Abstract

This study aimed to assess and analyze the impact of motivation, organizational culture, and competence on the work commitment and performance of elementary school teachers in cluster 4 of Bengkalis District. The selection of this research topic was motivated by observed phenomena and issues concerning the relatively low levels of work commitment and performance among elementary school teachers in this particular cluster. The data collection method employed for this study was a questionnaire, distributed to all 145 civil servant teachers in elementary schools within cluster 4 of Bengkalis District, constituting the entire population. Through Google Form questionnaires filled out by all 145 respondents, SEM PLS analysis was conducted. The research findings indicated that the motivation variable significantly and positively influenced work commitment. Organizational culture exhibited a significant positive impact on work commitment. However, job competency had a significant negative impact on work commitment. In terms of performance, the motivation variable demonstrated an insignificant positive impact, while organizational culture showed an insignificant positive impact as well. On the other hand, job competency had a significant positive effect on performance. Intriguingly, work commitment was found to have a significant negative impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of word of mouth, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are customers who make purchases at CV Toffin. By using non-probability sampling technique, the population size is unknown. The technique in determining the sample to be used is the accidental sampling method, where the sample studied is a customer who visited the researcher at the research location, namely CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. The sample size in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 20 software. The results of this study are (1) Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder. (2) Product quality has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder and (3) Brand image does not have a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision of CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru powder. Many other factors can influence purchasing decisions. It is hoped that future researchers can add other variables that might also influence many things in this research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian di CV Toffin. Dengan, menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang dimana jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui. Teknik dalam menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah metode accidental sampling, dimana sampel yang diteliti adalah pelanggan yang bertamu dengan peneliti dilokasi penelitian yaitu CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20. Maka hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Word of Mouth signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. (2) Kualitas Produk signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru dan (3) Citra Merek tidak signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian powder CV Toffin Riau Jaya Pekanbaru. Banyak faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang mungkin juga mempengaruhi banyak hal dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership, motivation and compensation an influence positive on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics.. The population in this study were all employees of PT. LG Electronics totaled 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is a census technique because the population is small. Thus, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results obtained by leadership influence positive and significant on employee performance motivation and compensation an influence positive and significant on the performance of employees of PT. LG Electronics. It is recommended to add or expand the sample in further research so as to obtain results that are more representative of the overall situation of employees. The next research period was enlarged to obtain a larger number of samples.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership, and workload on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir, totaling 76 people. Due to the relatively small population size, the entire population was sampled in this study using the census method. The results of this study explain that communication has no significant effect on employee performance, leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

The Department Student Association has an important role in developing leadership, managerial skills and synergy between members. However, various challenges such as weak coordination, lack of strategic planning, and lack of innovation often hinder the achievement of organizational goals. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of student organization administrators through a series of training. The approach used includes training on organizational governance, effective communication, and the use of digital technology in administration. With this method, it is hoped that administrators can increase their competence in managing the organization in a more professional, effective and innovative manner. The results of this program show an increase in management's understanding and skills in various aspects of organizational leadership and management. In addition, synergy between organizational members is getting stronger, enabling the creation of a more productive and collaborative work environment. This program is expected to have a long-term impact on the desires and achievements of student organizations, as well as building an organizational culture that is more adaptive and highly competitive in the academic environment and wider society. Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan, keterampilan manajerial, serta sinergi antaranggota. Namun, berbagai tantangan seperti lemahnya koordinasi, kurangnya perencanaan strategis, serta minimnya inovasi seringkali menghambat pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus organisasi mahasiswa melalui serangkaian pelatihan. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan tentang tata kelola organisasi, komunikasi efektif, serta sejarah Himpunan dari masa ke masa. Dengan metode ini, diharapkan para pengurus dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mengelola organisasi secara lebih profesional, efektif, dan inovatif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus dalam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan dan manajemen organisasi. Selain itu, sinergi antaranggota organisasi semakin kuat, memungkinkan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan kolaboratif. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap keberlanjutan dan prestasi organisasi mahasiswa, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang lebih adaptif dan berdaya saing tinggi di lingkungan akademik maupun masyarakat luas.
