Pelvic MRI examination procedure in case of cervic cancer in Radiology installation prof.Dr.R.D Kandou Manado is used as a reference for the author to conduct research with the aim of knowing the advantages and disadvantages of using 2 examination protocols .Cervical cancer is a disease characterized by uncontrolled cell growth and abnormal cell spread. Cervical cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for women in developing countries. Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in the world from all cancers in women, this cancer reaches up to 15%. Currently, MRI is used as a way to diagnose cervical cancer. At the Radiology Installation of Prof.Dr.R.D.Kandou Hospital Manado, this examination uses a combination of 2 protocols, namely Abdomen-Pelvis MRI. This is a reference for the author to conduct research with the aim of knowing the advantages and disadvantages of using 2 examination protocols. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. In reviewing the problem, the author does not prove or reject the hypothesis made before the study but processes the data and analyzes the data non-numeric. This study used a sample of 5 cervical cancer patients and 3 research subjects for interviews. Results: Pelvis MRI examination procedure in cases of cervical cancer at Prof. RSUP. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado includes patient preparation before MRI examination, equipment preparation, patient position, instrument position, examination protocol setting using 2 protocols, namely pelvic and abdominal MRI. The reason for using 2 protocols for pelvic MRI examination in cervical cancer cases at Prof. Hospital. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, the main thing is the doctor's request, in addition to the accuracy of the diagnosis, it can also detect the presence of metastases to organs other than the uterus. The advantages of using 2 pelvic MRI examination protocols in cervical cancer cases at Prof. Hospital. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, namely for the accuracy of diagnosing and knowing whether there are metastases in other organs, such as the liver, kidneys, lungs. While the lack of using 2 pelvic MRI examination protocols in cervical cancer cases, namely the examination time is longer than 1 examination protocol, but the difference is not too long. This examination does not use 2 examination protocols. However, specifically for examination with cervical cancer cases, 2 combinations are used as 1 examination protocol, namely the upper abdomen and pelvis. The purpose of using the

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management, and supply chain management on operational performance. This research was conducted on MSME owners of Sanan tempeh chips in Malang City with a total sample of 72 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire and a Likert scale to measure each item on the variable. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study show that total quality management has no significant effect on operational performance, while supply chain management has a significant effect on operational performance. The simultaneous test proves that total quality management and supply chain management have a simultaneous effect on operational performance.

Librarian work motivation is very important to improve service quality. This study aims to analyze the work motivation of librarians at the Bank Indonesia Solo Library using Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. This research is a field research, which uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interviews. The informants of this research are librarians of Bank Indonesia Solo Branch. Data analysis uses Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. The results showed that librarians' work motivation is influenced by the fulfillment of basic needs, namely adequate salaries; security needs, namely a comfortable work environment; social needs, namely the LENTERA (Learning Literacy on Friday) program, news summaries, and e-cliping; appreciation needs, namely the Bank Indonesia Library Librarian Communication Forum event which gives awards to the most active librarians and accredited libraries; and self-actualization needs, namely online seminars from the National Library and Bank Indonesia Headquarters, and the “Limas Nusantara” program which contains daily library programs.

This study aims to improve the problem-solving skills of fifth-grade students in social studies learning through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method by Kemmis and McTaggart, carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, action and observation, as well as reflection. The subjects of the study were 29 fifth-grade students of SDN Karet 01 Pagi Jakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, and documentation. The instruments used consisted of problem-solving ability test questions and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. The data were analyzed descriptively, both quantitatively and qualitatively, based on the results of tests, observations, and field notes. The results of the study indicate that the application of the PjBL model can improve students' problem-solving skills. At the end of cycle II, as many as 82.7% of students obtained a score ≥70, thus surpassing the established success criteria, which was 75% of students achieving a score ≥70. In addition, teacher and student activities during learning reached 84.3% and 82.8% respectively, with a good category. These results indicate that the application of the PjBL model can improve students' problem-solving abilities in social studies learning for fifth-grade students at SDN Karet 01 Pagi Jakarta.

Nowadays, the labeled compound of 131I-MIBG has been successfully produced in Indonesia. However, the concentration of radioactivity and dose of radioactivity per vial is still small when compared to commercial products from abroad available in the market. Currently, the dose of radioactivity achieved is 25 mCi/vial with a concentration of 5 mCi/mL. Problems arise if the radioactivity and dose of radioactivity per bottle are enlarged, where the product becomes unstable and breaks down because of the effects of radiolysis. The generally global commercial products contain a dose of radioactivity = 100 mCi/vial with a concentration of 10 mCi/mL. By this research efforts have been made to increase the concentration and dose of radioactivity per bottle. The method used was by increasing the amount of benzyl alcohol from 9 μL/mL to 10 μL/mL of 131I-MIBG solution. Other than that, the addition of phosphate buffer which was originally added before the purification process was switched to after the purification process. The result of labeling was 131I-MIBG 153 - 254 mCi with process yield between 33.60 and 51.94%. The radioactivity concentration was quite large, i.e., between 9.80 to 25.40 mCi/mL with radioactivity doses ranging from 100 to 222 mCi/vial. However, to adjust to market needs, the I-MIBG of Batan product was then packaged in 100 mCi/vial with a concentration of 5-13 mCi/mL.This workaround shows that the synthesis of labeled compound of 131I-MIBG for scale up therapeutic dose has been successfully carried out.
