Abstract

Basically, each human individual is unique, each one is different from the others. So each human always has its own characteristics and characteristics that differentiate it from other humans. Due to this uniqueness, deviant things or actions often occur in everyday life between peer groups. The peer group should be the second environment after the family, which has a major influence on an individual's life. Peer groups provide an environment, namely a place where peers can socialize with applicable values, no longer values ​​set by adults, but by friends of their age and place in order to determine their identity, but if the values ​​developed in a peer group are values ​​or negative behavior will pose a danger to the development of the individual's soul.

Abstract

In establishing a good relationship with family, friends, partners, recognize that the relationship tends to be toxic or not, not infrequently the relationship already has toxic indications but has not realized and even still survives in the toxic relationship. Researchers aim to determine the impact of toxic relationships, whether in a close environment can trigger damage to mental health. The researcher's method uses a mixed method with 11 respondents, the researcher obtains by asking questions through interviews and questionnaires, the results show that in family relationships, friends, and couples, toxic relationships can occur which have a negative impact on psychological and physical health. The researcher's conclusion is that it is good for someone if they already have one of the characteristics of a toxic relationship indicator to immediately leave the toxic relationship and love themselves to maintain mental health.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence between leadership styles on employee work stress levels in several companies. The research method used is a literature review of several previous studies. Used 5 relevant literature that will be reviewed both nationally and internationally with a range of years 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results found that Tokopedia employees felt that the leadership style applied was in accordance with what they expected. They consider that the leader has applied the right style in every work-related condition. The stress level of employees at Tokopedia is relatively low. The analysis that has been done shows a negative significant relationship between leadership style and job stress levels. Employees who feel in accordance with the leadership style of their superiors will have lower stress levels. The results of this study can be a reference for related companies to study other factors that cause job stress.

Abstract

Cultivating fish using floating net cages (KJA) is a type of business that is quite promising, apart from that, the process of cultivating fish using floating net cages is not very difficult or can be said to be easy. However, there are many risks that can cause losses for entrepreneurs in cultivating floating net cage fish. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that cause losses in fish cultivation using floating net cages (KJA) in Saguling. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the data produced through interviews is expressed in the form of descriptions rather than numbers. The results found by the author in this research are that the biggest causes of losses experienced by floating net cage (KJA) fish farmers are caused by high fish mortality rates and selling prices that are not commensurate with the expensive price of feed.

Abstract

Kopo Sayati, more precisely Miko Mall Bandung, is one of the traffic jam points in the city of Bandung, West Java. From these problems, each individual with a different character, as a driver, must have their own point of view in overcoming the problem. The impact that arises must vary according to their respective nature, behavior, and personal character. The purpose of this study is to open the mind and process the EQ (emotional intelligence) of each driver so that they drive properly, not harming themselves or others. Traffic jams have an impact on emotional intelligence for motorists and are very reliable when they are stuck in these conditions. The methods used by these researchers are useful for achieving goals such as, facilitating connectivity and traffic accessibility, in addition to providing alternatives for citizens to increase economic productivity
