Abstract

The role of women in the economic field can be the main actor and this makes it one of the potential things in micro business activities. Developments in the digital era during the pandemic have encouraged Womenpreneurs to be able to develop their businesses and businesses by conducting online marketing.The digital economy is believed to be able to answer the challenges of developing economic development which until now has not been stable. This digital economy comes with many opportunities to answer existing problems. Based on the results of empirical studies, it was found that there are factors that encourage women to become womenpreneurs, namely: economic factors and independence factors.As the level of participation of womenpreneurs in the digital economy era progresses, there are also challenges, namely the gap in mastery of technology. Another form of problem is creativity and readiness to face digital change. Therefore, more womenpreneurs must be involved so that an increase in participation in digital economy education is needed

Abstract

Mukhabarah is a form of cooperation in agriculture, which is a form of cooperation between sharecroppers and landowners, where the land owner gives his land to the manager or sharecropper to be managed or planted and maintained based on an agreement (contract) in exchange for a certain part (percentage) of the land. yields. Mukhabarah also occurred in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency, where the community was more familiar with the term profit sharing. The profit-sharing collaboration that takes place in Bulisu Village, Pinrang Regency is generally a contract only orally based on trust without presenting witnesses, and the contract period is not clearly defined. The purpose of this research is to find out what the profit sharing system in Bulisu Village looks like and whether it is in accordance with the profit sharing system (mukhabarah). This study uses qualitative research with a perspective approach to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the cooperation system that occurs is a profit-sharing system. The implementation of the profit-sharing system in Bulisu Village is a mukhabarah contract in Islamic economics, but there are some things that are not quite right, namely the contract period that is not clearly defined, so that the practice is not fully in accordance with the Islamic concept. determined

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a plan to increase influence over the market, both in the short and long term, based on market research, product strategy, price, promotion and distribution sites. Purchase intention is part of the behavioral component in consumption attitudes, the tendency of respondents to act before buying decisions are actually implemented. Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on past purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Abstract

Bank Sulselbar is a bank owned by the regional government of South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. Apart from being part of a BUMN that supports local government programs, it is also a regional autonomy tool that helps the regional economy. One of the missions carried out by Bank Sulselbar is as a Regional Development Bank that can provide support for regional development and support business development. One type of credit that is still in demand and needed by the community is KPR (House Ownership Credit). Mortgages by banks are further divided into two types, namely subsidized mortgages and non-subsidized mortgages. As a financial institution, the role of the Bank in the economy is very dominant. Therefore, this research will focus on: (1) Mechanisms of financing subsidized housing ownership at Bank Sulselbar sharia services Parepare Branch. (2) Islamic economic analysis of the mechanism for financing subsidized housing ownership at Bank Sulselbar sharia services Parepare Branch. In this study, the authors made direct observations of the object to be studied by seeing firsthand how the financing process for the financing mechanism for subsidized housing at the Bank Sulselbar sharia services Parepare Branch and the author will conduct direct interviews with employees of the Parepare Branch Sulselbar Bank. The results of the study show that the mechanism for financing mortgages at Bank Sulselbar Parepare branch is customer determination, analysis stages and the use of contracts which must also be in accordance with syar'i without violating the value of justice. Abstract

This study discusses the service process on Hajj Arrum products, SWOT analysis of Hajj Arrum products and Islamic economic perspective on the SWOT analysis used on Hajj Arrum products. The purpose of empirical data regarding the service process carried out on Hajj arrum products, the use of SWOT analysis and Islamic economic perspectives on Hajj Arrum products Pawnshop Parepare Area. This type of research is an empirical study using descriptive qualitative. Primary data sources in this study are Business Deputy, Sales Asmen and Staff. Whereas secondary data are scientific books, journals, and theses. The results of this study are: (1) The service process of the Hajj arrum product undertaken by Pawnshop Parepare Area to customers is in the form of a gold deposit worth Rp. 1,900,000 by customers. The contract used for hajj arrum products is rahn (2) One of the results of a SWOT analysis conducted by the Pegadaian Board of Directors when looking at the development of hajj arrum products in general. The issuance of Board of Directors Regulation Number 21 of 2019 concerning the Second Amendment to Board of Directors Regulation Number 132/DIR I/2017 concerning Arrum Hajj Pawnshop Standard Operating Procedure as a form of maximizing arrum hajj products in the face of developments in the business world (3) Based on the Islamic economic perspective on arrum hajj products through SWOT analysis in product development that the service process is carried out based on SOP that have been issued and based on the DSN-MUI fatwa in its administration.

