Abstract

This study aims to explore the meaning and ideas that want to be built in the use of the term rahmatan lil ‘alamin in the implementation of the merdeka curriculum of the Ministry of religion. Considering the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of religion, Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin sets the student profile as the peak target of competence that must be achieved by learners. This study is a literature study by taking a qualitative method and then the data is analyzed with content analysis approach. This study follows the steps of tafsir maudu'i. From this study it was found that the meaning ang interpretation of the term rahmatan lil ‘alamin in the merdeka curriculum of the Ministry of religion is the practice of moderate religious values (religious moderation) which includes human values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the picture of the history of Islamic civilization on character education in the real life of mankind. The study method uses literature review of the history of Islamic Civilization. The history books of Islamic civilization are analyzed in depth through an accurate and objective editing process. The next step is to record the existing sources of information for the editing process of journals, books, and other manuscripts related to the history of Islamic civilization and a series of events that contain character education. The findings of this study indicate that the character education brought since Islamic civilization is reinforced by the formulation of the previous Islamic education leaders where moral education is the goal of achieving the formation of good character in every action and behavior of humans, teachers, and learning or students in their lives. true human life, with glorifying character. the values of the character and attributes of Allah SWT are shown through the example of His Prophets. The history of Islamic civilization is the result of the triumph of Islam itself where noble character appears in every triumph of Islam, of course this plays an important role in the progress of Islam from good to bad intelligence can be measured by religion, truth, in terms of culture, social culture, education, use of language, habits of social life, various disciplines and politics.

Abstract

This research examines Amin Ahsan Iṣlāḥī's Tafsir: Selections from the Tadabbur al-Qur'an, which emphasizes the virtues of nazm (coherence) in the Qur'an. Iṣlāḥī's work provides deep insights into how the Qur'an is not merely a collection of isolated verses but rather a structured system with intricate relationships between verses, chapters, and the meanings they convey. The primary aim of this research is to explore how the Qur'an can be understood as an interconnected whole, where each part complements and reinforces the intended message. The research employs a qualitative library research method, utilizing written texts—primarily Selections from the Tadabbur al-Qur'an in English—as well as supplementary sources such as thesis, dissertations, books, and relevant academic journals. The findings of this research indicate that the Qur'an can be viewed as a cohesive system, where its verses and chapters are intricately linked, forming an inseparable unity. This research seeks to offer a novel perspective by underscoring the importance of understanding the nazm al-Qur'an, an aspect often overlooked in conventional tafsir. By incorporating data in the form of sentences, diagrams, and illustrations, this research aspires to provide a fresh understanding of the interconnections within the Qur'an, ultimately enriching our appreciation of this divine revelation. خلاصة تبحث هذه الدراسة في كتاب ”مختارات من تفسير تدبر القرآن“ لأمين أحسن إصلاحي، الذي يسلط الضوء على فضل الترابط في القرآن الكريم. ويقدم هذا النص نظرة عميقة في كيف أن القرآن ليس مجرد مجموعة من الآيات المتفرقة، بل هو نظام محكم له علاقات وثيقة بين الآيات والسور والمعاني الواردة فيه. إن التركيز الرئيسي لهذا البحث هو الكشف عن الكيفية التي يمكن من خلالها فهم القرآن كوحدة لا تتجزأ، حيث يترابط كل جزء منها ويعزز المعنى المراد إيصاله. والمنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو البحث المكتبي ذو المنهج الكيفي، حيث إن البيانات المستخدمة هي النصوص المكتوبة وخاصة المختارات من تدبر القرآن المكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية، بالإضافة إلى المصادر الأخرى الداعمة مثل الرسائل والأطروحات والرسائل الجامعية والرسائل العلمية والكتب والمجلات ذات الصلة. وتظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة أن القرآن ينظر إليه كنظام بمعنى أن أجزاء القرآن سواء كانت آيات أو حروفاً لها علاقة مع بعضها البعض باعتبارها كلاً لا يتجزأ. ويحاول هذا البحث تقديم الجديد من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهمية فهم نظم القرآن الذي كثيراً ما أهمل في التفسير التقليدي. ومن المتوقع أن يقدم هذا البحث فهماً جديداً للعلاقة بين أجزاء القرآن الكريم من خلال استخدام بيانات في شكل جمل ومخططات وصور، وكيف أن ذلك يثري فهمنا لهذا الوحي الإلهي. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji Naskah Kitab Tafsir Selections From The Tadabbur al-Qur’an karya Amin Ahsan Iṣlāḥī yang menyoroti keutamaan nazm (koherensi) dalam al-Qur’an. Naskah ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana al-Qur’an bukan hanya sekadar kumpulan ayat-ayat yang terpisah, melainkan sebuah sistem yang terstruktur dengan hubungan yang erat antara ayat, surah, dan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana al-Qur’an dapat dipahami sebagai suatu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan, di mana setiap bagian saling terkait dan memperkuat makna yang ingin disampaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data yang digunakan adalah naskah tertulis, khususnya Selections From The Tadabbur al-Qur’an yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris, serta sumber-sumber pendukung lainnya seperti skripsi, tesis, disertasi, buku, dan jurnal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa al-Qur’an dipandang sebagai satu sistem dalam arti bagian-bagian dari al-Qur’an baik ayat atau pun surah, satu sama lain mempunyai hubungan sebagai satu kesatuan yang tak terpisahkan. Penelitian ini berusaha memperkenalkan kebaruan dengan menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman terhadap nazm al-Qur’an, yang selama ini sering terabaikan dalam tafsir konvensional. Dengan menggunakan data dalam bentuk kalimat, skema, dan gambar, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman baru tentang hubungan antar bagian dalam al-Qur’an dan bagaimana hal ini memperkaya pemahaman kita terhadap wahyu Ilahi ini.

