Abstract

Many countries in Asia and Europe are working to deal with new social problems and fast growth. They want to find ways to make society stronger and help the economy grow. They are focusing on developing people's skills and knowledge for their whole lives. Learning throughout your whole life can only be beneficial if society values and promotes continuous learning and if individuals recognize the importance of constantly enhancing their education, social skills, and professional knowledge. In many Asian countries, including Indonesia, schools are teaching kids to keep learning throughout their lives. They want to create a modern school environment that helps kids develop the skills they need to learn on their own. This is part of a program to encourage lifelong learning. Teaching foreign languages helps people learn new skills and strategies, so they can keep learning and adapting throughout their lives. This study uses a literature study approach to collect data by accessing relevant information from leading scientific reading sources without the need for fieldwork. This approach allows researchers to access broader information and build a solid theoretical framework. Lifelong learning in Asia, including Indonesia, emphasizes learning progress with the aim of strengthening work skills, serving the market, managing finances, reducing social marginalization, and individual integration for self-actualization and problem solving. ABSTRAKBanyak negara di Asia dan Eropa berupaya mengatasi masalah sosial baru dan pertumbuhan yang cepat. Mereka ingin menemukan cara untuk memperkuat masyarakat dan membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi. Mereka berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat sepanjang hidup mereka. Belajar sepanjang hidup hanya akan bermanfaat jika masyarakat menghargai dan mendukung pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan jika individu menyadari pentingnya terus meningkatkan pendidikan, keterampilan sosial, dan pengetahuan profesional mereka. Di banyak negara Asia, termasuk Indonesia, sekolah mengajarkan anak-anak untuk terus belajar sepanjang hidup mereka. Mereka ingin menciptakan lingkungan sekolah modern yang membantu anak-anak mengembangkan keterampilan yang mereka butuhkan untuk belajar sendiri. Ini adalah bagian dari program untuk mendorong pembelajaran seumur hidup. Mengajar bahasa asing membantu orang mempelajari keterampilan dan strategi baru, sehingga mereka dapat terus belajar dan beradaptasi sepanjang hidup mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data dengan mengakses informasi yang relevan dari sumber bacaan ilmiah terkemuka tanpa perlu melakukan kerja lapangan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengakses informasi yang lebih luas dan membangun kerangka teoritis yang solid. Pembelajaran seumur hidup di Asia, termasuk Indonesia, menekankan kemajuan pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat keterampilan kerja, melayani pasar, mengelola keuangan, mengurangi marginalisasi sosial, dan integrasi individu untuk aktualisasi diri dan pemecahan masalah.

Abstract

General Background: Schools play a crucial role in shaping students' personalities, particularly in instilling Islamic values. Specific Background: The synergy between parents and schools is essential for fostering akhlakul karimah at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. Knowledge Gap: There is limited research on the specific processes and impacts of this synergy in educational settings. Aims: This study aims to elucidate the implementation of parent-school synergy in building an Islamic culture and its effects on students' Islamic character. Results: Active parental participation significantly enhances the formation of Islamic character through mutual understanding, communication forums, and involvement in school activities. Novelty: The study presents a structured framework for collaboration, demonstrating its effectiveness in promoting integrated Islamic education. Implications: Strengthening parent-school partnerships is vital for achieving educational success in fostering strong Islamic values among students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student interest in learning, the quality of the learning environment, the level of achievement in learning history, the impact of interest in learning on achievement, the influence of the learning environment on historical achievement, the relationship between interest in learning, and the learning environment on historical achievement. A quantitative survey approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and report card records. The results indicate that interest in learning history was rated at 76.75% (good), the quality of the learning environment at 83.20% (excellent), and historical learning achievement at 83.10% (particularly good). The correlation between interest in learning and historical achievement was positive but weak (0.124), while a positive, moderate, and significant influence was observed between the learning environment and historical achievement (correlation 0.229). A low, positive, but statistically insignificant relationship (0.232) was found between combined interest in learning and the learning environment on historical achievement. This study provides empirical contributions in history learning, encouraging principals and teachers to improve students' learning interests and ensure a good learning environment for high achievement.

Abstract

Industri mebel di Desa Alaskandang Besuk menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. UD Mebel Barokah Tohak sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha di bidang ini terus berupaya meningkatkan daya saingnya melalui pengembangan kreativitas dalam desain produk dan penerapan inovasi pada proses produksi serta pemasaran. Namun, fenomena yang terjadi adalah belum jelasnya pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, yang menjadi faktor penting dalam keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Mebel Barokah Tohak di Desa Alaskandang Besuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan UD Mebel Barokah Tohak. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kreativitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kreativitas dan inovasi berkontribusi sebesar 53,8% terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di UD Mebel Barokah Tohak. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa fokus peningkatan inovasi lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan kreativitas semata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, artinya penerapan ide-ide baru dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran mampu meningkatkan minat konsumen untuk membeli produk UD Mebel Barokah Tohak. Sebaliknya, kreativitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan menciptakan desain unik belum cukup menjadi faktor penentu utama dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
