Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has become a means of various activities in our daily lives.Technology can provide many conveniences that have penetrated various aspects of life, including economic, social, cultural and educational. In general, technology is developed to meet human needs and desires to make it easier to interact in their lives. The purpose of this research is to describe digital communication in driving the culture of society through social change in Luwuk District, Banggai Regency In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive methodology in which researchers tried to review digital communication in driving societal culture through social change by using data collection that had been determined through literature review, observation and interviews. In this study, researchers try to see digital communication through social change.

Abstract

Background. Learning begins with providing pretest questions to find out the extent of student learning activities. Experimental students were given learning using the small group discussion method while the control group used conventional learning methods. Purpose. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Researchers collected data by using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Method. While the data analysis technique used interactive analysis, with the stages of data collection, data editing, and data presentation. Results. The results of this study: 1) that the efforts of the aqidah moral teacher in improving the Islamic behavior of students by holding religious activities such as holding regular monthly recitations, increasing students' awareness by living clean, setting good examples, providing classical guidance; 2) Obstacles in improving the Islamic behavior of students from environmental factors, and parents; 3) how to overcome obstacles in improving the Islamic behavior of students by giving punishment and collaborating with boarding school administrators and parents of students. Conclusion It was proveb by the calculation of N-gain of 0,76 with category.

Abstract

Background. Elderly is the final stage of development in human life. Everyone who goes through old age will experience various changes. Purpose. From the results of data collection for the elderly at the Nuriah Nursing Home, Kec.Sei Lakam, Kab. Karimun can identify the main problem in the elderly, namely the risk of declining health status of the elderly as evidenced by the existence of health problems such as CKD, high blood pressure, heart disease, rheumatism, paralysis and diabetes mellitus. Method. The method used is by conducting health checks and counseling followed by 5 elderly people. Results. The results of this activity showed that from 5 elderly people, 1 elderly had hypertension because the elderly underwent dialysis 2 times a week. 1 elderly suffers from malnutrition. 1 elderly had dementia, and one elderly experienced long bed rest. Conclusion. The conclusion is that 70% are all carried out / assisted by orphanage officers. Starting from bathing, clothes, chapters and tubs. The elderly seem to understand how to improve health status.

Abstract

The research location is at Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch which has a sharia service unit including subsidized housing finance services. Especially in financing. This research focuses on the contracts used in its implementation. In addition, it will also focus on financing mechanisms for subsidized housing ownership in sharia services. Similar to conventional banks that make pawning a banking product, Islamic banks also issue similar products. The presence of sharia products is certainly a relief for some people who care about religious law which prohibits the use of usury in every transaction. In this study, we will discuss the contracts and financing mechanisms for subsidized sharia official housing. The results of the study show that the contract used in the subsidized housing financing mechanism at Bank Sulselbar Syariah Services Parepare Branch is murabahah financing, namely buying and selling based on Islamic bank financial institutions and is applied in consumptive financing and real financing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The analytical method used is Quantitative Analysis, namely data analysis in the form of numbers in the discussion, through statistical calculations based on the answers to the questionnaires from the respondents. The results of the calculation of the score or value are then used in statistical analysis carried out with the help of the SPSS program to prove the relationship and influence between research variables, using the following data test; Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test and Regression Analysis; Y = a + b1 X1 + b2X2 Where :Y: Employee Performance, X1: Leadership style, X2: Work Motivation, a: Constants, b1b2: Regression Coefficient The results showed that: The results of hypothesis testing has proven that there is an influence between motivation and employee performance. Tests prove that motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. Judging from the calculations that have been done, the t-count coefficient is 1.902 with a significance level of 0.064. The significance level is greater than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ha and accepts Ho. The results of hypothesis testing have proven that there is an influence between leadership style and employee performance. Tests prove that leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. Judging from the calculations that have been done, the coefficient value of t count is 2.538 with a significance level of 0.015. The yield significance level of 0.015 is smaller than 0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Motivation has the strongest influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to delve deeper into nonverbal and verbal communication in the cartoon film "Tom and Jerry." In this research, a qualitative research method is used with the semiotic analysis model of Charles Sanders Peirce. Data collection techniques include document analysis and indirect observation. In the film Tom and Jerry, the researchers found nonverbal communication that has several functions, namely repetition, accentuation, complementation, contradiction, substitution, and regulation. In nonverbal communication, there are body movements, touch, vocalics, and others. In the film Tom and Jerry, there is 99% nonverbal communication. In this film, Tom and Jerry mostly always fight and communicate nonverbally. Although this film has no sound, most children and even adults find it entertaining.

Abstract

Contemporary da'wah demands approaches that align with the development of technology and the culture of digital communication. TikTok, as a short-form video-based social media platform, has become a new space for preachers (da'i) to convey Islamic messages that are relevant to the lives of the younger generation. The TikTok account @kadamsidik00 actively utilizes this medium to deliver da'wah in the form of reflective, educational, and inspirational content. This article aims to analyze the communication effects of contemporary da'wah messages delivered by this account on the cognitive, affective, and conative changes of students in the QurÔÇÖanic and Tafsir Studies Program (IAT) at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The results show that contemporary da'wah messages through TikTok can enhance studentsÔÇÖ Islamic understanding (cognitive), shape positive religious attitudes and spirituality (affective), and encourage more active religious practices (conative).
