Abstract

Progressive women is a term that refers to women who have succeeded in achieving success in various fields, such as education, career, and social life. The keywords in the concept of progressive women are "success" and "various fields". Progressive women have proven that they are able to pursue their dreams and achieve their life goals, which can be an inspiration for many people, especially for other women who want to pursue their dreams and achieve their life goals as well. However, progressive women also often face various challenges and obstacles in achieving success.

Abstract

This study analyzes the branding strategy of the UCY Islamic Religious Education Study Program through creative content on social media. With a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the results show that the use of attractive visuals, inspiring narratives, and consistent posting on Instagram and TikTok has succeeded in increasing interaction, emotional closeness, and institutional identity. The conclusion of the study proves the effectiveness of creative content in expanding the reach, audience engagement, and digital existence of UCY.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul Yogyakarta (MUHIBA) dalam mewujudkan pendidikan Agama Islam yang progresif dan moderat di kalangan peserta didik. Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dimaksud mengedepankan nilai-nilai keislaman yang toleran, inklusif, serta mampu menjawab tantangan zaman tanpa kehilangan esensi ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 500 responden yang terdiri dari siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan wawancara terstruktur dengan guru PAI dan kepala sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan statistik persentase dan tabulasi silang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 78% siswa merasakan penguatan nilai-nilai Islam moderat melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan di MUHIBA. Selain itu, evaluasi menunjukkan peran guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk karakter religius yang terbuka dan toleran. Kesimpulannya, SMP MUHIBA berhasil mengimplementasikan pendidikan Agama Islam yang progresif dan moderat melalui sinergi kurikulum, keteladanan guru, dan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan model pendidikan Islam di tingkat menengah pertama. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, moderat, progresif, SMP Muhammadiyah Bantul

Abstract

This study examined the integration of digital tools for teaching and learning of Islamic studies among senior secondary schools in Ilorin, Nigeria. The advent of digital technology has profoundly impacted the landscape of Islamic religious education. The Covid- 19 pandemic outbreak, accelerated the adoption of digital tools for teaching and learning management. For that reason, educational institutions transitioned to virtual learning environments, utilizing diverse digital platforms. A descriptive survey research design was employed for the study. Simple random sampling technique was used to select 503 respondents as sample size for this study. An adapted questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents for the study. The reliability of the instrument was carried out with reliability index of 0.77. These findings indicate that Islamic educational institutions values the incorporation of digital technology and websites for teaching and learning. This approach is seen as crucial for equipping students with a balance skill between the interest of the world and preparation for the hereafter. Also, the study identified several key skills necessary for effective knowledge acquisition such as, mobile app proficiency, internet literacy, smart phone familiarity, technical competence, communication, creativity, time management, flexibility skills, and pedagogical knowledge. The study concluded that the study’s findings highlight the importance of digital skills for both teachers and students, the positive impact of smart phone use on teaching and learning effectiveness, particularly on Islamic studies. Based on the findings, the study recommended that educational curricula should be updated to incorporate digital tools and resources, to ensure that students develop the necessary digital skills to thrive in the 21st century.

Abstract

Pertolongan pertama sangat penting untuk menyelamatkan korban kecelakaan. Namun, partisipasi masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta dalam pelatihan dasar pertolongan pertama (D3P) rendah, hanya 12%, jauh di bawah rata-rata nasional 35%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan pelatihan D3P di Yogyakarta dan merekomendasikan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi. Metode analisis kebijakan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kebijakan melalui studi dokumen, wawancara, dan analisis SWOT. Hasilnya mengidentifikasi kelambatan pelaksanaan dan keterbatasan anggaran sebagai hambatan utama. Penambahan anggaran, pelatihan massal di sekolah, dan kerja sama dengan organisasi relawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan darurat masyarakat Yogyakarta melalui peningkatan partisipasi pelatihan D3P.