Abstract

Solving problems using the rules of fiqhiyyah, and showing that the rules of fiqhiyyah is one of the disciplines, does not stand alone in its themes and studies. As a derivation of jurisprudence or Islamic law, the rules of fiqhiyyah are common nodes of some problems of Islamic law that can be used by laypeople and fuqaha in finding solutions to legal problems that arise in the community in various themes both worship, muamalah, and contemporary Islamic legal issues. This study aims to determine the application of the rules of fiqhiyyah Al-Dhararu Yuzal in solving problems of Islamic law. The method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. The result and Conclusion is that the rule of Al-Dhararu Yuzal (الضرر يزال) is one of the five qawaid fiqhiyyah kulliyah kubra, and has several branch rules.

Abstract

Candi Muara Takus (CMT) merupakan peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya yang berasal dari agama Buddha dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai objek wisata. Candi muara takus terletak didesa muara takus kecamatan XIII koto kabupaten kampar riau, indonesia, situs ini berjarak kurang lebih 135 kilometer dari kota pekanbaru. Adat dan budaya Melayu pada pokoknya merupakan urat nadi, tiang utama atau komponen material paling utama bagi pembentukan kebudayaan nasional Indonesia. Kultur budaya melayu sendiri adalah hal yang mencerminkan karakter bangsa Melayu, yang juga merupakan salah satu penjelmaan jiwa bangsa dari abad ke abad. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan nilai kebudayaan melayu terhadap candi muara takus. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan kebudayaan dengan candi muara takus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SLR (Systematic Literatur Review). Artikel ini menyelidiki pengaruh kebudayaan Melayu terhadap peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya di Candi Muara Takus. Temuan dalam jurnal menunjukkan bahwa kebudayaan Melayu memiliki dampak signifikan pada situs arkeologis tersebut. Analisis melibatkan identifikasi spesifik peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya, dengan penekanan pada aspek arkeologis dan budaya seperti gaya arsitektur, ornamen, dan artefak. Kesimpulannya menyoroti signifikansi historis dari temuan ini, memperkaya pemahaman sejarah tentang peran Kerajaan Sriwijaya dan pengaruhnya terhadap budaya Melayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebudayaan Melayu memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya di Candi Muara Takus.

