Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi terhadap kinerja pegawai se wilayah kantor Kecamatan Sukorambi Kabupaten Jember. Metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif seperti observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang dari kantor kecamatan Sukorambi dan kantor desa kecamatan Sukorambi. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan analisis regresi linier dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Kinerja pegawai di kantor kecamatan Sukorambi kabupaten Jember terbukti positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi, sedangkan kemampuan pemanfaatan teknologi memiliki nilai positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Perusahaan diciptakan untuk bertahan, berkembang dan menghasilkan laba. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pihak perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang ada dalam kelgiatan produksinya, seperti sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam dan modal serta faktor produksi lainnya. Faktor sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan ketika berusaha bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja serta komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sido Gangsar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 orang yang sesuai dengan populasi pegawai lapangan CV. Sido Gangsar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan Kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja serta komitmen organisasional berpengaruh telrhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 65,7%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sido Gangsar. Lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai CV. Sido Gangsar.

Abstract

This study aims to help sun osing cafes to survive in the long term by using a servicescape marketing strategy which includes Ambient Dimension, Design Dimension and Social Dimension. In this study using quantitative methods, purposive sampling technique involving 95 respondents. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the Ambient Dimension on consumers showed a significant positive effect. This proves that a good Ambient Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the De- sign Dimension on consumers show a significant positive effect. This proves that a quality Design Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of Social Dimensions show that the effect on consumers is significantly positive. This proves that a high Social Dimension will increase the purpose of the Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Bisnis cafe menjadi salah satu bisnis yang berkembang pesat di era globalisasi dan membuat persaingan bisnis di bidang industri cafe menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemilik usaha di Indonesia. Kualitas memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga memberikan suatu dorongan kepada pelanggan untuk menjalin ikatan hubungan yang kuat serta dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan perusahaan memaksimumkan pengalaman pelanggan yang menyenangkan serta meminimumkan pengalaman pelanggan yang kurang menyenangkan. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi kunci utama serta menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu bisnis usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan dan variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan dengan sampel sebanyak 95 responden menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen serta kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan Kinerja karyawan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Saran yang diberikan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan perlu di pertahankan dan ditingkatkan kembali.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a positive impact on society, for example making interaction easier, sharing information and making it easier for people to fulfill various needs in their lives. The company that is taking advantage of this opportunity is Shopee, through the ShopeeFood service feature in its application, users can order food which will later be delivered by a courier. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price on ShoppeFood Consumer Satisfaction in Jember. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all ShoppeFood users in Jember using the Ferdinand formula sampling technique. The data source in this research uses primary data, namely questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, f test, and determination test which were carried out computationally using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of ShoppeFood users in Jember.

Abstract

In the beginning, many parents enjoyed coffee with a mixture of black coffee without sugar which we usually called Ireng coffee. This Fox Coffee Jember shop can serve orders online due to the increasingly rapid development of technology. They collaborate with Grabfood and Gofood which makes it easier for customers to order from home. This shows that the Fox Coffee Jember shop always follows developments and trends in society. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were Fox Coffee Jember customers and the sample taken was 85 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation and questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses the t test. The research results show that the dimensions of taste, product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Fox Coffee Jember. Suggestions for future researchers are adding variables that support measuring customer satisfaction such as price, cost and emotion variables so that they can provide a broader picture of what factors influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Karakteristik Wirausaha, Modal Usaha dan Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Kaliwates dan Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada karya ilmiah ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, yang melibatkan seluruh pelaku usaha UMKM di Kecamatan Kaliwates dan Patrang dengan jumlah 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji t. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik Wirausaha, Modal Usaha dan Strategi Pemasaran Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Kaliwates dan Patrang Kabupaten Jember. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Wirausaha, Modal Usaha, Strategi Pemasaran dan Perkembangan UMKM.

Abstract

This study analyzes celebrity endorsements, flash sales, and free shipping on consumer purchase decisions on facetology products on the Shopee marketplace (consumer case study in Jember Regency). The increasingly advanced digital era has changed people's activities, including purchasing power. In Indonesia itself, most people in all provinces in Indonesia can access the internet. Nowadays, things related to finance, business, transportation, and technology can be connected through the internet. One of the technological developments in the economic sector is the existence of e-commerce. The dominant e-commerce platform in Indonesia is Shopee. This marketplace has managed to attract the attention of consumers through various marketing strategies such as celebrity endorsements, flash sales, and free shipping services. This can also be seen in Jember regency, consumers are increasingly interested in shopping online through Shopee one of them is for beauty products such as Facetology. The sample in this study was 100 female consumers who lived in the Jember district and were over 17 years old and used the Shopee application. The sample determination technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The sampling technique used was a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The hypothesis test in this study uses the t-test. The results of the study show that the celebrity endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The flash sale variable has a positive and significant effect on buyers' decisions, and finally free shipping has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of self-efficacy, career development, and work environment on employee performance at the Gumukmas District Office, Jember. Self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in their ability to achieve certain results, is believed to significantly impact employee motivation and productivity. Meanwhile, career development includes various efforts made by individuals and organizations to improve employee skills, knowledge, and career opportunities, which can contribute to improved performance. On the other hand, a conducive work environment, including organizational culture, facilities, and support from coworkers, also plays a vital role in creating a supportive atmosphere for employees to achieve their best performance. The method used in this study is quantitative, which provides a systematic and measurable approach to data collection. The data collection process was carried out through several techniques, including direct observation in the work environment, interviews with employees to obtain qualitative information, and the distribution of questionnaires specifically designed to measure the variables studied. In addition, documentation related to employee performance and career development programs at the District Office was also analyzed to provide a broader context. The research sample consisted of 43 respondents, including ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and Non-ASN employees at the Gumukmas District Office. This sample selection aims to ensure the data obtained is representative so that the results of the study can be interpreted more accurately. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software, which allows researchers to evaluate the relationship between independent variables (self-efficacy, career development, and work environment) with the dependent variable (employee performance). The analysis results show that self-efficacy, career development, and work environment positively and significantly influence employee performance at the Gumukmas District Office, Jember. This finding indicates that improvements in these three variables can directly contribute to improving employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended for the management of the Gumukmas District Office to continue to encourage the development of programs that can improve employee self-efficacy, provide better career development opportunities, and create a more supportive work environment, so that operational effectiveness at the sub-district level can increase overall.

Abstract

The bamboo craft industry in Banyuwangi Regency holds significant economic potential but faces persistent challenges, including limited innovation, lack of managerial experience, and low entrepreneurial creativity in business strategies. This study addresses the urgent need to enhance the competitiveness of local artisans by empirically examining how innovation, experience, and entrepreneurial creativity influence business success. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected via total sampling from bamboo craft entrepreneurs (N=XX) and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results confirm that all three variables significantly impact business success: innovation increases market relevance, experience improves adaptive management, and entrepreneurial creativity strengthens product and marketing strategies. This study contributes to the literature on creative industries by validating a framework for micro-enterprise development in rural Indonesia. Its novelty lies in integrating these factors within the context of bamboo crafts—a sector often overlooked in entrepreneurial studies—while offering actionable insights for policymakers and business support programs to foster sustainable growth.
