Abstract

This study aims to find out the figure of educators in the review of the Qur'an and Hadith through literature analysis. The method used in this study is a literature review using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to present characteristics, patterns, and trends that emerge from data obtained from articles published on Google Scholar. The results of data analysis show that educators and educational institutions are systems that must be developed in accordance with Sharia. Both have interdependent roles with each other. Educators cannot carry out all duties and responsibilities, no learners as human resources receive education. Conversely, educational institutions are also a place to run the system and learning process for students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the basis for the development of the independent curriculum. In this article, the analysis of research methods uses literature studies from various available sources. The method used is literature. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. The data collection technique in this study is documentation, namely looking for written sources that contain information on the topics discussed. Primary data was obtained from reading reference books, journals, and websites. Based on the results of the research carried out, the foundations for the development of the independent curriculum are (1) the philosophical foundation, which is to discuss and identify the philosophical foundations and their application in developing the curriculum, (2) the psychological foundation, which is a study centered on understanding and studying human behavior, (3) the sociological foundation, which discusses and identifies the sociological, scientific and technological foundations, as well as their application in developing the independent curriculum,  (4) the foundation of technology, namely the optimal use of technology will have a positive impact on the development of the independent curriculum, (5) the historical foundation, the development of the independent curriculum refers to various historical experiences that affect the curriculum developed and (6) the philosophy of KHD, which is to carry out student-centered learning that is in accordance with learning in the independent curriculum. The advantages of the independent curriculum are simpler and more in-depth, more independent, more relevant, interactive, and communicative.

Abstract

Artikel ini memaparkan tentang Hakikat Aksiologi, Kategori dasar Aksiologi, nilai dan kegunaan ilmu (Aksiologi Ilmu) serta Karakteristik Nilai Aksiologi, Sikap dan Tanggung Jawab Ilmuan, dan Aspek Penelitian dalam Pengembangan Ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pendekatan yang lebih holistik dan etis dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen pendidikan Islam. Harapan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang tidak hanya unggul dalam aspek akademis tetapi juga dalam pembentukan karakter moral siswa, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, atau kajian literatur, sebagai pendekatan utama dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa aksiologi ilmu pengetahuan mengangkat isu tentang nilai-nilai yang melandasi pengetahuan dan aplikasinya dalam masyarakat. Dalam konteks aksiologi manajemen pendidikan Islam, fokusnya khusus pada penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pengelolaan pendidikan, yang meliputi keadilan, kejujuran, tanggung jawab sosial, dan keberkahan dalam ilmu pengetahuan. Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan untuk menganalisis bagaimana budaya lokal mempengaruhi implementasi pendidikan Islam, serta strategi untuk menyelaraskan nilai-nilai Islam dengan budaya lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Kepala SMPN 44 Sijunjung dalam mengembangkan kemampuan teknologi guru di era Society 5.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala SMPN 44 Sijunjung menerapkan berbagai strategi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan teknologi guru, yaitu: (1) membangun komitmen dan semangat kolektif, (2) pemetaan kebutuhan dan tantangan, (3) integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, (4) pengembangan kompetensi guru, (5) kreativitas dan inovasi, dan (6) evaluasi dan monitoring. Strategi-strategi tersebut telah menghasilkan beberapa manfaat bagi para guru, yaitu: (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan TIK para guru, (2) meningkatnya kemampuan para guru dalam menggunakan TIK untuk pembelajaran, (3) meningkatnya motivasi dan engagement para guru dalam belajar TIK, dan (4) meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Kisah SMPN 44 Sijunjung menjadi inspirasi bagi sekolah-sekolah lain, khususnya di daerah terpencil, bahwa kemajuan pendidikan tidak mengenal batas. Dengan tekad yang kuat, kepemimpinan yang visioner, dan kerja sama yang solid, setiap sekolah dapat bertransformasi dan menghasilkan generasi penerus bangsa yang siap menghadapi masa depan.
