Abstract

This research aims to explain planning, implementation, and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the full day school program at SDIT Al Izzah 2. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, supported by data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The technical data analysis uses the Miles and Hubberman model.  The results of this research show that planning the full day school program at SDIT Al Izzah 2 begins with creating an academic calendar schedule, class administration, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as preparing a religious habituation program and also self-development which is realized in the form of extracurricular activities. The implementation of the full day school program can run well and be conducive even though there are many activities that students must take part in. Starting from taking part in learning activities in class, taking part in religious habituation programs, to taking part in self-development programs formed in extracurricular activities. The supporting factors for implementing the full day school program are a conducive environment and cooperation between parents and teachers. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is a non-conducive environment accompanied by differences in perception between parents and teachers
