Abstract

Latar belakang : CHF, suatu penyakit kronis, meningkatkan risiko masalah, terutama pada mereka yang telah menjalani operasi jantung, karena jantung tidak mampu berfungsi dengan baik sebagai pompa. Sebagian disebabkan oleh kebiasaan kebersihan pribadi yang tidak memadai, pasien CHF pascaoperasi sangat rentan terhadap infeksi, termasuk infeksi luka operasi dan infeksi yang didapat di rumah sakit. Karena alasan ini, pengajaran tentang kebersihan kepada pasien merupakan komponen penting dalam perawatan keperawatan untuk membantu pemulihan mereka dan menurunkan risiko komplikasi pascaoperasi. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pendidikan kesehatan mempengaruhi pengetahuan pasien CHF pascaoperasi di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan tentang cara menjaga kebersihan yang baik. Metode: Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi edukatif, yaitu mengajarkan pasien CHF pascaoperasi tentang kebersihan pribadi, yang meliputi kebersihan fisik, kebersihan mulut, dan perawatan diri dasar. Tingkat pengetahuan pasien sebelum dan sesudah menerima pendidikan dibandingkan untuk menentukan efektivitas pendidikan. Setelah pendidikan kesehatan, temuan menunjukkan bahwa pasien lebih menyadari pentingnya mempraktikkan kebersihan pribadi yang tepat. Fungsi kebersihan dalam mencegah infeksi dan meningkatkan proses penyembuhan pascaoperasi menjadi lebih jelas bagi pasien. Hasil : Pasien terbukti menerapkan praktik kebersihan pribadi yang lebih sehat sebagai hasil dari edukasi yang diberikan secara terorganisir dan komunikatif. Kesimpulan: studi ini adalah bahwa pengajaran kebersihan kepada pasien dengan gagal jantung pasca operasi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik perawatan diri mereka. Edukasi ini, diharapkan, akan diintegrasikan ke dalam perawatan keperawatan berkelanjutan untuk menurunkan risiko masalah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan yang sedang dalam masa pemulihan pasca operasi gagal jantung.

Abstract

Atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, is a chronic inflammatory condition of the skin that often results in red, itchy, and inflamed patches on the skin. These patches can become open sores or sores that require proper care and treatment. Cleaning to speed healing and prevent infection. This type of research is Quasi-experimental research using a Pre-Experiment Design with a One group Pre test – Post test design. The results showed that of the 60 students who had a good level of knowledge at the pre-test, there were 7 people (11.7%), the level of knowledge was sufficient for the students at the pre-test, there were 24 people (40%) and the level of knowledge was poor for the students. during the pre-test there were 29 people (48.3%). The research results showed that of the 60 students who had a good level of knowledge at the post-test, 12 people (20%), had a sufficient level of knowledge at the post-test, 48 people (80%). The statistical test results showed that p-value = 0.000, p-value <0.05, meaning that there was a significant increase in knowledge scores between before and after providing education.

Abstract

Compliance is the extent to which a nurse's behavior is in accordance with the provisions that have been given by the nurse leadership or the hospital. The level of compliance of nurses is not only measured by their knowledge and attitude towards the procedure, but is based on the assessment and supervision of the procedure actions. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes nurses' compliance in the implementation of decubitus wound care at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital in Medan in 2024. This study uses a correlation descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses at Martha Friska Multatuli Hospital Medan with a sample of 53 people. Sampling uses purposive sampling. The research data was obtained by the primary data collection method using questionnaires and secondary data from hospitals. The statistical test used is chi square (α = 0.05). The results of the research at the level of knowledge were obtained that most of the respondents had a good level of knowledge as much as 37 (69.8%), a sufficient level of knowledge of 7 (13.2%). Based on the chi square statistical test, p-value = 0.001 < α (0.05), it was found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and nurse compliance in carrying out decubitus wound care. In the attitude of nurses, positive attitudes were obtained as many as 38 (71.7%), negative attitudes as many as 2 (3.8%) Based on the statistical test of chi square obtained p-value = 0.000 < α (0.05), it was found that there was a significant relationship between attitude and nurse compliance in carrying out decubitus wound care. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards nurses' compliance with the implementation of decubitus wound care at Martha Friska Mulatuli Hospital Medan in 2024. It is hoped that the hospital will provide special training on wound care to improve nursing knowledge and attitudes.
