Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebijakan dari pendidikan vokasi, yang berfokus pada tantangan di bidang pekerjaan dan kemajuan di bidang AI. Pendidikan Vokasi di Indonesia Pendidikan vokasi merupakan model pendidikan yang mengusung keunggulan berupa 70% praktek dan 30% teori dengan harapan dapat menjadi salah satu jawaban dalam permasalahan penyiapan lulusan perguruan tinggi dengan keahlian terapan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar tenaga kerja. Sedangkan Istilah "kecerdasan buatan" mengacu pada sejumlah prinsip teknologi informasi, termasuk komputasi, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan transfer data. Studi ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian literatur. Dalam kebijakannya, ada dua tantangan besar dalam konsepsi pendidikan vokasi ini, yakni terbatasnya keterlibatan aktif dunia industri dan Kualifikasi kompetensi lulusan pendidikan Vokasi masih rendah. Di sisi lain, kemajuan bidang AI memberikan kontribusi dalam pendidikan vokasi yakni meliputi Peningkatan efisiensi, pembelajaran jadi lebih bersifat personalisasi, umpan balik yang instan, analisis data jadi lebih mendalam, pengembangan keterampilan praktis, aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas, kesiapan menghadapi dunia teknologi 5.0.

Abstract

Leadership is often seen as a hierarchical-command relationship between superiors and subordinates, often placing subordinates as powerless objects. Therefore, in this research, researchers want to try to examine the theories, functions, approaches and qualities of leadership that occur and are applied in the realm of education itself and become a benchmark for improvement and development towards a better direction in the realm of education, especially in terms of leadership. The method applied is a qualitative research method with a descriptive pattern which combines literature review and interviews as a data collection tool. From this research, data was produced that leadership theory in education includes trait, behavioral and environmental theories. In it there is a leadership role given by the leader of the school institution which focuses more on the example and participation of the staff and teachers themselves so that there is a series of business activities. Thus, choosing a transformation pattern combined with situationalism becomes the approach concept that is applied in this educational institution. Therefore, as an output from the approach applied, whether a leadership concept is quality or not is seen from the process that the institution goes through and the results obtained, whether the output is of higher quality, whether the use of learning models and media has been varied and integrated with technology and how professionalism of teachers serving at the school.

Abstract

In this dynamic environmental situation, educational management must be able to create an organization that can provide services that satisfy society in general and educational objects (students and parents) in particular. Therefore, in the process of implementing educational activities, decisions and steps are needed to be taken to make education better, which is called strategic management. Based on this explanation, this research aims to explore and analyze strategic management through SWOT and TOWS analysis in efforts to develop Islamic educational institutions. Then, the research method interpreted in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The data collection method applied in this research was interviews and questionnaires given to education staff and educators at the MDTA. Furthermore, the results of the TOWS and SWOT analysis obtained in the research show that the strategy pattern that should be used by the Islamic educational institution, MDTA Al-Barokah, is an aggressive strategy pattern which is supported by the value of the SWOT analysis results showing a positive difference on each axis line, namely the x axis. = 1.12 and y-axis= 0.56.
