Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan penafsiran ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pendidikan serta peran peserta didik yang tercantum dalam beberapa surat, yaitu QS Al-Baqarah: 31-32, QS Al-Kahfi: 65-66, QS Al-Isra: 24, QS Luqman: 13, QS Al-Ahqaf: 15, QS Al-Maidah: 31, QS An-Nahl: 79, dan QS An-Nur: 41. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan mengkaji tafsir dari berbagai sumber otoritatif untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat tersebut. Artikel ini memaparkan konsep-konsep manajemen pendidikan dari perspektif Islam, khususnya dalam hal peran pendidik dan peserta didik, serta bagaimana ayat-ayat ini memberikan panduan bagi pengembangan kapasitas pendidik dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran ayat-ayat ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dalam membentuk kerangka manajemen pendidikan Islam yang holistik, yang menekankan pada pentingnya pembelajaran, hubungan yang harmonis antara pendidik dan peserta didik, serta pengembangan potensi spiritual dan intelektual. Artikel ini juga menyajikan beberapa studi kasus yang menggambarkan penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan modern.

Abstract

The development of human resources is needed by Islamic institutions such as Islamic boarding schools so that they can compete in this competitive era and adapt to current developments. Therefore, this research aims to study the concepts and efforts to develop human resources in Islamic boarding schools as Islamic institutions. This research method is in the form of a literature review or library research by utilizing secondary data to be used as data in research language. The findings show that efforts to develop human resource management within the Islamic boarding school can be carried out in a number of stages, namely job analysis, recruitment, selection, training and development, motivation, commitment, job satisfaction and performance assessment. The process of developing resource management is the same as for organizations and companies in general, where in Islamic boarding schools the differences only lie in the elements that form the Islamic boarding school, namely Kyai, Santri, Dormitory or Pondok, Mushola, and yellow book studies. This means that the process of managing human resources is carried out by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, namely Kyai, who has strong religious provisions and is obeyed by all members of the Islamic boarding school. At Islamic boarding schools, it is hoped that Kyai can develop human resource management optimally so that Islamic boarding schools can produce a generation of quality students with a conducive Islamic boarding school climate and have a competitive advantage compared to other educational institutions.

Abstract

In improving the quality of learning in educational institutions, there are several factors that determine, starting from the curriculum, materials, methods, media, educators, education staff, students, facilities, infrastructure, and so on. This research aims to determine the development of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri 01 Talang. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that the development of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri 01 Talang has gone quite well, but there is still some damage and deficiencies in facilities and infrastructure that must be completed by the school. So the results of this research show: (1) Development of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri 01 Talang, working together to develop educational facilities and infrastructure. (a) Planning for the development of educational facilities and infrastructure. (b) Implementation of development of educational facilities and infrastructure. (c) Supervision of the development of educational facilities and infrastructure. (2) Factors that hinder the development of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri 01 Talang are that there are several facilities and infrastructure that are not functioning, a lack of learning facilities and infrastructure and a lack of budget for additional facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description of the administration of character education for students at SDN 25 Talang. This study employs a case study research design with a qualitative methodology. The data collection procedures employed include interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the management functions executed at SDN 25 Talang encompass (1) strategic planning for character education, which involves identifying the character values to be cultivated in the school, equipping educators and education staff, reviewing pertinent documents pertaining to the reinforcement of character education, and disseminating policies to all educational institutions, parents of students, and relevant communities. (2) The implementation of character education involves integrating pre-determined character education content into all topics, as well as incorporating it into programmed or planned activities. Implementing character education through daily activities at school, focusing on habituation and leading by example, while fostering communication and collaboration between schools and parents of kids. (3) Character education is evaluated by program evaluation, process evaluation, and evaluation of results.
