Abstract

This paper examines Work Ethic Management in Islamic Education. This type of research is a literature study. That is, by examining the concepts of curriculum development and its problems from experts, the author seeks to create an integration of the opinions of these experts. Education is an effort to realize the ideals of the state. But now globalization not only educates people's lives, but has changed the function of education where generations must acquire a variety of knowledge and skills and have morals. Every work without intention is not recognized, because every work that is said to be good deeds is a practice that has sincere intentions. And high job satisfaction is directly related to high motivation as well. Workers are motivated that work is worship and Allah observes everything they do so they strive to achieve excellence, and devote time and energy to work as well as possible. Through this article, the author tries to provide explanations and express verses related to work ethic. The results of this article present the concepts of work ethic management and learning motivation in Islamic education based on the Qur'anic interpretation approach. Abstract

Philosophy of Science is a special branch of Philosophy which has a strategic position in building the science paradigm in Indonesia. This research will examine and describe the status and position of Philosophy in the developing scientific paradigm. The research method used is a qualitative approach by analyzing sources or data from textbooks, scientific journals, documents, syllabi and teaching materials in Philosophy of Science lectures. The analysis used is interpretation, heuristics, and philosophical reflection. Scientific publication is a publication system that involves review by peer reviewers or colleagues with the aim of achieving the maximum level of objectivity. These “systems” vary depending on the discipline and continue to undergo evolution, although often with slow changes. The majority of academic works are published in scientific journals or in book form. The results of this research show that the Philosophy of Science was developed and taught referring to the philosophy of science paradigm that developed in the West. The structure built in developing the Philosophy of Science emerged from the study of Philosophy starting from basic knowledge about Philosophy to the nature of science.

Abstract

The large number of deviations and juvenile behavior among students is a worrying phenomenon, so the education sector is currently working hard to provide character education for students. Therefore, this research aims to provide a description regarding the implementation of educational planning in improving national character by strengthening curriculum implementation. The research carried out was qualitative in the form of a case study. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with school principals, teachers and students, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies from supporting books and scientific journals that were relevant to the research topic. The findings show that the implementation of educational planning carried out at SMPN 2 Payung Sekaki is through strengthening the curriculum to improve national character, namely by integrating character education values in the syllabus and lesson plans, holding routine and spontaneous activities to shape students' personal character, and holding extracurricular activities. As for developing the character of this nation, schools also have a curriculum based on character education which is realized from various school cultures which have been passed down from generation to generation as habituation, for example the 3S culture, religious ritual activities such as praying and worshiping together, as well as democratic decision making. The various forms of educational planning are known to be a means for SMPN 2 Payung to form students who have character and can improve the character of the nation.
