Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the various problems that arise in the teaching and learning process at the elementary level. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach is carried out by means of literature studies from various theoretical studies then adjusted to the situation in the field and data collection techniques, namely observation, documentation studies and interviews with related parties.  The results of this study indicate that the problems that usually arise in the learning process are slow learning, lack of motivation and emotional disturbances. Slow learning occurs due to several factors, namely genetic, prenatal, perinatal, postnatal and environmental. Lack of motivation greatly affects the success of students in learning, then emotional disturbances mostly occur due to environmental influences.ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses belajar mengajar pada jenjang SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara studi Pustaka dari berbagai kajian-kajian terori kemudian disesuaikan dengan keadaan dilapangan dan tekhnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, studi dokumentasi serta interview pihak terkait.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa permasalahan yang biasa muncul dalam proses belajar ialah lambat belajar, kurang motivasi dan gangguan emosional. Lambat belajar terjadi karena beberapa faktor yaitu genetik, prenatal, perinatal, postnatal dan lingkungan. Kurang motivasi sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar, selanjutnya gangguan emosional lebih banyak terjadi karena pengaruh lingkungan.
