Abstract

Abstraks: The city of Bandung faces big challenges in waste management, with daily waste production of 3,950 tons and only 2,750 tons being transported. High population density and intense tourism contribute to waste production, which causes rubbish to be scattered in cities and rivers. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of analyzing what causes environmental pollution in the city of Bandung to continue to increase. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method, namely by taking a sample of respondents from the city of Bandung to analyze what factors cause people's lack of concern for the environment. According to the results obtained, it is the lack of awareness of the people of Bandung city which is a factor causing the high level of environmental pollution, in addition to the lack of knowledge on how to process waste properly so that the waste does not accumulate and everything can be recycled. The program carried out by the government also educates the local community on how to process waste using the 4R method and also sorting waste before disposal and by cultivating waste that can be recycled. Abstract

Almost all foundations in Indonesia or even in the world have standard work methodologies (SOPs). Not only in the context of government, education, etc., an assembly organization also requires SOPs in every part of the organization. In an organization, regulations are made in a more precise structure, namely Work System Standards or what are often called SOPs. Every organization definitely has dreams and missions to achieve, both in the short and long term. In subjective examination, the techniques commonly used are meetings, perceptions and use of notes. This research examines the concept of standard operating procedures (SOP). The focus point of this examination is on the 3 most interesting things in the SOP. Based on in-depth interviews with 10 subjects at the Torch Engineering company, it is stated that Standard Operating Procedures are the core thing in a work process as well as the type of leadership that regulates the running of a series of Standard Operating Procedures. The results of the research This provides a deeper understanding of how the type of leadership and the SOP concept are mutually sustainable in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of work at Torch Engineering.

Abstract

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. Dispora has an important role in developing youth potential and advancing the field of sports in a country or certain city district, and its objectives include developing leadership, creativity and youth skills. , as well as increasing achievement and participation in sports activities to support overall Community Health and Development. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty. The results of this research are that employee loyalty is one of the keys to the success of a program. performance, so as to reduce the risk of failure in the performance program, suggestions: To increase employee morale and work motivation, leaders should act more wisely, so that appropriate work programs are created.

Abstract

With neighborly harmony, a harmonious society will be created, looking after each other, respecting each other, and also helping each other. An unpleasant act is an action that disturbs public order. Unpleasant actions usually take the form of criminalization or activities that are considered to be detrimental to people or the public. Living in harmony with neighbors will make you feel comfortable and happy. The aim of this research is to find out the impact of habits that can disturb the comfort of neighbors around the BATUJAJAR transit apartment, Giriasih village, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the data produced is a description of the results of observations at the location and the results of interviews with the surrounding community who are the objects as sources. From the results of observations made, the impact caused by neighbors' habit of frequently karaoke at night is that it creates disharmony between neighbors, causes discomfort when living next door, and really disturbs neighbors with sound police.

Abstract

Administrative services at the sub-district or village level are one of the public services that are very important for the community. This administrative service includes various types of certificates, such as birth certificates, death certificates and resident mutation letters. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with library study research techniques and field studies with observation, interviews and documentation to collect data. Other research shows that analysis of the quality of administrative services at the sub-district office of Gunung Halu Regency can be carried out using quantitative methods with techniques. questionnaire data collection. The results of the research show that the quality of administrative services at the sub-district office of Gunung Halu Regency still needs to be improved. In technical guidance, village officials are provided with knowledge and skills in financial management and village administration.

Abstract

Learning activities must be paid attention to properly and correctly, therefore students must focus when learning begins. There are times when students are sleepy in class due to lack of sleep or staying up late at night. This research aims to find out how to help students not get sleepy and continue to learn well and stay focused in class. It is hoped that the results of this research can help teachers to deal with students who are sleepy during learning so that the material can be conveyed well. The research was conducted at PP Wells Bandung, Cililin District, West Bandung City. This research uses data collection techniques with qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Di Klinik Utama Mata KMM Bandung Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif., wawancara individu dilakukan dengan karyawan para pasien di Klinik Utama MataKMM Bandung Barat untuk memperoleh pandangan mereka tentang kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang di berikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harapan sesuai dengan kenyataan yang berarti tidak terjadi kesenjangan. Para pasien merasa ‘Sangat Puas’ tehadap kualitas pelayan dilihat dari dimensi Bukti Fisik (Tengible), Kehandalan (Reliabilty), Jaminan (Assurance) dan Empati (Empathy). Sedangkan untuk dimensi Daya Tanggap (Responsiveness) beberapa pasien merasa kurang puas dikarenakan proses pendaftaran yang cukup lama dan berbelit-belit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan Klinik Utama Mata KMM Bandung Barat agar ke depannya terus meningkatkan kedisiplinan terutama jadwal masuk kerja sehingga pasien tidak merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, selain itu agar kedepannya juga terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah ada dengan memperlihatkan sikap ramah, sopan dan selalu memperhatikan kebutuah pasien. Serta diharapkan bisa memeperbaiki sistem pendaftaran yang berbelit-belit agar lebih mudah untuk dilakukan dan dipahami oleh para pasien. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

The increasing ease of internet access has led to its misuse in the form of online gambling. Initially, online games served as the entry point, but curiosity and interest have driven teenagers to participate in online gambling. Kartono (2014) defines gambling as the intentional act of risking something valuable with awareness of the associated risks and specific expectations for uncertain events, such as games, matches, races, and other occurrences. The uncertainty of outcomes generates expectations and tension for gamblers. nawati, Prakoso, and Prihatmi (2015) assert that the development of information and communication technology significantly influences the gambling model and its payment methods. Unlike traditional gambling, which requires face-to-face interactions, physical means, and cash payments, online gambling leverages the internet, enabling games without physical encounters. The rapid evolution of online gambling in recent decades has facilitated easy access to various forms of gambling through the internet. Despite gambling's historical existence, online gambling possesses distinct characteristics that entail specific risks. This journal aims to identify and explore the diverse negative impacts associated with online gambling, while also delving into control measures that can be implemented to address these issues. Employing the qualitative descriptive phenomenology research method, our study will uncover shared meanings of the online gambling phenomenon as experienced by a group of students (Sahputra et al., 2022). The methodology employed here is the literature review method, wherein an independent activity is conducted to collect literature data, engage in reading and note-taking, and process research materials from various sources, such as books, online media, print media, and national and international journals. Online gambling has emerged as a concerning phenomenon globally. This journal examines various aspects related to the hazards of online gambling, encompassing social, economic, and health impacts. Additionally, we discuss control efforts that can be implemented to address these issues, with the ultimate goal of enhancing understanding and promoting more effective actions in addressing this problem. Online gambling presents numerous dangers that can adversely affect individuals and society at large. To tackle this issue, control efforts, including stringent regulations, public education, and rehabilitation programs, are imperative. A comprehensive understanding of the perils of online gambling will enable collaborative efforts to create a safer and healthier environment for everyone. Concrete actions are necessary to shield society from the detrimental impacts of online gambling.

This article aims to determine the influence of advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. With increasing market competition in selling instant noodles in Indonesia, business people must strengthen marketing methods and promotional strategies and create products with good quality and quality in order to achieve maximum sales targets. The marketing technique used in this research is to use advertising to disseminate information about the products being sold. The Lemonilo company also uses advertising by collaborating and using brand ambassadors to introduce the products it produces. So that people can get to know healthy food and change healthy food patterns by getting to know Lemonilo products.
