Abstract

This service activity focuses on developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Kalipang Village, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency as a form of empowerment in improving community welfare. The problems that arise in Kalipang Village are that the community's potential in entrepreneurship is still lacking, so there needs to be motivation so that people have an entrepreneurial spirit. Assistance is given to UMKM that have the potential to develop, namely cassava tape and samiler crackers. The purpose of this activity is to educate or provide socialization and training to the village community, the socialization provided is about the importance of Home Industry Food Management (PIRT) and the management of trademark patent rights. The training provided is compiling simple financial reports or bookkeeping, innovation to existing products, and how to market products through social media and market places

Abstract

Currently, we see many local brands from Indonesia starting to appear on the market both at home and abroad. The success of this local brand with the right marketing strategy. One of the local brands that has succeeded in penetrating foreign markets is Erigo. This study aims to determine the effect of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies on purchasing decisions for Erigo products for students at Merdeka University, Pasuruan. The population used is active students at Merdeka University, Pasuruan in 2022 with a sample of 92 students and uses a purposive sample with age criteria of 17 to 45 years, consumers who have purchased and know Erigo products. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that segmenting, targeting and positioning simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Erigo products with an F count of 31.978 > F table of 2.71 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, partially segmenting shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05 and has t count 2.044 > t table 1.986. Targeting also partially shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it is known that the t count value is 5.184 > t table 1.986. Partially positioning shows a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05 and has t count 2.578 > from t table 1.986. The most dominant variable is targeting with an influence on the purchasing decision variable of 31%.

Abstract

BSI KCP Pasuruan Sudirman 1 salah satu industri perbankan syariah yang bergelut di sektor pembiayaan investasi emas atau cicil emas. Dalam menjaring pembiayaan cicil emas menggunakan bentuk promosi berupa grebek pasar. Pandangan terhadap suatu produk yg ditawarkan di pasar akan mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen, maka dari itu promosi dan persepsi nilai terhadap citra perusahaan menjadi kunci utama untuk mengendalikan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan persepsi nilai terhadap keputusan pembelian produk cicil emas di BSI KCP Pasuruan Sudirman 1. Teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 65 responden. Analisis yang digunakan Analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) promosi dan persepsi nilai secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 dan memiliki koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 66,3% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar penelitian ini. 2) promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan memiliki nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. 3) persepsi nilai secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan memiliki nilai sig 0,015<0,05..

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan CV. Omieku Food Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurangnya indeks kepuasan kerja karyawan yang disebabkan karena lamanya jam kerja yang ditetapkan perusahaan, gaji yang kurang memadai,serta lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang yang merupakan karyawan produksi CV. Omieku Food di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan CV. Omieku Food Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,005. Koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,629 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pada karyawan CV. Omieku Food Kabupaten Pasuruan sebanyak 62,9%. Sedangkan 31,1% diperoleh dari variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract This research is aimed at determining the effect of workload and work environment on job satisfaction among CV employees. Omieku Food Pasuruan Regency. This research was motivated by the lack of an employee job satisfaction index which was caused by the long working hours set by the company, inadequate salaries, and an uncomfortable work environment. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 33 people who were CV production employees. Omieku Food in Pasuruan Regency. The analysis used is instrument testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence job satisfaction among CV employees. Omieku Food Pasuruan Regency with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.005. The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained at 0.629, which shows that workload and work environment variables can influence job satisfaction among CV employees. Omieku Food Pasuruan Regency as much as 62.9%. Meanwhile, 31.1% was obtained from other variables outside the research. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Leadership is the ability to persuade or influence others to achieve certain goals and the authority to establish responsibility. The role and community is consciously and voluntarily in the stage of decision making, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation, as well as the use of development results from the development process is called "community participation". The population used is the community of Sruwi village with a sample of 100 respondents with a sampling technique using non probability techniques with slovin formulas, the division method using Random sampling Technique where researchers divided into several groups. Analysts used are Instrument Test, Description Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient Determinant Analysis, Koofisien Correlation And Hypothesis Tests. The results showed that 1) Leadership had a partial effect on community participation with a value of sig.0,000 <0.05 and the value of count> t table is 15.763> 1.984 2) There is a relationship and influence between leadership variables and participation with a value of 0,000 <0.05. With the value of pearson correlation 0,847 which means correlation relations rates are very strong.
