Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the Aqidah Akhlak teacher's strategy was in shaping the morals of class VI students at MI Al-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Jontak and describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher's strategy for forming the morals of class VI students of al-Karimah. at MI Al-Ijtihad Al-Mahsuni Jontak. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, by trying to describe the research results obtained in the field. Data collection techniques that researchers use are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using qualitative analysis techniques, consist of three components of activities that are interrelated with one another, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings in the Aqidah Akhlak teacher strategy research in shaping the morals of al-karimah grade VI students by applying: exemplary, giving advice, providing motivation and supervision. In implementing this strategy, there are supporting factors such as: There is cooperation between teachers in schools and motivation and support from both parents or guardians of students. While the inhibiting factors are: lack of control by parents or guardians of students over students who use social media and environmental factors.

Abstract

The logistics service industry plays a crucial role in national and international economic development, driven by rapid growth in e-commerce and global trade. However, intense competition and rising demands for efficiency and innovation require companies to enhance their competitiveness through improved service quality, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This study analyzes the impact of service quality on the competitiveness of PT Samudera Sriwijaya Logistik using a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Data were collected from 50 respondents through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests ensured model accuracy, while hypothesis testing employed the Goodness of Fit test, F-test, and t-test. Findings indicate that service reliability has the most significant impact on competitiveness, followed by tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance. Regression analysis shows that reliable and responsive services, supported by adequate facilities, enhance customer trust and satisfaction. The company has implemented policies such as delivery SOPs, service quality standards, and employee training to strengthen its competitive position. By prioritizing reliability, tangible assets, and customer-focused strategies, PT Samudera Sriwijaya Logistik can maintain its standing as a leading logistics service provider in a highly competitive industry.

Abstract

Secara global, diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab utama yang mengakibatkan gangguan penglihatan dan kebutaan pada kasus katarak. Katarak merupakan kekeruhan pada lensa mata akibat berbagai faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan kualitas fungsi penglihatan. Meskipun memiliki etiologi multifaktorial, proses penuaan merupakan penyebab tersering dengan faktor risiko penyakit sistemik seperti diabetes melitus, penggunaan jangka panjang kortikosteroid, serta paparan sinar ultraviolet dapat mempercepat terjadinya katarak. Menurut data World Health Organization (2023), katarak menjadi penyumbang terbesar dari total 2.2 miliar penduduk dunia yang mengalami gangguan penglihatan, yaitu 94 juta kasus. Disajikan sebuah laporan kasus seorang perempuan berusia 61 tahun dengan keluhan penglihatan mata kiri buram disertai dengan pandangan seperti tertutup awan sejak 1 tahun yang lalu dan memberat dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Visus OD 0.2 dan OS 1/300. Ditemukan ODS tenang, OD terpasang IOL, OS lensa keruh merata, shadow test ODS (-). Hasil pemeriksaan tonometri TIO OD dan OS masing-masing 14 mmHg danĀ  15 mmHg. Rencana tatalaksana yang akan dilakukan berupa fakoemulsifikasi.
