Abstract

Lingkungan keluarga dapat memberikan peranan yang dapat menyiapkan generasi anak yang mampu secara psikologis, fisik dan non fisik. Fungsi-fungsi pokok lingkungan keluarga adalah Fungsi biologis, Fungsi afeksi, Fungsi sosialisasi. Peningkatan pendidikan generasi penerus berdampak pada pergeseran relasi dan peran-peran anggota keluarga. Namun teladan baik dan tugas-tugas pendidikan dalam keluarga tetap menjadi tanggung jawab kedua orang tua. Dengan demikian pembiasaan adalah sesuatu yang sengaja dilakukan secara berulang-ulang agar sesuatu itu dapat menjadi kebiasaan. Pembiasaan dalam dunia pendidikan sebaiknya dilakukan sedini mungkin. Tujuan pengembangan pembiasaan adalah menfasilitasi anak untuk menampilkan totalitas pemahaman ke dalam kehidupan sehari- hari, baik di SD maupun dilingkungan yang lebih luas (keluarga, kawan, dan masyarakat). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak lingkungan keluarga terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD Negeri 2 Ambit termasuk kategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 41,53%. Program pembiasaan terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri 2 Ambit termasuk kategori rendah, yaitu sebesar 43,08%. Determinasi karakter siswa di SD Negeri 2 Ambit termasuk kategori tinggi, yaitu 55,38%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan keluarga lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan dengan program pembiasaan. Dengan melihat hasil uji hipotesis dapat diketahui dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.007 lebih kecil dari < probabilitas 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga, program pembiasaan, dan pembentukan karakter. Nilai ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan program pembiasaan adalah sebesar 32,5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the professionalism problems of Islamic Religious Education teachers and to understand the strategies for fostering and developing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools and madrasas. The results of the study show that our national education is still facing various educational problems, including the low quality of educational processes and outcomes and the weak professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools and madrasas. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to foster and develop the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers with the following strategies: 1) Self-development, in the form of functional/technical education and training through training, upgrading, technical guidance, apprenticeships, courses and so on, and collection activities teachers through scientific activities in teacher professional organizations, seminars, workshops, colloquiums, discussion panels, in-house training and so on. 2) Scientific publication activities in the form of reporting in scientific forums, publication of research results, publication of textbooks, teacher guides and others in the field of formal education. 3) Innovative work in the form of finding appropriate technology, creating works of art, making or modifying props and practicum tools and so on.

Abstract

Evaluation of an education program is a process of systematic activity to see how successful the planned education program is and to provide information to stakeholders in order to make a decision. The problem that often occurs is that the object of evaluation in education is still focused on the learning process, even though the evaluation includes all educational components and programs in a comprehensive manner. The purpose of this research is to describe program evaluation models and their urgency in evaluating educational programs. The novelty of this study is the implementation of various evaluation models in elementary education. The results of this study indicate that there are more than 50 program evaluation models, of which there are five program evaluation models that can be applied in evaluating educational programs, namely the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP), outcomes (CIPPO), Provus, Countenance (Stake), and Kirkpatrick evaluation models. The contribution is that with this evaluation information will be obtained about the achievements of the educational program, including its quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, so that a decision can be made whether the program is worth continuing, revising, stopping or reformulating so that goals, objectives, processes can be found from the previous one

Abstract

Quality education requires the central role of professional teachers who have strong competence and inherent characteristics. Exploring professional teacher competencies involves efforts to increase relevant pedagogical knowledge and skills. Competent teachers have a deep understanding of the subjects they teach as well as effective teaching methods. They can implement innovative teaching strategies, manage classes well, and facilitate student-centered learning. In addition, professional teachers also have the ability to integrate technology in the learning process to increase student engagement and achievement. Apart from competence, honing characteristics is also important in forming quality professional teachers. Characteristics such as integrity, empathy, effective communication, and leadership and collaboration skills are determining factors in forming positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Professional teachers who have these characteristics can create an inclusive learning environment, support the holistic development of students, and build strong partnerships with education stakeholders.

