Abstract

Prayer is the main worship for a Muslim, throughout life cannot be replaced like other worship. In the hadith text, the Prophet's guidance is mentioned in an effort to educate children to pray. However, it gets a bad perception because it is considered permissive to acts of violence on children. So this study intends to elaborate on the validity of the hadith text in the Abu Daud narration and reveal its meaning and the scholars' understanding of it through the takhrij approach and fiqh al-hadith. This research is a literature research by taking a qualitative-analytical approach. It can be concluded that the hadith text in question meets the category of saheeh hadith because the sanad is connected to the Prophet and the narrators are considered positive. As for the meaning and meaning of the hadith, it is not a proof of the legality of harsh treatment of children, but is understood as a way to educate and discipline children in matters of prayer. The word "spanking" can also be understood majazi, namely with all kinds of forms of discipline for children even without physical action.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the rules and regulations of mut'ah marriage in Iran and Indonesia and analyze the practice in both countries. This research is library research using qualitative methods with a descriptive-analytic approach. The results of this research found that mut'ah marriages are officially regulated in marriage regulations in Iran, specifically in The Civil Code of The Islamic Republic of Iran 2000. These temporary marriages are recognized and equivalent to permanent marriages in general, and stipulate provisions that must be complied with in its implementation. However, in this modern era, the practice of mut'ah marriage in Iran is starting to be abandoned. In contrast to Indonesia, where there are no rules governing contract marriage law, it is not even recognized in regulations in Indonesia. However, in reality, the practice of contract marriage is increasingly common among Indonesian people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tafsir ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tentang perdamaian dan relevansinya dalam membangun harmoni antarumat beragama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan library research, mengkaji tiga ayat utama: QS. Al-Baqarah: 208, QS. Asy-Syu’ara: 15, dan QS. Al-An’am: 108 melalui metode tafsir tahlili (analitis) dengan pendekatan linguistik, sistematis, dan kultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an secara fundamental menekankan prinsip perdamaian, keadilan, dan kerjasama sebagai landasan hubungan harmonis, termasuk dalam konteks perbedaan agama. Ayat-ayat tersebut menegaskan pentingnya kesatuan umat manusia, penghindaran kekerasan, serta dialog inklusif berdasarkan saling pengertian. Temuan ini relevan untuk memperkuat dasar teologis dalam upaya resolusi konflik dan kerjasama lintas agama, sekaligus menegaskan keselarasan nilai-nilai Islam dengan prinsip perdamaian universal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskursus keislaman kontemporer dengan menawarkan perspektif tafsir yang integratif untuk mendorong praktik toleransi di masyarakat multireligius.
