Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peningkatan hasil belajar IPS. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX-F SMP Negeri 3 Kota Sorong Semester Ganjil Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 32 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Konstruktivistik Berbantuan Media terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di kelas IX-F SMP Negeri 3 kota Sorong.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa, agar kedepannya siswa menjadi lebih baik. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya sekolah dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 13 Kabupaten Sorong dan Faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 13 Kabupaten Sorong. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskripsi dan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian budaya sekolah dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 13 Kabupaten Sorong yaitu masuk sekolah tepat waktu jam 07.15, belajar tepat waktu jam 07.30, pulang sekolah tepat waktu jam 12.15 dan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru dikerjakan dan dikumpulkan tepat waktu. Untuk faktorĀ  penghambat yaitu kebiasaan siswa sering bangun terlambat. Faktor pendukung yaitu orang tua dan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher professionality, the obstacles faced by school principals in increasing teacher professionality, what efforts the principal makes to increase teacher professionality at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. This research was written by describing or describing what the researcher saw and found. The subjects in this research were school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers and students. The results of this research show that the role of the principal in increasing the professionality of teachers at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama Bekasi isĀ  The principal plays a role as a leader in directing and providing direction to teachers. They are responsible for designing professional development strategies, providing training, and providing support to improve teachers' skills and knowledge. The principal also plays a role in creating a school environment that supports professional growth. Obstacles occur due to limited resources, resistance to change from some teachers, heavy workload demands, time constraints, lack of support from the education center. Techniques for increasing the professional competence of School Principals include regular training, individual approaches in developing teacher professionality, collaboration between teachers for the exchange of experiences.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe whether there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning achievement of science subjects at fourth grade students, at SD YPK Elim Malanu, Sorong City. In this study, researchers used a multiple choice test which was given twice (pretest and posttest) to 32 students as the research sample. The method used is a quantitative method, with data analysis techniques using the paired sample t test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning outcomes of science subjects at fourth grade students. It was seen from 13,806>2.0422, or tcount > ttable, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is the using of Torso media has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in science subjects and based on the sig value, namely 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is an average difference between the pre-test and post-test, and there is an influence from learning using Torso Media on Learning outcomes of fourth grade students at YPK Elim Malanu Elementary School, Sorong City.
