Abstract

Fulfillment of national education standards as a barometer of institutional quality experiences obstacles that are sometimes very serious. However, there are also historical, cultural factors and many other components that also have an influence. This is where the ability to manage the potential that exists and grows in society is needed so that it becomes capital in managing educational institutions. Therefore, this research aims to determine community participation in the sustainability of educational institutions. To find out how the management of educational institutions manages the potential of the surrounding community in managing educational institutions, as well as to explore supporting elements and elements that hinder the process of community participation in educational institutions. The research pattern used here is literature review. The results obtained from this research are that methods that can be used in participation management patterns include, 1) Developing strong parent-child and community communication. 2) Involving Parents and the Community in School Programs and 3) providing invitations to the surrounding environment to the annual community school meeting.

Abstract

Leadership is often seen as a hierarchical-command relationship between superiors and subordinates, often placing subordinates as powerless objects. Therefore, in this research, researchers want to try to examine the theories, functions, approaches and qualities of leadership that occur and are applied in the realm of education itself and become a benchmark for improvement and development towards a better direction in the realm of education, especially in terms of leadership. The method applied is a qualitative research method with a descriptive pattern which combines literature review and interviews as a data collection tool. From this research, data was produced that leadership theory in education includes trait, behavioral and environmental theories. In it there is a leadership role given by the leader of the school institution which focuses more on the example and participation of the staff and teachers themselves so that there is a series of business activities. Thus, choosing a transformation pattern combined with situationalism becomes the approach concept that is applied in this educational institution. Therefore, as an output from the approach applied, whether a leadership concept is quality or not is seen from the process that the institution goes through and the results obtained, whether the output is of higher quality, whether the use of learning models and media has been varied and integrated with technology and how professionalism of teachers serving at the school.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui: 1) strategi pengelolaan suberdaya manusia di lembaga pendiidkan, 2) prosedur penilaian kinerja terhadap sumber daya maniusia pada lembaga pendiidkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengelolaan dan penilaian kinerja sebenarnya tidak hanya untuk kepentingan perubahan status Karyawan, dari status percobaan/kontrak akan menjadi tetap, atau untuk kenaikan jabatan saja, tapi juga bisa untuk menentukan mutasi, demosi, kenaikan gaji berkala, perhitungan insentif, bonus dan bentuk reward yang lain. Selain itu, adanya perilaku yang baik dan tingkat kompetensi yang tinggi pada masing-masing individu, secara langsung juga akan meningkatkan kompetensi organisasi atau instansi dimana pegawai tersebut mengabdi. Untuk mewujudkan akuntabilitas publik atau akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah agar dapat berjalan sesuai yang diinginkan dan dicita-citakan bersama, harus disertai dengan upaya mewujudkan akuntabilitas perilaku/tingkah laku dan wajib dilakukan oleh setiap entitas (institusi/organisasi) terhadap personalnya.
