Abstract

The existence of technology that makes it easier for us to communicate by providing social media continues to grow. Although initially the use of social media was to make it easier for us to receive and share information with each other. However, apart from that, we often also encounter negative impacts resulting from social media. This happens due to lack of wisdom and lack of understanding in the use of social media, which leads to abuse. In fact, this abuse also creates a desire to try deviant things, such as drug use. For this reason, socialization activities regarding drugs are carried out as well as wise use of social media so that there is deeper understanding and growing awareness and strengthening self-control, both in terms of managing social media and saying no to drugs. In order to achieve the objectives of the activity, an interactive lecture method was used. The result of this activity is to raise awareness among teenagers so that they do not easily fall into negative things through their social media.

Abstract

Cultural sense in English textbooks is essential for fostering cultural sensitivity, developing cross-cultural communication skills, promoting cultural competence, encouraging critical thinking, and enhancing cultural literacy, This research aims to investigate the cultural sense represented in the textbook entitled "English for Nusantara." This research used descriptive qualitative research. The data was analyzed from the content of reading text in a textbook for grade VII junior high school using the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The research instruments used documentation. The ways to collect the data was cultural sense analysis guidelines. The researcher analyzed the data by reading over all the reading texts in the textbook and continued to analyze more specifically. Second, the researcher was given the codes for each cultural piece of content. Third, the researcher analyzed the text, sentence, or word into cultural content in the text based on theory, and the percentage of the cultural content result was calculated using the percentage formula. The study found 15% of the aesthetic sense, 21% of the sociological sense, 31% of the semantic sense, and 33% of the pragmatic sense. The results show that the highest percentage is the presence of pragmatic sense, while the least is aesthetic sense. The results also show that although the four senses are present, the frequency among the four senses is not balanced. This implies the purpose and emphasis of textbooks in foreign language learning; textbooks emphasize language use more than grammar and structure skills.

Abstract

Manajemen aset tetap memainkan peran kritis dalam memastikan efisiensi operasional dan akuntabilitas keuangan di institusi sektor publik, terutama di organisasi layanan kesehatan seperti Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD). Penyimpangan dari Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah, khususnya PSAP No. 07, dapat merusak keandalan laporan keuangan dan berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian keuangan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penyebab ketidakpatuhan dalam praktik manajemen aset tetap di Puskesmas dan RSUD. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pengelola aset dan analisis dokumen catatan keuangan serta kebijakan internal. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan empat masalah utama: pengadaan tidak berdasarkan kebutuhan riil, penyusutan dicatat untuk aset yang tidak digunakan, ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen aset dan inventaris fisik, dan lemahnya pengendalian aset yang mengakibatkan kehilangan barang. Ketidakpatuhan ini didorong oleh tekanan sistem anggaran, keterbatasan keahlian teknis dan profesionalisme staf, serta budaya organisasi yang lebih mengutamakan kepatuhan administratif daripada efektivitas fungsional. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya reformasi sistemik, termasuk validasi kebutuhan pengadaan yang lebih ketat, peningkatan kompetensi staf, penunjukan personel manajemen aset yang berdedikasi, dan prosedur penghapusan aset yang terstruktur. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi berbasis awan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan pelacakan dan keamanan aset. Temuan ini menekankan bahwa manajemen aset tetap yang efektif tidak hanya memerlukan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi formal, tetapi juga penanaman tanggung jawab manajerial dan budaya akuntabilitas di institusi publik.
