Abstract

The development of professional competence in the face of the golden Indonesian era is absolutely necessary for the success of learning and improving the quality of education. Without the development of professionalism, the learning process and the quality of education will only go on the spot. There is no innovation, and there is no creativity and no effective learning. The educational paradigm should use a new paradigm, namely quality. Quality education is born from qualified and professional teachers. Professional teachers can influence quality education. From the discussion, it can be concluded, that: 1). Professional teachers must be prepared by a quality and standardized educational higher education institution (LPTK); 2). Professional teachers must have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certification, be physically and spiritually healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals; 3). Professional teachers as a determining factor for quality education are teachers who meet the standards of educators and education personnel, namely the creteria of pre-service education and physical and mental feasibility, as well as in-service education

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi profesional dalam menghadapi era Indonesia emas mutlak diperlukan untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Tanpa pengembangan profesionalisme, proses pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan hanya akan jalan di tempat. Tidak ada inovasi, dan tidak ada pula kreatifitas serta tidak ada pembelajaran yang efektif. Paradigma pendidikan sudah seharusnya menggunakan paradigma baru, yaitu mutu. Pendidikan yang bermutu lahir dari guru yang bermutu dan professional. Guru profesional dapat berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan bermutu. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan, bahwa: 1). Guru yang profesional harus disiapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan tinggi kependidikan (LPTK) yang berkualitas dan terstandar; 2). Guru profesional wajib memiliki kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi, sertifikasi pendidik, sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta memiliki kemampuan untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional; 3). Guru profesional sebagai faktor penentu pendidikan bermutu adalah guru yang memenuhi standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, yaitu kreteria pendidikan prajabatan dan kelayakan fisik maupun mental, serta pendidikan dalam jabatan.

Abstract

The purpose of making this paper is to find out about management strategies, Islamic education management strategies, and the factors that influence Islamic education management strategies. Through strategic management, future opportunities can be expanded and realized risks can be minimized. Strategic management can only be achieved if all parties with a direct interest in the school, such as school administrators, parents, lecturers and staff, are involved. Strategic management is the implementation of planning, monitoring, analysis and evaluation that is carried out on an ongoing basis from all the needs required by the organization in an effort to achieve its goals. Changes that occur quickly and spontaneously in the organizational environment will require an organization that is capable of continuously evaluating strategies. The implementation of strategic management helps the organization to know the current condition of the organization, then formulates a strategy, deploys it and analyzes the effectiveness of the implemented management strategy. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in educational institutions.
