Abstract

Digital Marketing is a tool as an intermediary for marketing communication which is currently widely used by social media in introducing its products in the modern era. One of them is by using social media as a tool to promote. The problems to be discussed are How Digital Marketing, Micro Business Income and the significant influence between Digital Marketing on business income for micro business actors on Jl. Multatuli, Rangkasbitung District, Lebak Regency. This research is a correlational quantitative research that aims to examine the effect of the independent and dependent variables. This study aims to examine how Digital Marketing, Micro Business Income and the significant influence between Digital Marketing on business income for micro business actors on Jl. Multatuli, Rangkasbitung District, Lebak Regency. This study uses a saturated sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents with samples taken from 2 (two) variables developed. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method which is then analyzed by simple linear regression analysis with a test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) with the help of SPSS Statistics 20. It can be seen that micro business income is influenced by Digital Marketing by 0.196 or by 30%, while the remaining 70%, influenced by other factors not examined. Based on the results of the study, that Digital Marketing has a real and positive relationship to micro business income of 3,496. Thus, t count > t table (3,496 > 1,675). So that the significant value <0.05 is 0.001 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a partially significant influence between the independent variable, namely Digital Marketing, on the dependent variable, namely Micro Business Income.

Abstract

The creative economy is one of the new economic concepts that intensifies information and creativity as well as human resources (HR) as the most important factors of production. Products produced from the creative economy are products that have characteristics, are unique, and are different from others. Products from the creative economy can also be a development of existing products. The problems raised in this study are How to optimize the Creative Economy in Bojong Menteng Village, How Creative Economy activities in Bojong Menteng Village can improve people's welfare, What are the obstacles to Creative Economy in improving welfare. The purpose of the study was to find out how to optimize the creative economy in Bojong Menteng Village. To find out how creative economy activities in Bojong menteng village improve the welfare of the community. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach that aims to determine the creative economy in the welfare of the people in Bojong Menteng Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency. Techniques for data collection, the data used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation. And literature study. The results of the study showed that optimizing the creative economy in the welfare of the people in Bojong Menteng Village developed quite well because it could provide job opportunities for the community's economy. After the creative economy has increased little by little and has changed, although not significantly, it has been able to improve the welfare of the community through employment opportunities so that it can improve people's welfare, and reduce the number of unemployed.Keyword : Creative economy, Community welfare

Abstract

Study aims to determine the effect of discipline and compensation on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and UKM, Lebak Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data used is primary data originating from distributing questionnaires to employees of the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Lebak Regency, totaling 36 respondents. Data processing is carried out using SPSS 20 software. Based on multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. These results indicate that partially discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the tcount value of the discipline variable (X1) having a significant effect on performance employee (Y). With a tcount and ttable value of 4.506 > 2.034 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a tcount and ttable value of 2.490 > 2.034 a significant level of 0.003 < 0.05. The discipline variable (X1) and compensation (X2) have a simultaneous effect, with Fcount and Ftable of 87.210 >3.28. With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of school principal leadership, work motivation and compensation on performance. The quality of educational output cannot be separated from the relationship between supporting factors, seen from the average achievement of the Vocational School Teacher Competency Test (UKG) results in the Bina 1 Region of Lebak Regency which is still below the 2015 UKG Minimum Achievement Criteria (KCM) of 5.5 or in the range figure 5.2. The method used in this research is a survey with correlational techniques. The target population in this research is all State Vocational School teachers in the bina 1 area of Lebak Regency, totaling 265 people. Considering that the number of members of the target population is not too large, the reachable population in this case is the same as the target population. The number of samples used in this research was 82 teachers taken randomly. Partially or jointly, there is a significant influence on the independent variables of principal leadership (X1), work motivation (X2) and compensation (X3) on the dependent variable on the performance of State Vocational School teachers in Lebak Regency (Y).

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test, study and analyze the influence of career development, work culture and compensation on the performance of regional secretariat employees. The sample in this study was 64 respondents, while the sampling technique used probability sampling. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire and data analysis used multiple and partial regression tests. The results of this research show that career development has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, work culture has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, compensation has a significant effect on the performance of regional secretariat employees, and career development, work culture and compensation have a significant effect on performance. regional secretariat employees. This means that as career development, work culture and compensation improve, the performance of regional secretariat employees will also increase.Keywords: Career Development, Work Culture, Compensation, Employee Performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, budaya kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis datanya menggunakan uji regresi berganda dan parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah, budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah, kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah, dan pengembangan karir, budaya kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah. Hal ini berarti semakin meningkat pengembangan karir, budaya kerja dan kompensasi, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kinerja pegawai sekretariat daerah.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Budaya Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Pegawai.