Abstract

Technology have become a very fundamental part of human daily activity including economic activity. Technology especially information technology contain numerous even infinite information which can be easily accessed. This are making learning process becoming more flexible and more independent, which allow people to learn anything from anywhere. The presence of technology are known to contribute a lot to economic activities which one of them are production process and transaction process. In process of using technology, the information in the internet have the capability to influence entrepreneurship of one person to another. So do innovation, information that can be easily accessed give the ability for someone to think critically and generate ideas, innovation even further invention. This paper purposes is to discover the process of technology in influencing both entrepreneurship and innovation. The finding of this research indicate two major finding which is technology influence entrepreneurship through it simplicity and convenience. Meanwhile innovation are influence by technology by the information it contains, providing many people to learn and finally helping in generating ideas for innovation.

Abstract

Abstrak. This thesis describes the Customer Improvement Strategy on Hajj Savings Products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pinrang Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of bank strategy on Hajj savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pinrang Branch, and increase the number of Hajj savings customers. This study aims to determine how the form of customer improvement strategies on Hajj savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pinrang branch. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach in collecting data through observation and interviews. The results showed that: 1) the strategy applied to the Indonesian sharia bank pinrang branch uses marketing mix, cross selling, telemarketing, giving gifts and cooperation with the ministry of religion, 2) The increase in the number of Hajj savings customers in the current period continues to increase. Skripsi ini mendeskripsikan mengenai Strategi Peningkatan Nasabah pada Produk Tabungan Haji di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk strategi bank pada produk tabungan haji di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang, dan Peningkatan jumlah nasabah tabungan haji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk strategi peningkatan nasabah pada produk tabungan haji di bank syariah indonesia cabang pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dalam mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi yang diterapkan pada bank syariah indonesia cabang pinrang menggunakan marketing mix, cross selling, telemarketing, memberi hadiah dan kerja sama dengan kementrian agama, 2) Peningkatan jumlah nasabah tabungan haji dalam periode berjalan terus meningkat. Abstract

Abstrak. Indonesian the majority of Muslims do not necessarily guarantee that they usethe products offereded by islamic banking especially wadiah savings products. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to determine the strengths and weaknesses of wadiah savings products as well as knowing the threats and being able to take advantage of existing opportunities. Purpose of this research is to find out the form of wadiah savings products and find out the SWOT Analysis on Wadiah Savings Products at Islamic Bank Indonesian Pinrang Branch. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research in which this research directly meets the source of information in the field namely employees and wadiah savings customers at Islamic Bank Indonesian Pinrang Branch. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then proceed with analyzing the data to describe the data systematically. The result of this study are the form of Wadiah Savings Products at the Islamic Bank Indonesian Pinrang Branch is a savings account for customers to save funds using the wadiah (entrustment) contract. SWOT Analysis of wadiah savings products at Islamic Bank Indonesian Pinrang Branch is from internal factors, namely the strengthof wadiah savings in the absence of monthly administration fee deductions while the weakness is that it is just a deposit. As for external factors, namely the opportunity is to work on middle to lower class customers and the threat is the existence of wadiah savings products owned by other banks that give rise to. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Wadiah Savings, Indonesian Islamic Bank Abstrak. Indonesia yang mayoritas masyarakatnya muslim belum tentu menjamin mereka menggunakan produk yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan syariah khususnya produk tabungan wadiah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dari produk tabungan wadiah serta mengetahui ancaman dan dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk produk tabungan wadiah dan mengetahui analisis SWOT pada produk tabungan wadiah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian ini langsung menemui sumber informasi di lapangan yaitu pegawai dan nasabah tabungan wadiah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang. Data yang diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis data untuk menguraikan data secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, 1) bentuk produk tabungan wadiah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang merupakan tabungan bagi nasabah menyimpan dana dengan menggunakan akad wadiah (titipan). 2) Analisis SWOT pada produk tabungan wadiah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Pinrang adalah dari faktor internal yaitu kekuatan (strength) dari tabungan wadiah tidak adanya potongan biaya administrasi bulanan sedangkan kelemahanya (weakness) yaitu hanya sekedar titipan. Adapun dari faktor eksternal yaitu peluangnya (opportunity) adalah menggarap nasabah yang menengah kebawah dan ancamannya (threath) adalah adanya produk tabungan wadiah yang dimiliki perbankan lain yang menimbulkan persaingan. Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Tabungan Wadiah, Bank Syariah Indonesia
