Abstract

This study aims to identify in several countries related to education system policies that are pro SDGs, especially related to quality education, as well as to identify existing education system policies in Indonesia related to SDGs. This research method is literature by quoting from various reference sources of websites, books, journals consisting of international journals, Sinta journals, and Jenius journals. The 2012 UN Summit produced a renewal called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). There are 17 goals formulated, one of which is related to quality education. Quality education around the world requires absolute education policies to support it. Countries such as China, Finland, Japan, and Indonesia have shown that they support the SDGs on quality education and have their own education policies. Japan has a track record of implementing policies that support the SDGs, including the provision of free education ranging from pre-primary to tertiary education. While Finland, SDGs are one of the seven themes emphasized in the main education curriculum. China's education policy aims to align educational efforts with social and personal resources and improve the quality of education of citizens. Indonesia's policies, among others, aim to increase access to quality education, improve the quality of teachers, education support organizations, improve education services, strengthen, and develop human education with character.

Abstract

ASN Performance Management on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform is a tool that makes it easier for teachers and principals to determine more contextual performance targets according to education unit reports and career development. The West Kutai district government uses performance management data as the basis for payment of Additional Employee Income (TPP) for ASN teachers and principals, therefore ASN teachers and principals are required to carry out PMM performance management that is integrated with BKN's ekinerja.The purpose of this study is how the implementation of PMM performance management at the Elementary School level in Siluq Ngurai District is applied? What are the inhibiting factors and how is the implementation of school management in overcoming these obstacles. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research with case studies of teachers and principals. The location of the study was at the elementary school level in Siluq Ngurai District, West Kutai Regency. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The conclusion of this study is that all ASN teachers and school principals in West Kutai Regency have used Performance Management on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform application, but there are still several obstacles, namely: 1) Limited internet access 2) Lack of training and mentoring, 3) Lack of devices that support learning 4) Lack of motivation of teachers and principals in using technology. Based on the results of interviews with supervisors, teachers and principals, the suggestions made to overcome these obstacles are as follows: 1) Collaborate with the village government to procure starlink at schools at a cost that is affordable for schools. 2) Create branches of learning communities with nearby schools so that training can be maximized and effective. and ask for regular assistance. 3) The need for budgeting for learning media that can support teachers in the teaching and learning process in the classroom based on the results of data-based education reports. 4) To overcome the lack of motivation of teachers and principals in using technology, a personal approach is carried out, providing motivation and training or direct practice periodically.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan supervisi pendidikan yang efektif semakin mendesak seiring dengan meningkatnya kompleksitas pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang berbasis teknologi. Supervisi kini dipahami sebagai proses pengembangan profesional, bukan hanya sebagai fungsi administratif. Artikel ini mengkaji peran strategis supervisi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam konteks digitalisasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur melalui analisis sistematis terhadap jurnal dan laporan ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi transformatif-yang mengedepankan refleksi, kolaborasi, dan penggunaan teknologi-dapat memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik guru, mendorong inovasi pembelajaran, dan membangun iklim pembelajaran yang adaptif. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas digital dan rendahnya kompetensi teknologi menjadi tantangan utama. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan model supervisi digital dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pengawas dan kepala sekolah untuk mendukung optimalisasi kualitas pendidikan dasar di era digital.

Abstract

Quality education does not only focus on academic achievement, but also on the formation of character, skills, and critical thinking of students. Therefore, an effective management system is needed to improve the quality of education. This study aims to describe the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the process approach, the steps of its implementation, the benefits of the process approach, and the implementation of the process approach at SMPIT Nurul Hikmah Penajam Paser Utara. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature approach. The references used in writing are journals, books and previous research papers related to the topics discussed. The process approach in improving school quality at SMPIT Nurul Hikmah has proven effective in improving the quality of education. With systematic planning, directed implementation, continuous evaluation, and the involvement of all stakeholders, schools are able to create a better learning environment.
