Abstract

Personality disorder is a mental illness that makes individuals experience mistakes about their own behavior patterns related to interpersonal relationships. This mistake will prevent individuals from adjusting to their internal and external demands. Individuals with this personality disorder feel isolated or unacknowledged by people who are believed to not love them. Types of personality disorders according to Cluster C where individuals with this personality disorder show excessively anxious or fearful behavior include avoidant, dependent, obsessive-compulsive personality disorders. MTs Nurul Aman student with a history of the case of R who has avoidant personality disorder caused by R short or unclear speech that makes him an individual of inferiority. The behavior change that can be made to help this client is to use the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach.

Abstract

This study aims to explore enjoyable Quran learning strategies at SD Taman Siswa Huta 1, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, and identify the challenges faced by teachers in implementing these strategies. The research used a field study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews with three key informants (Quran teacher, general teacher, and student affairs teacher), and relevant documentation. The main findings of this study indicate that enjoyable learning strategies can be applied through game-based approaches, visual and audio media, as well as phonetic and tajwid instruction with Islamic songs. These strategies proved effective in increasing student interest and creating a more lively classroom atmosphere. However, the main challenges faced include limited facilities, differences in students' levels of understanding, and lack of parental support in the learning process at home. This study recommends enhancing digital learning facilities and strengthening cooperation between schools and parents to support the success of enjoyable Quran learning strategies.

Abstract

Penurunan pendapatan UMKM desa sebagai akibat dari era digitalisasi menghadirkan tantangan yang signifikan bagi ekonomi lokal. Kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) mahasiswa UIN Sumatera Utara 2024 memiliki program kerja wajib terealisasi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi desa, dimana upaya dalam penelitian ini menurut perspektif kelompok KKN 162 mampu memberi solusi atas permasalahan yang ada. Tim menjadikan 3 UMKM sebagai objek penelitian dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik analisis data menggunakan observasi studi lapangan (wawancara dan pemantauan secara berkala selama 13 hari). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi strategi pemasaran dan sosialisasi manajemen bisnis di Desa Pematang Cengal Barat telah berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi UMKM setempat. Melalui diskusi dan penerapan teknologi digital, UMKM desa tidak hanya mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka tetapi juga mengoptimalkan operasional bisnis mereka.
