Abstract

Classification is the process of identifying and grouping objects into classes or categories based on their characteristics. In data mining, there are two processes, namely classification and clustering, which are used to group objects based on similarities. In the classification process, various methods such as K-NN, SVM, and Naïve Bayes are often used and developments are made in the method. The Naïve Bayes classifier is proven to have advantages, such as faster calculation and better accuracy. However, this method has limitations in the attribute selection process. To overcome this limitation, the Particle Optimize Weights Forward algorithm is used to improve accuracy by assigning weights to attributes in the Naïve Bayes method. This approach improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Naïve Bayes classifier in data classification tasks.

Abstract

The Thematic Real Work Lecture Program (KKN-T) is a community service activity that must be carried out by students to provide direct experience in applying the knowledge gained on campus. This activity aims to bring students closer to village communities, as well as develop students' practical abilities and character. One of the main focuses of KKN-T is to improve village development through the application of information and communication technology (ICT), which is expected to support economic growth and efficiency of community administration services. Even though several villages have begun to adopt digital technology, data processing and community services are still mostly done manually, causing delays in decision making. Therefore, the application of technology such as Machine Learning can be a solution to speed up and increase the accuracy of data processing, especially in determining recipients of social assistance and other administrative services. This research identifies obstacles in implementing technology in villages and provides technology-based solutions to overcome these problems. Through KKN-T activities in Paya Tusam Village, students provided education on the use of Machine Learning to increase the efficiency of administrative data processing. It is hoped that the results of this service will facilitate decision making and introduce villages to more modern technology, so that villages can develop and improve the quality of life of their people.

Abstract

Pembelajaran alfabet membuat keingintahuan alami anak kecil mengharuskan mereka memperoleh keterampilan menguasai hal-hal penting, daya ingat nan kuat, dan sifat suka bermain. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran alfabet akan lebih menyenangkan dan menarik. Salah satu cara alternatif untuk meningkatkan minat anak dalam belajar alfabet adalah dengan permainan alfabet berbasis Unity 2d, yang dapat dimainkan dengan mudah melalui perangkat Android yang sudah dimiliki sebagian besar anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat permainan alfabet yang ramah anak yang berbasis Unity 2d. Game ini dapat men ingkatkan keinginan anak untuk belajar alfabet dan membantu mereka menemukan dan membedakan huruf alfabet. Game ini memiliki elemen visual dan audio yang menarik, animasi dan suara yang interaktif, dan fitur petunjuk dan skor yang membantu anak belajar alfabet. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan alfabet berbasis Unity 2d memenuhi kriteria untuk digunakan sebagai alat pembelajaran. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa permainan ini adalah alat pembelajaran yang efektif yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak usia dini dalam memahami alfabet.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of implementing a leadership scheduling information system that utilizes queue algorithms in government agencies. The main objective is to evaluate how the integration of algorithm-based scheduling systems improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in managing executive-level appointments and meetings. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis through system performance metrics with qualitative feedback from end-users, including administrative staff and decision-makers. Findings indicate a significant improvement in scheduling efficiency, with reduced conflicts, optimized time slots, and better coordination between departments. Furthermore, the system minimizes manual intervention, thus decreasing administrative errors and enhancing data integrity. The queue algorithm enables a first-come-first-served mechanism that ensures fairness while allowing for priority-based modifications in urgent cases. The implementation also receives positive responses in terms of user satisfaction and perceived usefulness. However, challenges such as user adaptation and technical limitations were identified, suggesting a need for continuous training and system updates. Overall, the integration of a queue algorithm-based scheduling system proves to be an effective solution for improving leadership-level administrative processes in government institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate an integrated framework combining COBIT 2019 and ISO/IEC 27001 to enhance IT governance and information security management. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research involved document analysis, expert interviews, and a case-based validation within a government institution. The integration process consisted of three phases: mapping, harmonization, and synthesis, which resulted in the development of the Integrated IT Governance and Security Framework (IGSF). The findings reveal a high degree of alignment between COBIT 2019’s governance domains and ISO/IEC 27001’s security control structures, forming a unified model that strengthens strategic alignment, risk management, and compliance. Expert validation confirmed that the IGSF facilitates better communication between governance and security teams, reduces redundancy, and enhances operational efficiency. The practical case study demonstrated improved coordination, documentation, and audit readiness following implementation. This study contributes to IT governance and information security literature by presenting a structured, adaptable framework that organizations can adopt to achieve both governance excellence and security resilience. The results also suggest potential for future quantitative evaluation to measure the impact of this integration on organizational performance and compliance outcomes.