Abstract

This paper aims to elaborate the meaning of the word Ruh. Although Allah has sent down the Qur'an in clear Arabic, not all Muslims understand and understand the meaning of the words contained in the Qur'an. Especially regarding the meaning and interpretation of the word Ruh. Ibn Katsr in interpreting Dilâlah the meaning of Ruh in the Qur'an, where in general the meaning of the word Ruh contains the meaning of something that makes living beings (souls), and also means the angel Gabriel or the Qur'an, even help from Allah. However, in interpreting the meaning of Ruh in the Qur'an, he does not give an opinion or thought explicitly about the meaning of Ruh, only provides an explanation of the opinions of other scholars. Furthermore, Ibn Katsr in interpreting the meaning of the verse regarding the word Ruh uses the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. and the words of friends, and rarely use or quote the words of other scholars of interpretation.

Abstract

Islamic civilization has a rich history with various traditions and practices that have contributed significantly to scientific, cultural, and religious developments. However, with the passage of time and social changes, many traditions have been forgotten or given little attention in modern society. This article examines several traditions that have simply been lost, from classical science and wisdom to art, manners and ethics in Islam. This research aims to explore Islamic traditions, describe their values ​​in the current context, and remind them of the importance of preserving them for future generations. The method used in this research is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. The results and conclusions are that Islamic traditions are faced by the influence of globalization, modernization, as well as a lack of interest or understanding among the younger generation. By understanding, respecting and maintaining Islamic traditions, Muslims can maintain the cultural and spiritual riches that have been passed down from time to time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic education system in Indonesia and Thailand. Islamic education written in Indonesia is growing very fast compared to Southeast Asian countries. The number of madrassas and farmers proves it. Islamic education in Indonesian is one of the compulsory subjects in public schools and universities. In Thailand, a country where the majority adheres to Buddhism is 10%. The Muslim population of the entire population of Thailand. With that amount. The education of minority Muslims in Thailand also has something in common. Islamic Education in Indonesia. There are also pesantren in Thailand and madrasas whose education system is not far from Indonesia. The only difference is in quantity. Subjects examined in national exams and compulsory to study Thai there.

Abstract

Salah satu tradisi yang sampai saat ini masih melekat di daerah Batu Belah Kec. Bangkinang Kab. Kampar adalah tradisi mandi Balimau Kasai yang dilakukan menjelang bulan Ramadhan yakni dengan menyucikan diri menggunakan air jeruk limau dan campuran ramuan kuning dari beras dan kunyit. Tradisi mandi Balimau Kasai ini dilakukan hanya sekali setahun saat menjelang bulan Ramadhan yang juga dianggap oleh masyarakat setempat ini sebagai bentuk tradisi sakral dan paling ditunggu-tunggu. Pada tradisi mandi Balimau Kasai ini, terdapat beberapa rangkaian acara yang harus dilakukan sebelum mandi balimau kasai dimulai, yakni seperti santunan kepada anak yatim, lalu pemberian materi keagamaan, dan terakhir acara makan bajambau. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman, mandi Balimau Kasai yang dahulunya untuk menyucikan diri, saat ini sudah berubah menjadi ajang pencarian jodoh. Yang mana jika dahulu mandi balimau dibedakan antara lelaki dan perempuan, saat ini justru sudah bercampur aduk antara keduanya. Adapun pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dimana peneliti langsung terjun ke lapangan dan melakukan wawancara. Untuk instrument datanya yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan reward dan punishment sebagai salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Cabang Pekanbaru untuk memberikan motivasi atau dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan angket, kemudian data skunder yaitu riset pustaka dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Setelah data tersebut terkumpul penulis melakukan analisa data dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu temuan bahwa reward dan punishment yang telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan tersebut dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya reward dan punishment kinerja karyawan lebih baik dari yang sebelumnya dan pada perinsipnya telah sesuai dengan Ekonomi Islam.
