Abstract

Secara Tradisional peran perempuan masih ditujukan  pada kegiatan non –ekonomi, teruatam di daerah pedesaan.  Kegiatan- kegiatan yang menjadi sector kerja perempuan desa selalu berhubungan dengan  rumah tangga seperti, mengasuh anak, melayani suami ataupun mengurus rumah tangga lainnya.  Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman, modernisasi,     dan globalisasi   dimana   hal   tersebut   juga menjadikan   perubahan   tuntutan   peran pada  perempuan.  Perubahan  tuntutan  ini akhirnya    membuat    kesetaraan    gender semakin terlihat. Pergeseran    peran    dan    fungsi perempuan   ini   juga   terjadi di   Desa Soasio dan desa mamuya  Kecamatan Galela kabupaten Halmahera Utara    di    mana    rata-rata    kaum perempuan    di    sini    bekerja    sebagai pemecah  batu. Pekerjaan tersebut mengandalkan   kemampuan   fisik   yang kuat   untuk   memecah   batu,   dari   batu berukuran besar menjadi batu-batu dalam ukuran   kecil   yang   siap   dipasarkan   ke toko-toko material sebagai bahan bangunan.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia memiliki angka korban yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Angka yang ditunjukan lebih dari 2000 kasus setiap tahunnya, namun angka tersebut masih kurang dari fakta yang terjadi di lapangan disebabkan oleh proses investigasi yang terkesan membuka luka lama, pelaku adalah kerabat dekat, hingga alasan sanksi sosial. Usulan RUU PKS menjadi suatu pilihan untuk menyediakan payung hukum bagi para korban, namun RUU PKS justru menuai Pro Kontra dimasyarakat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai akar dari hadirnya pro-kontra RUU PKS. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan bantuan data sekunder dari berita, laporan, serta jurnal, penulis mencoba menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah Pro-Kontra hadir karena adanya kesalahapahaman pada kata serta maksud dan tujuan, yang dianggap dapat melanggar norma dan agama yang berlaku di masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, promosi perpustakaan masih menjadi bagian penting dari pendidikan ilmu informasi dan perpustakaan di berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, tidak heran apabila kemudian unit produksi yang di sebut bias mandak dan gulung tika. Sedangkan penggunaan freewaredatabase sudah cukup mampu menjadi tulang punggung otomatisasi perpustakaan. pengembangan perpustakaan berbasis blog akan meningkatkan potensi basis pengguna. Sementara itu, salah satu cara terbaik untuk mempromosikan perpustakaan saat ini adalah dengan menggunakan jejaring sosial. Ini terutama penting untuk menarik pelanggan muda. Instagram, Facebook, dan Whatsup. Perpustakaan dapat digunakan untuk mempromosikan bacaan dan menumbuhkan minat baca.Mempromosikan keberadaan perpustakaan, meningkatkan koleksinya, dan Memberikan layanan prima kepada masyarakat, dan memberikan pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengangkat derajat pendidikan di universitas (studi kasus: diskusi sebagai upaya untuk mengasah pemikiran kritis mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ternate). Kecakapan diskusi sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis mahasiswa, mengembangkan keterampilan untuk mengantisipasi perubahan di seluruh dunia.. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur pada mahasiswa Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ternate. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendekatan diskusi adalah salah satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang paling disukai. Karena dalam model pembelajaran abstrak, Dosen harus berpengalaman dalam mengembangkan strategi diskusi untuk menunjukkan kecakapan mereka, berpikir mendalam, menilai peran mereka dalam percakapan ilmiah, dan melihat masalah berdasarkan pelajaran dan pengalaman mereka sendiri. Berdasarkan fakta penelitian ini, diskusi sebagai siswa sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan profesional.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of educational management in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in three senior high schools in Ternate: SMA Negeri 1 Ternate, SMA Alkhairaat Ternate, and SMA Islam Ternate. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to understand the integration of educational management in the development of PAI curriculum in three senior high schools in Ternate, North Maluku. The subjects of the study included the principal, vice principal, PAI teachers, students, and school committees. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic analysis approach, including data familiarization, coding, theme search, theme review, theme definition, and report writing. Data triangulation and member checking were used to increase the credibility of the study. This study revealed that the integration of educational management in the PAI curriculum in Ternate is influenced by the local context with different approaches in each school. Key findings include curriculum contextualization, school-based management, the role of stakeholders, and implementation challenges. Limitations include limited scope and short time; further research is needed. The integration of PAI education management in Ternate varies between schools, reflecting the local context. Challenges include integrating Islamic values, balancing the curriculum, and developing contextual methods.

