Abstract

Abstract. Changes in behavior and environmental conditions (social, economic, cultural) such as the presence of fast food restaurants, have a big influence on the epidemiological transition which causes the incidence of chronic degenerative diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, the prevalence of which is increasing every day. In Indramayu Regency, the increase in cases has been very high in the last few years. This psychosocial aspect has an impact on health, namely the occurrence of diabetes which triggers stress and affects the psychological condition of sufferers in accepting changes so that it affects Psychological Well-Being. This study aims to find out how much influence social support has on psychological well-being in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at Indramayu Hospital. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and causality methods. There were 106 patients as sampling, with characteristics including gender, age and education, with the results of 106 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients receiving low social support with a percentage of 54.72% (58 respondents) and high social support with a percentage of 45.28% (48 respondents), while from the aspect of psychological well being, there was a high category of 57.55% (61 respondents). And the lowest was 42.45% (45 respondents). These results are different from the results of previous research conducted by other researchers, but based on the results of the regression test of social support on psychological well being, in this case measuring the influence of Variable This indicates that there are 34.8% aspects of social support that influence the achievement of Psychological Well Being. Aspects of social support influence the achievement of psychological well being in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients at Indramayu Hospital. Abstrak. Perubahan perilaku dan kondisi lingkungan (sosial, ekonomi, budaya) seperti kehadiran rumah makan cepat saji, sangat berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya transisi epidemologi yang menyebabkan insidensi penyakit degeneratif yang bersifat kronis. Di Kabupaten Indramayu peningkatan kasus ini sangat tinggi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Aspek psikososial ini berdampak terhadap kesehatan, yaitu terjadinya penyakit diabetes yang memicu stress dan mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis penderita dalam menerima perubahan-perubahan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap Psychological Well-Being. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh prayanggi menyebutkan bahwa dukungan sosial sangat berpengaruh terhadap Psychological Well-Being. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap psychological well being pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di RSUD Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan kausalitas. Terdapat 106 pasien sebagai hasil studi populasi, dengan karakteristik mencakup jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendidikan, alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dan teknik pengolahan data dengan metode construct related dengan uji statistik pearson, dengan hasil dari 106 pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang mendapatkan dukungan sosial rendah dengan persentase 54,72 % (58 responden) dan dukungan sosial tinggi dengan persentase 45,28 % (48 responden), sedangkan dari aspek psychological well being, terdapat berkatagori tinggi sebanyak 57,55% (61 responden) dan yang rendah sebesar 42,45 % (45 responden). Tetapi berdasarkan hasil uji regresi dukungan sosial terhadap psychological well being, dalam hal ini mengukur pengaruh Variabel X (dukungan sosial) terhadap Variabel Y (Psychological Well Being) didapat Koefisien Determinasi 0,348, ini menandakan bahwa terdapat 34,8% aspek dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap capaian Psychological Well Being. Artinya dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap capaian psychological well being pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di RSUD Indramayu.

Abstract

A person's language skills can be seen sequentially from four skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. This skill of reading and writing Arabic is not realized to have been learned when learning to Read and Write the Qur'an. However, because it is not studied specifically in Arabic subjects, these skills are not honed properly, which is what happened at Islamic Junior High School of Matahati Nagreg. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of Arabic learning that occur in Islamic Junior High School of Matahati Nagreg in reading and writing skills along with offering solutions that can be applied to overcome the problems that occur. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the problems that are being faced by Islamic Junior High School of Matahati Nagreg includes linguistic problems such as the ability to read and write Arabic letters, vocabulary, and grammatical comprehension that is still minimal. While non-linguistic problems include students, textbooks, teachers, facilities and the environment. The solution offered is to fix all these aspects so that both linguistic and non-linguistic problems can be handled efficiently and proportionally.
