Abstract

PAI curriculum development is the process of preparing, implementing, evaluating and perfecting the PAI curriculum. Curriculum is one of the important components that must exist in the world of education. Because without a curriculum, teachers will experience difficulties when carrying out their duties in the teaching and learning process. The curriculum in the learning process is a guide and guidance for educators. Every educator has an obligation to understand, master and develop the curriculum, because the curriculum is the most important system in the educational context, especially in Islamic religious education. By understanding and mastering the curriculum, teachers can choose and determine learning directions and objectives, learning methods, learning techniques, learning media, and learning evaluation tools that are appropriate to the material that will be used for teaching and learning. In achieving the goal of a good learning process, first facing and responding to the challenges of the dynamics of social change at this time, curriculum development is not only the task of the government and the highest office holders in Islamic education institutions, teachers are also expected to play their role in developing the Islamic religious curriculum in institutions Islamic education.

Abstract

At the National Teacher's Day commemoration event in 2019 the Minister of Education and Culture or the Ministry of Education and Culture initiated the concept of "Free Learning Education". This concept is a response to the needs of the education system in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, Minister Nadiem Makarim said that freedom to learn is freedom to think, freedom to think is determined by the teacher, so the main key that supports the new education system is the teacher, where the teacher is tasked with shaping the future. front of the nation. The concept of Freedom to Learn is no longer an idea but rather a policy that will be implemented. Freedom to learn is a word that is often interpreted and explained as freedom in its true sense. The point of the problem is that there are still restrictions everywhere, especially in education, educators and students cannot feel sufficient autonomy to determine the direction of policy in learning and teaching because they are still regulated by regulations which make the implementation and evaluation process plans carried out seem limited and tie. The concept of Freedom of Learning is an agreement in reconstructing the national education system, by reorganizing the education system in order to support the progress of change and progress of a nation that adapts to changing times.

Abstract

Administrasi pendidikan adalah bentuk upaya untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan serta program yang ada. Kegiatan ini saling bergantung dengan kelompok maupun individu yang mempunyai tujuan yang sama untuk kepentingan peserta didik atau suatu kerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, juga proses untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pemantauan dan penilaian. Administrasi pendidikan juga dapat dianggap sebagai sistem dengan keseluruhan yang terdiri dari bagian berinteraksi, dengan tujuan manajemen untuk memantau apakah sudah mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan. Adapun supervisi pendidikan adalah kegiatan pengawasan sekaligus pembinaan pada suatu institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalamnya. Saat dilakukan supervisi dilakukan, suatu institusi pendidikan harus siap mendapatkan berbagai masukan guna perbaikan di masa mendatang.
