Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn dengan menggunakan medel STAD. STAD adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif yang memacu kerja sama siswa melalui belajar dalam kelompok yang anggotanya beragam, baik dalam kemampuan akademik maupun latar belakang etnis, dan sebagainya agar tercipta keadaan saling mendorong dan membantu satu sama lain dalam suasana sosial yang beragam untuk menguasai keterampilan yang sedang dipelajari. Penelitian ini dilakuakan dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus yaitu siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yang diawali dengan kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan refleksi, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 19 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini dari siklus 1 meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn. Pada hari terakhir di siklus 1 terdapat 12 peserta didik (63%) yang telah mencapai target KKM, dan pada hasil evaluasi siklus II terdapat 16 peserta didik (84%) yang telah mencapai nilai KKM. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa pada siklus II telah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan klasikal yang ditentukan yaitu 70%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis hubungan gaya kepemimpinan situasional Kepala Desa dengan pencapaian target wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan. Hasil pengamatan penelitian penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan di desa karyamukti kecamatan campaka kabupaten cianjur, belum 100% mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kegagalan dalam mencapai target wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan, salah satunya disebabkan kepala desa karyamukti belum sepenuhnya menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan situasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analysis. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik analysis tersebut di atas didapat angka hasil evaluasi angket dari variabel bebas (kepemimpinan situasional) dengan angka 63,25% keadaan tersebut termasuk kategori kurang baik serta nilai untuk varibel terikat (target wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan) yang diperoleh dengan angka 64,97% keadaan tersebut termasuk kategori kurang baik. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata variabel bebas dan varibel terikat pada garis kontinum berada pada kriteria kurang baik. Dengan demikian kepemimpinan situasional sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mencapai target wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan yang telah ditetapkan diharapkan mencapai 100% pada tiap tahunnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Village Head in supervising village officials to improve work discipline in Mekarsari Village, Pagelaran District, Cianjur Regency. The background of this research is the low level of work discipline among village officials due to weak internal supervision systems, reflected in violations of working hours, task delays, and lack of adherence to work procedures. The study employs a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through literature review, observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents. The results indicate that the supervision carried out by the Village Head-including setting work standards, regulating working hours, assigning tasks based on job descriptions, evaluating, inspecting work results, measuring performance, and providing feedback-has been effective and significantly contributes to improving the work discipline of village officials. Supervision that is participatory, transparent, and accountable serves not only as a control tool but also as a coaching instrument that fosters sustainable discipline awareness. Therefore, the Village Head’s supervision is key to creating a professional village administration and enhancing the quality of public services at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the government in improving the social welfare of neglected children through the food assistance program in Cianjur Regency. The issue of neglected children, as part of the Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) category, remains a critical concern at the local level, particularly in fulfilling basic needs such as food and nutrition. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, involving officials from the Social Affairs Office and managers of Social Welfare Institutions (LKS). Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through triangulation. The results indicate that the government’s role has been relatively effective, as reflected in three main indicators: facilitator, regulator, and catalyst. The government has provided food assistance as a means of fulfilling basic needs, established regulations supporting program implementation, and promoted the improvement of social welfare among neglected children. However, several challenges remain, including uneven distribution of assistance, limited institutional guidance for LKS, and insufficient human resources with adequate information technology skills. Therefore, strengthening policy frameworks, enhancing institutional capacity, and optimizing the distribution system are necessary to ensure that the program operates more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and the village head's leadership style on the work morale of village apparatus in Sukajadi Village, Cianjur Regency. The primary background of this research is the phenomenon of low discipline and delays in task completion, which indicate a decline in the work morale of village officials. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The entire population of 30 village apparatus members was used as the research sample through a saturated sampling (census) technique. Hypothesis testing results indicate that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on work morale, with a path coefficient of 0.667 and a t-statistic of 4.698. Leadership style was also found to have a positive and significant effect on work morale, with a coefficient of 0.322 and a t-statistic of 2.245. An R-Square value of 0.974 shows that both variables simultaneously contribute 97.4% to the work morale of the village apparatus. These findings confirm that internal communication is the most dominant factor in shaping work motivation within Sukajadi Village. In conclusion, enhancing the work morale of village officials can be optimally achieved through strengthening transparent communication systems and developing more participatory leadership capacities for the village head.
