Abstract

Perubahan proses bisnis dalam sebuah kelembagaan atau perusahaan mempengaruhi sistem informasi. Perubahan tersebut berdampak terhadap sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Namun, Management System of LP3I di Politeknik LP3I Kampus Tasikmalaya arsitektur yang digunakan menggunakan monolitik. Arsitektur tersebut dianggap sulit dikembangkan, maka dilakukan refactoring menjadi arsitektur microservice. Refactoring microservice memiliki tujuan untuk memudahkan pengembangan sistem tanpa mengganggu sistem yang sudah berjalan. Strangler pattern dijadikan metode dalam 10 tahap proses refactoring arsitektur dan dua tahap refactoring database yaitu mengubah skema database kemudian memindahkan data. Setelah itu, kemudian diuji mengunakan pendekatan heuristic usability dengan nilai diatas 73%. Hasilnya arsitektur microservice menggunakan strangler pattern berhasil dirancang dan direkomendasikan berupa blueprint.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Banjar City or referred to as Datel (Daerah Telkom) Banjar is one part of Telkom Tasikmalaya which directly communicates with consumers in the Banjar City area, both in terms of maintenance and installation of new telecommunications services. Datel Banjar is a place that is usually chosen by students majoring in IT to conduct internship programs (PKL). The application of technology in monitoring the internship program is considered necessary, because previously all internship activities were carried out manually, such as when filling out attendance and other things. However, there are several obstacles, including that the supervisor cannot check the attendance of participants every day and the participants' daily activities become uncontrolled. The research outlined in this Final Project aims to correct the shortcomings of the internship program management system at Datel Banjar. The method used in this study is the waterfall method from the System Development Life Cycle. This website-based application using Laravel was created to facilitate the process of running the internship program at Datel Banjar, where supervisors can easily monitor the attendance and daily activities of each participant. In addition, participants are also facilitated in reporting attendance and daily activities to the supervisor.

Abstract

Health services are a series of actions and services aimed at maintaining, restoring, or improving the health of individuals and the community, organized by institutions such as hospitals, health centers, clinics, pharmacies, and other health facilities. The nearest health service search application using the Location Based Service (LBS) method, as an innovative solution, is here to facilitate users in finding health services with efficiency. The purpose of using the Location Based Service (LBS) method in the development of the nearest health service search application is to improve the accuracy and personalization of services presented to users. The development of this application then involves the stages of planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. Through black box testing, the development of the nearest health service search application using the Location Based Service (LBS) method has given positive results. The LBS method proved its superiority in providing accurate location access, real-time navigation integration, search efficiency, provision of relevant recommendations, and increased accessibility of health information. The main functionality of the application, including location search for hospitals, health centers, pharmacies, maternity hospitals, and clinical laboratories, was verified to run well without significant bugs.

Abstract

Information technology has now experienced quite rapid development compared to before. Technological developments occur continuously as humans develop the technology to be more sophisticated and easy to use by humans. In all aspects of life, it is very necessary to have a computerized system in the form of a good application program and easy to operate. Because with the application program, it will provide the accuracy of the information needed and reduce the level of information errors. Seeing these reasons, the Design and Development of the Evaluation Application for the Appointment of Village Heads at the Garut Regency Community and Village Government Empowerment Agency (BPMD) needs to be made to get appropriate and appropriate results in obtaining information. This Application Design and Development can assist the Implementation Staff in the Village and Village Government Sub-Sector in evaluating the elected village head until the Regent's Decree on the appointment of the village head, and providing appropriate and appropriate reports For the stages in making this application design, interviews were conducted with the executive staff of the Village and Village Government sub-division and direct observation of the ongoing village head appointment system. The application program is made using visual basic 6.0 with a Data Flow Diagram design as an overview of the system flow.

