Abstract

The economic progress of a country in the field of entrepreneurship is no longer dominated by men, but also involves women as business actors. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender stereotypes, social support, self-efficacy, and personal attitudes on women's entrepreneurial interest in Jelbuk District, filling the gap in the literature on psychosocial factors in the context of gender entrepreneurship. The quantitative method was applied with purposive sampling techniques (sample of 150 respondents) and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data analysis includes validity-reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test), and determination coefficients. The results showed that the four variables had a partial significant effect (p < 0.05), with a simultaneous contribution of 75% (R² = 0.753). These findings strengthen social-cognitive theories and provide practical implications for governments and women's empowerment institutions in designing gender-based entrepreneurship programs. This research also confirms the need for inclusive policies to reduce stereotypical barriers and increase social support for female entrepreneurial aspirants.

Abstract

Human resources are an important element in supporting the smooth operation of an organization. Improving the quality and acquisition of the company is determined by the employees in which employee performance is the main benchmark for the success of the organization, the goal of the organization always strives to improve employee performance so that the company is able to achieve its vision and mission. This study aims to find out and analyze the role of employee engagement, self-efficacy and work environment variables on employee performance in Kb Bank Jember. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 33 employees at Kb Bank Jember and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique of this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and determination coefficients. The results of the analysis obtained showed that employee engagement, self efficacy and work environment had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of Kb Bank Jember employees, and the results of the R2 Detremination Coefficient test obtained an influence contribution rate of 87%.

Abstract

Human resources are an important element in supporting the smooth operation of an organization. Human resources have a major role in the company because they are the drivers of policies and operational activities Most of today's productive age is dominated by millennials and generation Z who tend to have a dynamic lifestyle and an interest in exploring new experiences because they have a nature that always wants to achieve satisfaction. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and job satisfaction on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 60 employees who are included in the Gen Z category and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques of this study use instrumental testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis and determination coefficient. The results of the analysis obtained show that workload, compensation, and job satisfaction have a positive and partially significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi, and the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test obtained an influence contribution rate of 77% and 23% influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Fish processing MSMEs in Puger District, Jember Regency, have great potential to develop amidst the increasingly tight competition in the local food industry. However, many business actors still face challenges in maintaining and improving their competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, social media, and entrepreneurial skills on the competitive advantage of fish processing MSMEs in the region. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to MSME actors and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that the three independent variables of creativity, social media, and entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on competitive advantage. This finding indicates that improvements in these three aspects can drive MSME competitiveness more optimally. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by limited resources, low digital literacy, and minimal access to training. Therefore, cross-sector synergy is needed to strengthen the capacity of MSME actors so that they are able to compete sustainably.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan retensi karyawan melalui pelatihan, kompensasi, serta sistem kerja yang fleksibel. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam MSDM adalah turnover intention. PT. Dewi Rinjani Persada Bondowoso, meskipun tumbuh sejak tahun 2017, menghadapi masalah turnover yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap turnover intention. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja (X1), fleksibilitas kerja (X2), dan komitmen karyawan (X3) terhadap turnover intention (Y) pada 56 karyawan PT Dewi Rinjani Persada Bondowoso. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, fleksibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel beban kerja, fleksibilitas kerja, dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dengan komitmen karyawan menjadi faktor paling dominan dalam menurunkan niat keluar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan SDM yang fokus pada fleksibilitas kerja dan peningkatan komitmen dapat secara efektif menurunkan tingkat turnover intention karyawan

Abstract

Dalam melakukan analisis internal perusahaan, tantangan muncul ketika kita tidak memiliki dasar yang cukup beralasan untuk menilai apakah sumber daya perusahaan seharusnya dianggap sebagai kekuatan atau kelemahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kriteria tertentu untuk menentukan apakah suatu sumber daya layak dianggap sebagai kekuatan atau kelemahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan keunggulan bersaing yang kompetitif dalam dinamika pasar menggunakan pendekatan teori RBV (Resource-Based View), yang berfokus pada pemahaman potensi sumber daya dan kapabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis VRIO untuk menempatkan sumber daya dan kapabilitas ke dalam empat kategori. VRIO digunakan untuk menilai sifat dari sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang ada. Hasil analisis VRIO digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang dimiliki. Untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan, sumber daya dan kapabilitas harus memiliki empat atribut penting: Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, dan Organized. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UD. Tiga Putra memiliki kekuatan strategis pada 10 sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang mencapai tingkat Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Namun, terdapat satu sumber daya yang berada pada tingkat Competitive Disadvantage dan satu pada tingkat Competitive Parity. Enam sumber daya dan kapabilitas berada pada tingkat Temporary Competitive Advantage. Untuk mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing, perusahaan perlu focus pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan 10 keunggulan yang mencapai tingkat Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Dengan mengembangkan kemampuan pada tingkat Competitive Parity, Temporary Competitive Advantage, dan Unused Competitive Advantage, diharapkan perusahaan dapat menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dalam dinamika pasar saat ini.
