Abstract

Penelitian ini menfokuskan kajian tentang pengembangan manajemen kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan (1) Bagaimana pembinaan jiwa kewirausahaan kepada siswa dalam mengembangkan wirausaha (2) Bagaimana pengembangan manajemen kewirausahaan di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, yakni pemahaman dan penafsiran secara mendalam dan natural tentang makna dari fenomena yang ada dilapangan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kewirausahaan, tim pengembang kewirausahaan, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan pencermatan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model dari Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi langkah-langkah kegiatan : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Upaya dalam mewujudkan proses pembinaan jiwa kewirausahaan di SMK, mengunakan strategi yang menunjang, antara lain: a. Penanaman sikap dan perilaku wirausahawan, b. Penugasan, dan pendampingan, c. Guru mengunakan metode penugasan, dan pengalaman langsung d. Membuka wawasan atau mengunjugi perusahaan. (2) Pengembangan manajemen kewirausahaan di SMK diartikan sebagai proses kegiatan manajemen seperti : a. Perencanaan, b. Pengorganisasian, c. Menggerakkan, d. Pengawasan, telah memenuhi standar proses manajemen yang baik karna adanya kelengkapan program dan pasilitas yang menunjang Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Manajemen Kewirausahaan, Lulusan Sekolah, Manajemen Sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the pesantren environment on students’ academic achievement at MA Al-Mubarok. The pesantren environment is viewed as an educational ecosystem that integrates formal and nonformal education through discipline, religious values, literacy culture, and social interaction among students. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects included students residing in the pesantren, subject teachers, and pesantren administrators, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the pesantren environment has a positive impact on students’ academic achievement. Time discipline, religious habituation, literacy practices, Arabic language learning, and collective learning culture contribute to the enhancement of students’ learning motivation, psychological well-being, and academic understanding. This study confirms that the pesantren environment functions not only as a space for character building but also as an effective educational system that supports students’ academic success in madrasah-based education.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed educational practices, including Islamic Religious Education (IRE). While AI offers substantial potential to enhance learning effectiveness through personalization, adaptive instruction, and data-driven assessment, its integration into IRE raises critical ethical and pedagogical concerns. This study aims to examine the implications of AI for Islamic Religious Education, with particular attention to the challenges of maintaining ethical values and pedagogical integrity in technology-mediated learning environments. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this study analyzes relevant theoretical and empirical studies on AI in education, Islamic pedagogy, and Islamic ethics. The findings indicate that although AI can support instructional efficiency and learner engagement, it is limited in addressing the affective and spiritual dimensions central to IRE. Ethical issues such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the authority of religious knowledge, along with pedagogical challenges related to moral formation and teacher–student interaction, remain significant. The study concludes that a human-centered and ethically grounded integration of AI is essential to ensure that technological innovation aligns with the moral and spiritual objectives of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Perceraian merupakan fenomena yang terus meningkat dalam praktik peradilan agama di Indonesia dan umumnya dirumuskan dalam bentuk perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus-menerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk ketimpangan beban emosional dalam relasi suami istri yang berujung pada perceraian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Pengadilan Agama Blambangan Umpu, Kabupaten Way Kanan, Provinsi Lampung melalui analisis dokumen putusan perceraian dan wawancara dengan hakim serta staf pengadilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketimpangan beban emosional muncul dalam beberapa bentuk, yaitu ketimpangan pengelolaan konflik rumah tangga, kurangnya dukungan emosional dari pasangan, ketimpangan tanggung jawab domestik dan pengasuhan anak, serta lemahnya komunikasi dalam hubungan perkawinan. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dinamika emosional memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi stabilitas hubungan suami istri dan menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong terjadinya perceraian