Abstract

Attendance is a must, especially within the scope of private or state companies, including PT. Herlyk Ekspress is engaged in the delivery of goods with quite a large number of employees in its various branches. Currently, the attendance process is still done manually, so an electronic system is needed to record employee attendance accurately and efficiently. The design of this system involves data collection, analysis, surveys, and implementation using several programming languages to manage the database. The result of this design is the creation of a real-time web-based attendance application using camera and GPS methods in several subsidiaries. It is hoped that this application will bring changes to the attendance process, increase efficiency in obtaining employee attendance information, and make it easier for service admins and leaders to manage employee attendance data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Penggajian Berbasis Web pada PT Inti Pindad Mitra Sejati (IPMS) sebagai respons terhadap kendala dalam sistem penggajian yang saat ini dihadapi perusahaan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi meliputi ketidaktransparanan dalam pemberian slip gaji, risiko kesalahan perhitungan gaji, dan kurangnya informasi mengenai tunjangan bagi karyawan. Untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan, digunakan metode observasi langsung, wawancara dengan bagian keuangan, dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, coding, pengujian, dan penerapan program.Dengan membatasi aplikasi hanya untuk dikelola oleh Bagian Keuangan atau Admin, slip gaji dapat diakses melalui platform web, proses penggajian dapat diotomatisasi untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan, dan laporan yang efisien dapat dihasilkan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web di bidang Manajemen Informatika dan memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan untuk mengadopsi solusi teknologi yang mendukung pengelolaan gaji karyawan secara transparan dan efisien.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have created changes in the management of various aspects in various sectors, including letter archiving. In this context, this research aims to overcome the challenges of manual letter filing at Department of Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry, Cianjur Regency. This research proposes a web-based application development method using the Laravel framework with a focus on storing, searching and managing mail. The main feature is to make it easier to quickly search for letters and provide convenience in archiving processing. It is hoped that the application of this application can provide an effective solution to the challenges of letter archiving at Department of Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry, Cianjur Regency, as well as contribute to the development of information technology in the field of letter archiving.

Abstract

Traditional attendance systems face challenges related to their vulnerability to human error and limitations in management time. Using a QR Code provides attendance management and recording benefits. The problem that occurred at the Jati Mulya Shop in January - June 2024 was that there were 5 employees who manipulated attendance, causing losses.  Jati Mulya Shop is a fashion shop that has a good reputation and has quite a large number of employees located at Pasar Johar Semarang. The aim of this research is to implement web-based QR Code attendance. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of interviews with business owners. The system development method used is the Prototype model. Before implementing the QR code-based attendance system, Jati Mulya Shop experienced a loss of Rp. 2,810,000 per month, consisting of Rp. 2,500,000 due to absence without permission and Rp. 310,000 due to errors in recording absences. After implementing the new system, efficiency increased 100% so that the loss became Rp. 0. With the QR code system, unauthorized absences and errors in recording absences as well as financial losses are completely eliminated. The hope created by this system can make it easier for business owners to monitor employees and employees who are often absent will also be helped by this system.

Abstract

Advancements in digital technology have prompted government institutions to adopt online services, including the provision of public information through their official websites. However, the growing reliance on digital systems has also led to an increase in cybersecurity threats. This study aims to assess potential security vulnerabilities on the XYZ website, which is managed by a regional government, using a penetration testing approach based on the NIST SP 800-115 framework and the Burp Suite tool. The testing process was carried out in four phases: planning, discovery, attack execution, and reporting. The results revealed eight vulnerabilities, including two classified as high severity: code injection and unencrypted communication (HTTP). Additionally, publicly accessible backup files and support for XML input were identified, posing risks of XML External Entity (XXE) attacks. These findings highlight the critical importance of input validation, full implementation of HTTPS protocols, and strict file management to enhance website security. The study also recommends conducting further audits related to XML vulnerabilities and implementing continuous system monitoring to address evolving cyber threats.

Abstract

Internet use is currently growing rapidly in many aspects of life; education, economy, social life, politics and culture. The needs and rapid developments in the use of the Internet network require a balance provision of Internet connection. In fact, connectivity is not always run smoothly because of low bandwidth capacity and network traffic increases. These problems cause network connection interrupted and data lose. Load balancing system is one of the solutions to get a better quality of internet service. Using more than one different ISP (Internet Service Provider) which is then balanced with load balancing system, can make the traffic run optimally, maximize throughput, minimize response time and avoid overload on any of the connection lines. This system worked by distributing the traffic load on two or more connection lines in a balanced way so that traffic can run optimally. By using load balancing system, when the internet is interrupted, then there will be a backup. This study focuses on implementing backups from Internet network sources or backups from dependency on one Internet service provider. The method used in this study is a case study. The instrument used is an observation at the Benteng Village Office in Ciamis. The process started by selecting the right ISP source to be used as a backup. Then continued with the Mikrotik installation and the application of load balancing in Mikrotik. The next steps are testing of the load balancing system which is carried out by technical testing of the implementation. The process includes testing the speed, the function, and optimization of the load balancing. The result shows that the use of load balancing system can be applied optimally. When network traffic increases due to the distribution of balanced connection lanes, it can run without changing the existing network and makes the connection run more optimal.
