Abstract

Learning and teaching, two familiar words in the realm of education, are like two sides of the same coin, inseparable from one another. They form the main pillars guiding individuals toward the gates of knowledge and wisdom. Learning, akin to an adventurous journey, is a continuous process of self-transformation. The interaction between individuals and their environment acts like a map guiding their steps. Every experience, every interaction, is like a footprint etched in the soil, leading individuals towards positive, active, and directed behavioral changes. This transformation, much like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, does not happen overnight. It requires time, patience, and proper guidance, much like the mentorship of a wise teacher, to help individuals reach their full potential. Teaching, on the other hand, is a well-orchestrated symphony. Under the direction of the maestro, the educators, the teaching process is meticulously designed, implemented with dedication, and carefully evaluated.

Abstract

Reading literacy skills are an important foundation in the learning process of lower grade elementary school students. Unfortunately, many students have difficulty in understanding reading and have low reading interest. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use of interactive children's stories in improving the reading literacy skills of lower grade elementary school students. The method used was a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of the study consisted of two classes: an experimental class that used interactive children's story media, and a control class that used conventional methods. The results showed that students who learned with interactive children's stories experienced significant improvements in three main aspects of literacy, namely word recognition, reading comprehension, and reading interest. This media provides a fun and contextual reading experience through a combination of audio, visuals, and interactivity. In addition, students are more enthusiastic and active during the learning process. Thus, interactive children's stories have proven effective as an alternative to innovative literacy learning that is in accordance with technological developments. It is recommended that teachers integrate this media into learning and schools support the development of infrastructure that supports the use of digital media in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji regresi, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 67,8% sedangkan sisanya 32,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti peneliti. Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3) (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 79,6% sedangkan sisanya 20,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti peneliti. Pelatihan (X1) dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3) (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 81,9% dengan sisanya 18,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persamaan regresi Y = 2.259+ 0,292X1 + 0,633X2 artinya kinerja karyawan meskipun tanpa adanya pengaruh pelatihan dan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3) sudah memiliki pengaruh 2.259. Secara simultan pelatihan dan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (119,588 > 4.023) dengan signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan pada PT Prima Higina Sarana
