Abstract

The application of the learning curriculum also affects the perspectives obtained by students, both their understanding of education and the involvement of guidance and counseling in the school itself. As an inseparable part of the learning process in schools, guidance and counseling services are expected to be able to help achieve the goals of the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the guidance and counseling program in the field of tutoring in the independent curriculum. This research method is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The implementation of the counseling guidance program at SDN 03 Pakan Labuh is based on what the teacher does, namely that the teacher has carried out the function of a class teacher who is also a student counseling teacher. One of the services that teachers have provided related to the field of tutoring is to provide learning guidance services and also consulting services. However, several counseling guidance services have not been carried out related to the field of tutoring. So in this case the counseling teacher needs to pay more attention to the role they have so that the role of counseling as a profession can help the successful implementation of the independent curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

Students are one of the important social segments that are affected and have an impact on the 2024 Presidential General Election (Pilpres). Therefore, this research aims to describe the rationality of students' political choices between rational, primordial, pragmatic, and emotional preferences or types, as well as their comparison with each other. With a population of 6174 students of Hatta University, spread across 33 study programs in the Even Semester 2023-2024, namely with cluster data collection techniques and proportional random sampling, the research sample was 330 people (5.34%), using a questionnaire instrument. The results of this study show that in real and internal comparison, each type of student political choice between rational and non-rational (irrational) preferences/types is contrasting but weak, namely 60.1% compared to 11.9%, primordial type 55.6% and non-primordial type 15.3%, pragmatic type 59.8% and non-pragmatic type 15.3%, while emotional type is 60.1% and non-emotional type 11.9%. Externally and in real terms, there is no dominant (weak) difference. However, the negative preferences of the primordial and emotional types were still more prominent, namely 55.6% and 60.1% (both less strong), so that the average difference in percentage with non-primordialism and non-emotional was 44.25% (less strong)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap mahasiswa PPKn di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Kota Padang terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanganan Covid-19. Sikap masyarakat di Kota Padang yang cenderung terbelah pasca Pilpres 2019 berhubungan dengan respons yang berbeda dalam menilai penanggulangan Covid-19 oleh pemerintah. Responden mahasiswa yang diteliti merupakan calon guru PPKn yang akan membentuk sikap siswa sebagai warga negara di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan variabel riset yang diukur melalui kuisioner valid dan reliabel yang dikembangkan sendiri. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 121 mahasiswa dan sampel 95 orang (78,51%). Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model Skala Likert dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap politik mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Covid-19 pemerintah adalah kurang kuat (42,9%). Hal ini berarti bahwa responden mahasiswa dapat mematuhi himbauan pemerintah terkait Covid-19 tanpa melihat partai politik yang berkuasa. Polarisasi politik yang terjadi pada Pilpres 2019 biasanya masih membekas yang dapat mempengaruhi pandangan masyarakat terhadap penanganan Covid-19. Namun dalam penelitian ini terlihat bahwa mahasiswa dapat menilai secara objektif dan tidak menghubungkan kebijakan pemerintah dengan afiliasi politik partai yang sebelumnya sudah terpolarisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media digital dalam penguatan civic literacy pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen digital pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi platform digital seperti Google Classroom, Canva, dan komik digital berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta etika partisipasi di ruang digital. Skor civic literacy dan keterlibatan siswa meningkat secara nyata setelah intervensi pembelajaran digital diterapkan. Meskipun demikian, hambatan seperti ketimpangan akses perangkat, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kekakuan kurikulum masih menjadi tantangan implementasi. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan antara lain kesiapan guru dalam mengelola media digital serta tingginya antusiasme siswa terhadap pendekatan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan dunia digital mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media digital, jika digunakan secara strategis dan inklusif, memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk warga negara muda yang kritis, partisipatif, dan bertanggung jawab secara etis.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didik di kelas IV SD Negeri 55 Air Pacah, Kota Padang, pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian tengah semester, terdapat 11 peserta didik atau sekitar 42,39% yang mampu memahami materi PPKn dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini agar dapat menggambarkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model yaitu Project Based Learning (PjBL), didukung oleh penggunaan media kombinasi audio dan visual pada peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 55 Air Pacah, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan melibatkan 26 peserta didik sebagai subjek. Alat pengumpulan data mencakup lembar pengamatan (observasi) aktivitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, penilaian sikap kepada peserta didik, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian pengetahuan (kognitif) peserta didik pada aspek C1 dengan peningkatan persentase ketuntasan di siklus I dari 42,30% menjadi 76,92% di siklus II. Pada aspek pemahaman (C2), persentase ketuntasan juga meningkat, di siklus I dari yang mulanya 50%, mengalami peningkatan ke 84,61% di siklus II. Selain itu, ranah afektif, khususnya aspek kerjasama (A2), terdapat perubahan dari 48,07% di siklus I menjadi 85,53% di siklus II. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, kesimpulannya adalah model PjBL yang sudah diterapkan dengan media kombinasi audio dan visual terbukti efektif dalam menaikkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas IV SDN 55 Air Pacah, Kota Padang.