Abstract

Online learning for Islamic education is an impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Islamic education is an important subject which contributes to the development of individuals' dignity following the rules and teachings of Islam. However, due to the pandemic conditions, several obstacles affect the effectiveness of online learning for Islamic education. The purpose of the study is to find out how the situation in Indonesia regarding the online learning of Islamic Education, especially in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Ternate. The researchers tried to answer the problem through the qualitative method and a phenomenological approach deepened through field research. The data used are primary and secondary data taken directly from the field of research, which MAN 1 Ternate and several studies on online learning of Islamic education in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the institution in Indonesia does not yet feel the effectiveness of online learning of Islamic education. Meanwhile, it also happened at MAN 1 Ternate, where online learning of Islamic education is not considered adequate yet due to the output as student understanding which is not optimal even the teacher preparation is enough.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the ability of the supervisor to understand the Islamic Religion Education (IRE) learning process of State Junior High School (State JHS) in Bone Regency, teacher’s performance, and the influence between these two. The research design used is correlational with the analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential statistics such as percentage formulation, product-moment correlation coefficient, regression, and coefficient of determination. The sample used in this study was 77 teachers from a population of 154 teachers. The instruments used were questionnaires and interview guides. The results showed that the supervisor’s ability to understand the learning process of IRE in State JHS in Bone Regency was categorized as good with a score of 68%. Teacher performance in the IRE learning process is also categorized as good with a score of 84%. In addition, the supervisor’s ability to understand the learning process has a direct influence on teacher performance in the learning process with a percentage of 37%.

Abstract

Community service activity (PKM) on "Data Processing Training with SPSS and Eviews" carried out by Islamic Economics and Business Fazkultas Students of the IAIN Ternate Sharia Financial Management study program aims to introduce and train participants in this case students in Islamic studies using SPSS and Eviews software as an aid in carrying out statistical data analysis both for the purposes of courses related to data, or scientific work in the form of journals, as well as final thesis assignments. This training was attended by 30 participants from the MKS study program and was carried out in the FEBI laboratory building for one day using the 4 stages are the preparation stage, the invitation delivery stage to participants and resource persons, the activity implementation stage and the last is the evaluation stage. The results of this training activity are that the participants are quite enthusiastic and enthusiastic about participating in the training even though there are several obstacles. With training like this, participants, especially students, can increase their knowledge about using the SPSS and Eviews applications.Keywords: Student Competence; Data Processing; SPSS; Eviews.

Abstract

Education has an important role in people's lives and in the future, with the hope that improving the quality of education can reduce crime rates. The Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) is a government initiative to increase student productivity and reduce truancy in tertiary institutions. MBKM aims to improve the quality of human resources, graduates, and educational institutions. This research focuses on the IAIN Ternate campus, especially the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Science (FTIK) which has 8 study programs. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative (Mix Method). Researchers used the draft MBKM guidelines from the FGD results to create variable indicators and create research instruments. The instrument was validated by three education experts using a Likert scale. The results showed that the implementation of the first level of MBKM (Reaction) had not been fully socialized to the study program coordinators. The guidelines used are still in draft form and have not been approved by the chancellor, indicating that the campus has not been wholeheartedly involved in implementing MBKM. The MBKM guideline draft is also still imperfect and is in the data collection stage regarding the number of credits of courses that will be involved in the MBKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini serta untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini, Pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada anak usia dini di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar namun juga menghadapi tantangan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi, menganalisis, dan merumuskan strategi pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang efektif, sensitif terhadap konteks sosio-kultural, serta responsif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Studi etnografi pendidikan dilakukan di RA An-Nisa DWP IAIN Ternate, Maluku Utara, melibatkan 20 anak usia 4-6 tahun dan 3 guru PAUD. Metode pengumpulan data mencakup observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi sound sistem sangat efektif meningkatkan penguasaan fonetik dan kosakata bahasa Arab, mengakomodasi kecerdasan musikal anak. Keterbatasan guru yang berkompeten dalam bahasa Arab menjadi hambatan signifikan, berdampak pada kesalahan pengucapan dan sikap negatif anak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dalam pendidikan bahasa asing usia dini, teknologi dapat menjadi pendukung kuat tetapi tidak dapat menggantikan peran guru yang kompeten. Temuan ini menyoroti urgensi untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara keahlian PAUD dan kompetensi bahasa Arab dalam pengembangan profesional guru.
