Abstract

The writing of this article focuses on implementation of the free college policy of the covid-19 era. The method used in writing this article is qualitative with the approach to literature studies, that is, by collecting data from the various references that follow. This article explains how the implementation of independent home-study policy was during the covid-19 pandemic. Independent college programs have been established with the effort to establish competent graduate competence not only in expertise but also in morals and ethics. The policies of the program are also intended to assist schools affected by the covid-19 pandemic. In addition, it can help teachers carry out the learning process in schools where there is a shortage of qualified educators in technology and literacy.

Abstract

Leadership is an important aspect in various areas of life, a deeper understanding of how individual characteristics contribute to the emergence of effective leaders can help in the development of better leaders in the future. This article aims to analyze various leader theories that have been developed by leadership experts in the context of the development of individual characteristics. The method used in this research is library research. This data was collected using documentation techniques from scientific journal articles that have been published online and books that match the theme. This article explores classical and contemporary theories of leadership, such as Great Man theory, situational leadership theory, charismatic leadership theory, and transformational leadership theory. We also conduct a critical analysis of these theories, focusing on how they link the development of individual characteristics to a person's ability to be an effective leader. Through a better understanding of the correlation between individual factors and leadership, we hope this article can provide deeper insight into how leaders are born and develop.

Abstract

This research presents a detailed analysis of the challenges faced and the strategies implemented in disciplining students with special needs in the context of inclusive education. The main objective of this research is to summarize the various problems that arise from related literature and to explore the strategies used to address these challenges. The literature study method (library research) is used as the main framework for collecting and analyzing information from various sources such as books, journal articles and other scientific literature. In this analysis, the main focus is aimed at collecting information from various trusted sources in order to understand the essence of the challenges faced in disciplining students with special needs in an inclusive school environment. The main findings of this study reveal the complexity of disciplining students with special needs, requiring a deep understanding of individual needs and close collaboration between educators, school staff, parents, and the community. The results of this analysis also highlight sensitive, responsive and collaborative approach strategies to create an inclusive educational environment for all students. Apart from that, challenges in collaboration between teachers are also an important highlight in strengthening learning approaches for students with special needs. In conclusion, this abstract presents a comprehensive review of the challenges and strategies in disciplining students with special needs in the context of inclusive education. It is hoped that gaining this insight can make a significant contribution to developing a more inclusive and responsive educational environment for all students.
