Abstract

The launch of Core Value BerAKHLAK and ASN Employer Branding "Proud to Serve the Nation" aims to encourage civil servants across all government sectors to adopt these values as guidelines in their thinking and working. The implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK at the National Civil Service Agency is carried out through several stages, from socialization, internalization, to evaluation of effectiveness. aims to encourage civil servants across all government sectors to adopt these values as guidelines in their thinking and working. The implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK at the National Civil Service Agency is carried out through several stages, from socialization, internalization, to evaluation of effectiveness. A behavioral guide for civil servants is developed to ensure these values are applied in every aspect of their work. Impact analysis shows that the implementation of the Core Value BerAKHLAK has successfully improved the performance and professionalism of civil servants, evidenced by the awards received and the increase in performance and stakeholder satisfaction indexes.

Abstract

Increasing employee performance is the basis for companies to remain able to compete. The performance that has been determined by central management is not achieved, which is a problem in this research. Refreshment training and employee performance are the factors studied in the performance of PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of refreshment training on employee performance. The data collection method uses interviews with interview guidelines that have been previously provided to HRD and some employees of the PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri Desk Collection Section. With a qualitative research approach, this research shows that refreshment training has an impact on the performance of PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri. The suggestion is to periodically provide skills to employees to work over time, provide more than one potential position for promotion and provide benefits in accordance with current market trend conditions

Abstract

This research was conducted to test the influence of instagram social media promotions and word of mouth on purchasing decisions to choose the Wiwit Wedding wedding organizer. The data collection technique used 60 samples by distributing questionnaires and the data analysis technique was quantitative. The results of this research show that Instagram Social Media Promotion and Word of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions when choosing Wiwit Wedding Wedding Organizers, both partially and simultaneously. The amount of 77.5% of social media promotion variables and word of mouth can influence consumer purchasing decisions to choose the wedding organizer Wiwit Wedding, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables not examined by this research.

Abstract

Kinerja Karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam tujuan organisasi yang hendak dicapai. Baik buruknya kinerja seorang Karyawan dalam suatu organisasi akan ditentukan oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah kemampuan yang merupakan hasil dari pengetahuan (knowledge) dan keterampilan (Skill) termasuk sikap kepribadian yang dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, pengalaman pelatihan dan minat serta motivasi sebagai hasil interaksi kekuatan dalam kondisi fisik pekerjaan, kondisi sosial pekerjaan dan kebutuhan individual.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bagian Medik dan Keperawatan Rumah Sakit XYZ, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan sofware SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (4,919 > 3,182) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000, atau kurang dari 0,05. Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan terlihat dari hasil perhitungan t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (0,991 < 3,182) dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,327 lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,327 > 0,05). Iklim Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (4,223 > 3,182) dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05) lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja dan Iklim Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai Fhitung (32,157) > F tabel (2,763) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di tersebut di atas maka Bagian Medik dan Keperawatan Rumah Sakit XYZ perlu meningkatkan sumber daya manusianya dalam menguasai ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan, meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan menciptakan iklim kerja yang baik, sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in the organizational goals to be achieved. The good or bad performance of an employee in an organization will be determined by many factors including ability which is the result of knowledge and skills including personality attitudes which are influenced by education, training experience and interest and motivation as a result of the interaction of forces in physical conditions. work, social conditions of work and individual needs. This research was conducted in the Health Services Section of the Majalaya Regional General Hospital (RGH), the method used in this research was the descriptive analysis method, with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis method uses regression with SPSS software version 25. The results of this research support the hypothesis made, namely that training and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of the determination test show that the Training and Work Motivation variables can influence employee performance by 61.7%, while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author. Based on the results of the research above, the Health Services Section of the Majalaya Regional General Hospital (RGH), Bandung District needs to improve its human resources in mastering knowledge and skills and increasing work motivation so that it will improve employee performance
