Abstract

Sebagai wujud kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, dosen-dosen beserta mahasiswa STIE Dharma Putra mengadakan kegiatan Go Green yaitu menanam beberapa pohon di Desa Wisata Gema Kampar Kiri Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan guna penghijauan sehingga harapan yang diinginkan lahan desa Wisata Gema bisa menjadi tempat yang asri dengan banyaknya pohon-pohon baik pohon tanaman keras maupun pohon aneka buah-buahan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bersama dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup melalui penanaman bibit tanaman sebanyak 5000 bibit yang terdiri dari bibit tanaman pohon keras seperti Gaharu dan bibit buah-buahan seperti Durian montong dan musang king, kelengkeng, nangka, manggis, matoa dan mangga. Adapun Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mental masyakarat desa wisata Gema untuk menanam pohon dan memberikan motivasi masyarakat desa wisata Gema untuk lebih menjaga kelestarian lingkungan alam desanya dengan menanam pohon sehingga tetap terjaga gelar desa wisatanya. Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik bahkan para peserta terlihat antusias dan mengharapkan kegiatan pelatihan dapat berlanjut dengan pemberian materi yang lainnya terutama terkait dengan ekonomi bisnis. Peserta harus menanamkan kesadaran akan pentingkan menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan dan ekosistem serta pentingnya pohon untuk kehidupan sekarang dan akan datang.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary action and outside theemployee's role that can make a positive contribution to the development and effectiveness of the organization. OCB is shown, among other things, in the form of altruism, consc ientiousness,sportsmanship, politeness and benevolence. The increase in OCB is influenced by two factors,namely internal factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitmentThis research aims todetermine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational climate on organizational citizenshipbehavior (OCB) in PT employees. Aisyah Makmur Sejahtera Pangkalan Kerinci. Samples weretaken based on employees of PT. Aisyah Makmur Sejahtera Pangkalan Kerinci using census techniques, namely using the entire population without having to draw a research sample as anobservation unit of 50 people. From the results of instrument testing using IBM SPSS 29, the AdjutedR Square is 0.704 or the determinant coefficient value shows that the Job Satisfaction (X1) andOrganizational Climate (X2) variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) are 70.4% while the remaining 29.6% influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the principal's leadership and teacher competence have on student learning achievement at SMPN 4 Pujud Kab. Rokan Hilir Prov. Riau. In the validity and reliability test, it can be seen that the results are valid and reliable. In the partial test (t test) it can be seen that there is an influence between the principal's leadership and student learning achievement as proven by t-count (2.114) > t-table (2.0003), teacher competence on student learning achievement as proven by t-count (3.356) > t -table (2.0003), simultaneous test (F test) can be seen that there is a simultaneous relationship between the principal's leadership and teacher competence on student learning achievement as proven by F-count (6.454)>F-table (3.25). And the Determination Test (R2) was 0.177 (17.7%) that the principal's leadership and teacher competence would have a positive influence on student learning achievement while the remaining 0.823 (82.3%) was explained by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, net cash flow, dividend policy and company size on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 144 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling method so that the sample used in this study was 22 companies, and the type of data used secondary data, the data collection method used documentation method and the data analysis method was by using multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Data analysis based on multiple linear regression analysis where the variables profitability, liquidity, net cash flow and company size have a positive effect while dividend policy has a negative effect on stock prices where the following multiple linear equation is obtained Y = -7.143 + 0.050X1 + 0.001 X2 + 0.127X3 - 0.003X4 + 0.367X5 + e. Partial Test (t-test) where the profitability and company size variables affect stock prices while the liquidity, net cash flow and dividend policy variables do not affect stock prices. In the F test (simultaneous test) the independent variables (profitability, liquidity, net cash flow, dividend policy and company size) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (stock price). In the determination coefficient test (adj R2) that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables with an adj R2 value of 54.5% while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
