Abstract

Pendidikan tidak dapat dilaksanakan tanpa kurikulum, bahwa kurikulum menjadi bagian integral dari proses pendidikan. Sederhananya, kurikulum menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan sekolah, karena kurikulum menjadi dasar pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di sekolah hail ini salah satu faktor penyebab.kualitas pendidikan d Indonesia,sehingga mengakibatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia  masih tergolong rendah dikarenakan juga disebabkan  beberapa hal  yang lainnya  pertama, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang menjadi penunjang pembelajaran Misalnya  kurangnya gedung kelas pada  suatu sekolah menyebabkan jumlah murid disetiap melebihi kapasitas  Kedua,tenaga pendidik yang kurang profesional. Fasilitas pendidikan pada dasarnya dapat dikelompokkan dalam empat kelompok yaitu tanah, bangunan, perlengkapan, dan perabot sekolah (site, building, equipment, and furniture). Agar semua fasilitas tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang berarti pada jalannya proses pendidikan, hendaknya dikelola dengan baik.dimaksud meliputi: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pengadaan, (3) Inventarisasi, (4) Penyimpanan, (5) Penataan, (6) Penggunaan, (7) Pemeliharaan, dan (8) Penghapusan. Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan juga menjadi salah satu tolok ukur dari mutu sekolah. Tetapi fakta dilapangan banyak ditemukan sarana dan prasarana yang tidak dioptimalkan dan dikelola dengan baik untuk itu diperlukan pemahaman dan pengaplikasian  manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan persekolahan berbasis sekolah Secara umum sarana dan prasarana adalah alat penunjang keberhasilan suatu proses upaya yang dilakukan di dalam pelayanan publik, karena apabila kedua hal ini tidak tersedia.Peneliti menggunakan metode Kualitatif. ,teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah,sumber data primer ,dan teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak pada observasi berperan serta, wawancara mendalam ,dan dokumentasi.Langkah langkag tang dilakukan kepala sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Suradadi Kabupaten Tegal adalah Pengelolaan sarana prasarana di SD Negeri Kecamatan suradadi Kabupaten Tegal, Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SD Negeri kecamatan suradadi kabupaten tegal

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila kemandirian dan kreatifitas peserta didik tidak dapat tumbuh begitu saja, akan tetapi perlu adanya dorongan atau stimulus yang diberikan baik dari wali murid, guru maupun lingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi, tantangan, tindakan dan refleksi yang dilakukan dalam Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian merupakan sampel empat SD beradasarkan letak geografis dan perwakilan dari masing masing daerah binaan yang ada di Koordinator Wilayah Kecamatan Talang Kabupaten Tegal. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa guru yang mengajar di  SD Negeri di Kecamatan Talang Kabupaten Tegal melakukan berbagai cara untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian dan kreativitas peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah seperti mempelajari lebih dalam tentang Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila agar lebih fleksibel dalam memilih model, metode, bekerjasama dengan guru lain dan melakukan pendampingan pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract Education is an effort to increase the nation's intelligence and improve the quality of society in Indonesia. It is important that teachers and students work together to achieve educational goals. However, often the learning process is still focused on the role of the teacher, the use of less innovative lecture methods causes students to become bored and less active. The method applied in this research is literature study. There is various evidence that supports the PjBL learning model to increase student activity. It should be remembered that supervision and guidance from educators is still needed to ensure the successful implementation of this learning model. Based on the results of the literature study, it can be concluded that the PjBL learning model is effective in increasing student activity in high school level economics subjects. The use of the PjBL model in learning activities results in increased student learning activities. The stages in the PjBL model show significant potential in increasing student activity. However, to successfully implement this learning model, educator creativity is also very important.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of teachers and students for the development of a parenting model based on website media in improving science understanding and the involvement of broken home students in learning at SMPN 2 Tanjung Brebes, to describe the design of a parenting model that can support science learning for broken home students through the use of website learning media at SMPN 2 Tanjung Brebes and to determine the feasibility of a parenting model through the use of website learning media that can support science learning for broken home students at SMPN 2 Tanjung Brebes and to determine the effectiveness of a website-based science learning parenting model in improving the understanding and involvement of broken home students in science learning at SMPN 2 Tanjung Brebes. This study uses the Research and Development Method which aims to develop a science learning parenting model for broken home students through website media at SMPN 2 Tanjung Brebes. The results of the study indicate that in order to realize the objectives of this study from the results of in-depth research from various parenting model studies in the field of web-based science learning, namely analyzing the needs of teachers and students for the development of a website-based science learning parenting model at SMPN 2 Tanjung, creating a website design for a science learning parenting model to improve science learning achievement at SMPN 2 Tanjung, conducting a validity test on the science learning website, developing a science learning parenting model website using the ADD (Analysis, Design, Development) model at SMPN 2 Tanjung. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the needs of teachers and students for the development of media that can be used in learning in class and outside the classroom are very high.

Abstract

Education is a lifelong process aimed at developing individuals' potential across various aspects of life. One of the factors influencing educational success is students' learning interest, as it serves as an internal drive that motivates students to be more active and enthusiastic in participating in the learning process. Project Based Learning (PjBL) is considered one of the effective learning models for enhancing students' interest through active engagement in realworld projects. This article aims to examine the implementation of the Project Based Learning model in increasing students' learning interest at Vocational High Schools (SMK), particularly in the subject of Basic Accounting. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach by reviewing various journals, articles, and other relevant sources. The findings indicate that PjBL is capable of creating an active, contextual, and meaningful learning environment while fostering the development of 21stcentury skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The implementation of PJBL is seen as effective in linking learning to the demands of the professional world, thus strongly recommended to increase students' learning interest in SMK and prepare them for future career challenges.