Abstract

One of the sophistication of technology in the internet network is online games. Advances in technology, especially the virtual world, have created millions of games that have been produced. One of the impacts of the mobile legends online game is the loss of a sense of social concern for teenagers towards the surrounding environment. Some teenagers today have an indifferent attitude to the environment. This can be seen directly when there is a social problem. The negative impact of the game can have implications for the identity process of adolescents by being individualistic. The objectives of this study are 1) Teenagers and Mobile Legend Online Games 2) Social Emotional and Spiritual Attitudes of Adolescents. The results of his research are how to anticipate bad things from games, namely: first, frequency, which is related to how often a person engages in online game playing activities within a specified time span. Second, duration is the length of playing time used to play online games, the more time spent playing games, to indicate the longer someone plays online games. Third, full attention, namely the level of concentration on playing online games so that it overrides other things such as eating, bathing, going to school, and not caring about those around them when playing games. Fourth, emotions which include feelings of happiness, sadness, fear, hope, anger, despair.

Abstract

Education is the main key to the formation of human resources which is a component in building the nation. Education has a very urgent role to ensure the development and continuity of the life of a nation. Education is also a benchmark for advancing a nation, and a reflection of people's personality. Competencies that must be possessed by an Islamic religious education teacher like other teachers include: Pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, social competence. This study aims to determine 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education in increasing student learning motivation. 2) To find out the supporters of student motivation in studying Islamic education. This research is a type of literary research, namely research that uses literature (books) as a reference material. The methods used in this study are: 1) Inductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from things that are specific to things that are general in nature. 2) The deductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from general things to specific things. 3) Correlation Method, this method uses ways of thinking by looking for correlations (relationships) between one thing and another.

Abstract

Academic supervision needs to be carried out to provide technical assistance to teachers and other employees in carrying out the learning process, or to support the learning process which aims to improve the professional abilities of teachers and improve the quality of learning effectively. the purpose of this research is to find out 1). Definition, goals, objectives and principles of educational supervision, 2). Teacher supervision that can be done to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is related to the quality, quantity of output, and reliability that the teacher has in carrying out his duties. Teachers who do not have high performance can reduce the quality of education, so supervision is needed to overcome this. This study used qualitative research methods. Data obtained based on literature study. The essence of the dimension of academic supervision is in the context of fostering teachers to improve the quality of the learning process. The target of academic supervision of the implementation of the learning process, which consists of the subject matter in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of learning strategies/methods/techniques, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing learning processes and outcomes as well as classroom action research. Therefore, the teacher has an extraordinary role in the world of education. The low quality of education in a country is determined by the performance of teachers. Teachers who have high performance will produce high quality graduates.

Abstract

The quality of Madrasah education, especially at MAN 2 Majalengka at the present time is still not very promising, it is even considered to be stagnant and has not experienced improvement, so an appropriate and correct step is needed from the Principal in managing Madrasah one of which is managing its human resources so that good quality education is achieved. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, namely research into the field and then studied for implementation of corrective changes through established regulations. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of education at MAN 2 Majalengka through more optimal human resource management. So that the results of his research show that one of the factors in improving the quality of education is the active and effective role of the head of the Madrasah in managing his human resources so that the active role of human resources in advancing and improving the quality of education is created.

Abstract

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Madrasah (MPBM) merupakan suatu konsep pengelolaan madrasah dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan madrasah berdasarkan prinsip kemandirian, kemitraan, partisipasi, keterbukaan, dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa proses 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, dan 3) Pengawasan MPBM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, yaitu sebuah prosedur penulisan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan, serta orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati serta diarahkan pada latar alamiah secara menyeluruh. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, sedangkan sumber data sekunder melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Madrasah (MPBM) yang baik haruslah sesuai dengan prinsip MPBM, yaitu partisipasi, transparansi, dan akuntabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian MPBM di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor sudah berjalan dengan baik. perencanaan MPBM sudah sesuai dengan prinsip MPBM. Perencanaan dilakukan secara demokratis yang secara tidak langsung telah melibatkan seluruh stakeholder yang ada di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor. 2). Pelaksanaan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor telah berjalan dengan baik, semua perencanaan program telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, walaupun ada beberapa program yang belum terlaksana, hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan waktu, biaya, dan hal yang tidak terduga. 3). Pengawasan MPBM pada MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor berjalan dengan baik. walaupun ada kekurangan hal ini disebabkan kurangnya komunikasi antara stakeholder yang ada di MI-HM Tegalgubug Lor.
