a nation. A political figure who has branding that can strengthen his partner is Mahfud MD. This research uses quantitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of this research show what personal branding is and what Mahfud MD's personal branding looks like.

Abstract

The success of Meranti Islands Regency after the expansion of Bengkalis Regency which occurred on December 19 2008, with a focus on the economic sector and public services. Even though there are several indicators of better economic performance compared to the parent region, the overall economic growth of Meranti Islands Regency is still lagging behind. On the public service side, even though it shows more positive results, there are several indicators that are still lower than Bengkalis Regency. This research uses literature studies to identify the challenges and performance of the Meranti Islands Regency, including the problem of fiscal dependence and suboptimal regional financial management. Public services in this area have not been effective due to inefficient use of funds, lack of public service energy, and service utilization that has not been maximized. Despite the accessibility of public services.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia; namun, pelaku usaha di wilayah pesisir kerap menghadapi kendala dalam literasi keuangan, adopsi sistem pembayaran digital, dan legalitas usaha. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Kawal, Kabupaten Bintan, melalui edukasi pembukuan usaha, implementasi pembayaran digital berbasis QRIS, serta pendampingan pendaftaran Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan sertifikasi halal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, program ini mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara, survei pre-test dan post-test, serta pendampingan langsung agar intervensi sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Hasil menunjukkan adanya transformasi signifikan: sebelum intervensi, 75% peserta belum mengenal QRIS, 100% belum pernah menggunakannya, hanya 33,3% memiliki legalitas usaha (misalnya NIB), dan 83,3% tidak memiliki catatan pembukuan. Pasca pelatihan, pemahaman tentang QRIS meningkat menjadi 91,7%, pemahaman pembukuan konvensional mencapai 100%, dan keterampilan pembukuan digital naik menjadi 58,3%. Selain itu, 83,3% peserta menyatakan minat untuk mengurus legalitas usaha, dan 91,7% berkomitmen mengadopsi QRIS. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berbasis komunitas efektif dalam mengurangi hambatan literasi digital serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya legalitas usaha. Kesimpulannya, intervensi edukatif yang terstruktur dan partisipatif mampu mempercepat transformasi UMKM pesisir dari pola usaha tradisional menuju praktik bisnis modern yang kompetitif, sekaligus menawarkan model yang dapat direplikasi di konteks serupa.
