Abstract

The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is one of the projects implemented in the Merdeka curriculum, the implementation of which is different in each school. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the independent curriculum strengthens the profile of Pancasila in the school. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research were obtained from interviews and observations. Using interview instruments, this research conducted interviews with informants from schools consisting of school principals, teachers and students. Based on the results of this research, the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Dharma Wanita, Kediri, East Java has not been implemented comprehensively, but has only been implemented in grade 10. Meanwhile, grades 11 and 12 are still implementing the 2013 Curriculum, and are collaborating with the Putra Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) as an educational consultant to hold outreach and training at SMA Dharma Wanita, Kediri, East Java which discusses the independent curriculum, learning the independent curriculum and learning about P5 activities. Then, in its implementation, SMA Dharma Wanita formed a team of several teachers who were the driving force for creating the P5 project and teaching modules. The Independent Curriculum teaching module at SMA Dharma Wanita was created by adopting or adapting examples of teaching modules that have been created by the ministry and adapted to the school's capabilities.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening (P5) Project Programme activities in each school are mandatory for students to participate in. With this P5 project activity, students can hone their psychomotor skills and increase creativity in learning. The purpose of the study is to understand the effectiveness of the P5 strategy on the creativity of Pelita Tiga Jakarta High School students. The research method uses quantitative correlation method. Simple random selection was used to draw a sample of 34 students. Data were obtained through interviews and observations and evaluated using product moment correlation technique. The results obtained 0.677 > 0.344 / 0.442 (sig level 5% or 1%). So it is concluded that the effectiveness of the Pancasila student profile project programme (P5) has an influence or impact to increase student creativity at SMA Pelita Tiga Jakarta

Abstract

The learning process at the high school level often decreases enthusiasm in the learning process in the classroom. This is due to lack of motivation from outside (extrinsic) and within students (intrinsic), as well as lack of appreciation given by teachers and schools. So that the learning process is less interesting for students, and students feel less appreciated for the results that have been achieved. The impact of this makes students less interested and less enthusiastic about teaching and learning activities. And the targeted results were not achieved. The purpose of this study is to find out how related the provision of rewards so that it can affect learning motivation. The method used in this study is descriptive collerational analytic. And the result of this study is the effect of giving rewards with learning motivation. If you look at the rxy obtained which is 0.439, it turns out to be located between 0.40 – 0.70 based on the guidelines contained in the table. So it can be stated that between the correlation of variable X (Reward) and variable Y (Learning Motivation) is a correlation that is classified as moderate or sufficient.
