Abstract

At present, the role of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in empowering the community's economy is considered suboptimal and still focused solely on educational activities. Even if there are business units in the pesantren, these units only serve as income sources for the pesantren itself. This type of research is the result of data collection from field research, processed qualitatively using a descriptive method. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. The existing data will be analyzed systematically to make it easy to interpret and understand. The research results conclude that the strategy of pesantren in economic empowerment is to utilize the Pesantren Cooperative (Kopontren). Then, efforts for career guidance for students are conducted through four patterns: 1) career guidance through economic activities centered on the kyai (religious leader); 2) career guidance for students through pesantren economic activities; 3) career guidance for students through economic activities for students; 4) career guidance for students through economic activities for alumni.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the santri perception toward syaria bank and to analyze the perception of santri between pesantren one with other pesantren. The questionnaire contains the profiles and perceptions of santri towards sharia banks. To analyze the santri's perception level in general and to compare the santri perception level between one pesantren with other pesantren using Factor Analysis with Lisrel 8.54. The conclusions of this study are 1) The level of students' perception of Islamic banks is proportionally relatively the same. The level of perception is almost owned by students (47.5%), good and very good perceptions (44.1%), and less (8.3%). For the future, sharia banks should conduct socialization to pesantren because pesantren is a big potential for the development efforts of sharia banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to terminate a pawn contract and review sharia economic law on terminating a pawn contract in Abung Barat District. To discuss these problems, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the settlement in terminating the pawn agreement is resolved in several ways, namely: resolved in a familial manner, there is a settlement of transferring the pawn recipient, and there is also a return to the initial agreement; In a review of sharia economic law on termination of pawn contracts in Abung Barat District, North Lampung, that the implementation of pawning in West Abung District is in accordance with sharia economic law, this is because the implementation of the pawn system is appropriate or has fulfilled the legal basis for terminating a contract. , where what happened in the field the pawnbroker stopped by deliberation to reach a consensus.

Abstract

Tradisi Syarafal Anam merupakan sebuah tradisi yang sudah melekat pada masyarakat Suku Lembak Dusun Besar Kota Bengkulu. Tradisi ini sudah lama ada di lingkungan Suku lembak, hingga saat ini. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui lebih jauh mengenai pemahaman, pengembangan, peristiwa, dan fenomena yang terjadi terhadap tradisi Syarafal Anam di lingkungan sekitar masyarakat lembak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), yang bersifat kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, dan wawancara, selanjutnya akan didiskripsikan secara sistematis dan faktual tentang Syarafal Anam di masyarakat lembak kota Bengkulu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya, tradisi Syarafal Anam adalah tradisi yang memiliki unsur religius atau keagamaan. Khususnya umat muslim, tradisi ini adalah tradisi yang mengajak untuk mengingat Allah dimanapun kita berada serta mengingat kekasih Allah yaitu baginda Nabi Muhammad Saw. Karena dalam pelaksanaannya sendiri dilakukan dengan melantunkan Dzikir dan Sholawat yang diiringi musik rabana. Sedangkan tinjauan hukum Islam tradisi Syarafal Anam sendiri menyangkut dengan `Urf.

Abstract

This article analyzes the communication patterns that emerge and develop from the integration of Smart Contracts in Islamic financial transactions. The adoption of Smart Contracts marks a fundamental shift from traditional sighat (ijab qabul) to automated and immutable programmed communication on the blockchain. This study finds that the communication patterns involved are divided into three main dimensions: first, formal human-to-contract communication, which is the process of coding and initial agreement of the contract (such as mudharabah or murabahah) where the sighat is represented by explicit digital input; second, fully automated system-to-system communication, where Smart Contracts communicate with external data (oracles) to verify conditions and trigger self-executing transactions; and third, contract-to-ledger communication, which results in transparent and immutable transaction recording on the blockchain. Although promising efficiency and improved Sharia Compliance through the elimination of operational gharar, this programmed communication pattern poses challenges related to contract flexibility and code error risks. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate clear Sharia code standards and digital governance mechanisms recognized by the Sharia Supervisory Board to ensure that this new communication pattern validly and ethically supports maqasid syariah (Sharia objectives).
