Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits di kelas VIII MTs Babussalam Waiboga. Model ini melibatkan aktivitas mencocokkan kartu soal dan jawaban secara interaktif, yang mendorong kolaborasi siswa, pemahaman materi melalui diskusi, dan keterlibatan aktif. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, melibatkan 14 siswa, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 70,5% pada siklus I menjadi 88,5% pada siklus II, sementara ketuntasan belajar siswa naik dari 50% menjadi 86%. Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 74,70% menjadi 93,47%. Model make a match terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik dan meningkatkan ketercapaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Al-Qur’an Hadits dan disarankan untuk digunakan lebih maksimal oleh guru.

Abstract

Literacy is a basic competency that every student must have to compete in the challenging digital world. This study aims to discuss how library management can contribute to increasing student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Mangoli Tengah. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Mangoli Tengah, Sula Islands Regency, in November–December 2024. The study subjects included the principal, vice principal, librarian, teacher, and students. The study results indicate that although the school library has limitations, such as the absence of professional librarians, limited budget, basic facilities, and manual cataloging systems, library management that is applied simply but consistently has significantly contributed to student learning motivation. The appointment of teachers as library managers, implementing a "reading day" policy, and arranging a comfortable reading room have increased student visits and literacy engagement. These findings support the theory that a supportive learning environment can shape students' intrinsic motivation and confirm that core management functions remain the driving force behind learning motivation, even with minimal facilities.

Abstract

The Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) program plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' professionalism, particularly in scientific writing. This study evaluates the effectiveness of MGMP activities at MAN 2 Tidore Islands City in improving teachers' scientific writing skills. Using a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach, this study actively involved teachers in training and mentoring sessions. Survey results indicate that most participants found the training relevant to their needs, showing a significant improvement in their writing skills. The evaluation method, using online surveys, enabled quick and accurate analysis. The key factors contributing to the program's success were the community-based approach, mentoring support, and the relevance of the training materials to teachers' needs. In conclusion, the pre-test dan post-testMGMP program effectively enhances teachers' scientific writing skills. The study recommends further training with more intensive mentoring sessions to help teachers publish their research in relevant academic journals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of learning media in improving student learning achievement at MTs Negeri 2 Sula Islands. In this context, learning media is considered a vital tool that enables the learning process to be more effective and interactive. The research background highlights the complexity of learning challenges, including loss of student focus, boredom with teaching methods, and lack of use of modern learning media. Based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, this research identifies the importance of linking theory with practice in learning, as well as how teachers can choose, prepare and use learning media effectively. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, the research results underline the importance of learning media in creating an interesting and enjoyable learning environment for students. A thorough analysis of these aspects paves the way to better learning strategies and creates meaningful learning experiences for students. This research provides in-depth insight into the complexity of student learning and provides a rich view of the integration of learning media in improving student learning achievement in educational environments

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate teachers' creativity in utilizing learning media at SMA Negeri 7 Kepulauan Sula. In this context, learning media is an important tool to enhance the effectiveness of learning and overcome learning challenges. Various previous studies have shown that teachers' creativity in utilizing learning media has a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative data analysis techniques, with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The conclusions of this study are expected to provide useful input for schools and students in improving the utilization of learning media as teaching materials.
