Abstract

Abstract: Child protection aims to guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights to live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity, as well as protection from violence and discrimination, in order to create Indonesian children who are of good quality, have noble character and prosperity. The implementation of child protection is based on Pancasila and is based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as well as the basic principles of the convention on children's rights, including: a) Non-discrimination; b) The best interests of the child; c) The right to life, survival and development; and d) Respect for children's opinions. Child protection essentially involves the continuity of regulations in legislation. Policies, efforts and activities that guarantee the realization of the protection of children's rights are first of all based on the development that children are a vulnerable and independent group, in addition to the fact that there are groups of children who experience obstacles in growth and development, both spiritually, physically and socially. .Keywords: Child Protection, Women, Human Rights.

Abstract

The application of the learning curriculum also affects the perspectives obtained by students, both their understanding of education and the involvement of guidance and counseling in the school itself. As an inseparable part of the learning process in schools, guidance and counseling services are expected to be able to help achieve the goals of the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the guidance and counseling program in the field of tutoring in the independent curriculum. This research method is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The implementation of the counseling guidance program at SDN 03 Pakan Labuh is based on what the teacher does, namely that the teacher has carried out the function of a class teacher who is also a student counseling teacher. One of the services that teachers have provided related to the field of tutoring is to provide learning guidance services and also consulting services. However, several counseling guidance services have not been carried out related to the field of tutoring. So in this case the counseling teacher needs to pay more attention to the role they have so that the role of counseling as a profession can help the successful implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut kesiapan guru sekolah dasar untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan kompetensi dan akses teknologi yang menyebabkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan guru sekolah dasar dalam menghadapi transformasi digital pada era Merdeka Belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan analisis tematik terhadap jurnal ilmiah, laporan pengabdian, dan kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru masih bervariasi, terutama terkait literasi digital dan pemahaman terhadap filosofi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, berbasis praktik, serta dukungan komunitas belajar menjadi strategi utama untuk meningkatkan kesiapan tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kesiapan guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pedagogis dan adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik masa kini. Dengan dukungan institusi pendidikan dan kebijakan yang progresif, transformasi digital dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan merata di sekolah dasar.
